The room it self was clean. First, the key never worked for the door. The worker said they have been having issues with the door and said he was going to put me in another room but didn't. Secondly, the bathroom had hair in the corner. Thirdly, I dont know who ever was in the room across from, my room was 108. They keep going in and out all day and night. It sounded like they were coming into my room . I jumped up out my bed plenty of times to check. I gotta come back to Wylie every two weeks and I hope to stay there, but not if those conditions stay the same.

Room didnt get cleaned. The TV wouldn't turn off with multiple TV remotes and the showers had no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles. Location was convenient and the waffles at breakfast were solid.

The front desk guy was very helpful and had my stay be phenomenal much appreciated to him

I liked the fact it was convenience of my visiting place The room was disgustingly dirty from a bad smell as soon as you pen the door, to a dirty air-conditioning filter had to clean it myself, to a disgusting chair to sit on as if it had bird crap on it, to a disgusting TV remote control. to a room with a defective electronic lock which I visited the same room 5 months earlier and had the same defective lock.

The staff member’s response to my concerns about the cleanliness was to say that it was a morning shift employee whose job it was to clean and that his boss had told him to not tell the cleaning employee when he noticed things had not been cleaned. He also pointed out that they aren’t a 4 star hotel, as if to suggest the elevator’s shattered tiles and missing buttons/lights, and overall cleanliness were just what one should expect at a below 4 star hotel. In my opinion the quality was too poor to justify rates of $150 per night. I’m shocked Choice Hotels allow them to keep their branding on this place.
- 3/5
Pool area not clean, beer cans and the cushions looked nasty. Room was in need of repair in the bathroom, the hallway needed to be vacuumed and the carpet in the room needed to be shampooed.
- 1.5/5
Comfy bed The smell of ammonia in the room we had to go buy room fresheners the room smell was so bad and the cleaner only came to the room randomly when she was meant to attend daily.
- 2/5
I don’t recommend staying at this hotel. The hallways and our room were musty and carpets unclean. Trash on the hallway floors. Place didn’t seem secure and anyone could walk into the hotel and take the stairs or elevator. Staff were friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Nothing.
- 3.5/5
The location was convenient and safe. It was dated. The A/C worked OK, the room felt damp, some electrical plugs were blocked off so they could not be used, and grout in the bathroom floor needed repaired.

No drinking water, no ice, no vending machine, door key worked after swiping 35 times, elevator felt like we were just gonna fall.
- 4/5
The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The lobby floor was dirty and sticky. The room was clean except for the mirror and window had handprints and streaks.
- 1/5
I am actually contacting the Health Department. Do not stay here!
- 1/5
We will never stay here again. We arrived for a late check in on Friday evening and was NEVER informed before or during check in that the elevator was out. We are 70+ years old and our room was on the 3rd floor. The buffet was subpar at best with only one apple available. This was 8:30 am and the buffet ran until 10. The 2nd day, people were waiting for the staff to cook eggs/sausage. On the evening of the 2nd night, a fellow guest was seen vacuuming the 3rd floor hallway. She told my wife that she found a vacuum and couldn't stand the dirt. I found blood droplets on my top blanket and tossed it to the floor.
- 1/5
1st- I found a bug crawling in the bed after I was bit on my back. 2nd-the door cards were very difficult to use; 3rd-the elevator was not working: 4th- the toilet was running constantly, so my husband had to fix the flapper; 5th- the TV remote didn’t work. The desk attendant tried 4 remotes and none worked from the bed. I tried to get a refund for my stay but was denied. We left at approximately midnight when I found the bug in the bed.
- 2/5
My room still had trashcan full from previous occupancy. Broken bathroom floor tiles. The room key to many attempts before opening door.
- 3/5
This is a hotel property in decline, simple as that. The thing is they all seem to be relatively easy fixes, if they just cared to make them. The first thing I noticed was the deteriorated and sticky TV remote, it was truly disgusting. (I requested a new one from the front counter, and the guy gave me one that looked almost new, but that's not the point.) The coating on our tub was also clearly coming off. Of course only certain electric outlets worked, but I find that to be true in a lot of "cheaper" hotels. The people we were travelling with had issues with a blinking light in their room and the electronic card reader just to get into their room, throughout their 3-day stay. (In fact, at one point, they couldn't get into their room to change clothes for a memorial service an hour later because the card reader wouldn't work and the front counter lady was at Walmart across the street. Seriously!) I also noticed, walking out at 8:00 a.m., a clump of dirt that had started to break up in the middle of the lobby floor in front of the front desk (so, the first thing you see coming in)... the clump of dirt stayed there well into the afternoon, when it easily could have been swept up by some employee that cared. Lastly, the breakfast was horrible... runny and slimy eggs, bland sausage, hard (!) tater tots (how do you mess up tater tots?!?), just very disappointing and not really worth it for "free." We should've stayed at the La Quinta in town instead!
- 5/5
The only thing that wasn't great was the breakfast.
- 5/5
Good quality/price.
- 3/5
coffee sucks- weak, gross, breakfast sucks, room TV doesn't work- kept blacking out for hours, In room chair was gross, across the hall dog barking overnight... Staff was attentive & friendly
- 1/5
The curtains were broken and would not close completely on the 1st floor room. Paint was coming off in areas of the room. The shower/tub needs to be updated. The side door to the pool was left open throughout the night. When I checked in I was greeted with “Hey”.
- 4/5
We were booked into a handicap room, which I hadn't chosen. When we inquired about it they told us it was only room left. We made it work for us. We stayed 3 nights...would have preferred new set of towels at some point during that stay.

it was nice stay I just wish they staff was more faster in getting the stuff i needed for rooms like clean towels and stuff and empty my trash for me and also the staff was not there when i checkout i had leave key at the front desk, but food was good and hotel was clean overall a 7.5.
- 5/5
It was good
- 3/5
I had 2 rooms one was good, and clean. The other was not, it was not really clean smelled bad, the bathroom sink had a terrible odor when you turned on the water it seemed to be in the drain. Also on the second day we had no towels. I didn’t expect the rooms to be cleaned daily but I did expect clean towels daily.
- 3/5
The card keys don’t work. Each time I had to go back to the front desk and have them redo my card. Even then it took numerous attempts to work. Another customer said she has the same problem.

My dad stayed there during the bad winter storm that we just recently had. I know they did the best they could with trying to make sure there was some kind of breakfast and stuff, but I would have just thought that they would’ve had people stay there so that they wouldn’t have to drive back-and-forth and everything wouldn’t have to be delayed but overall it was fine

Great staff and clean room

I'm not picky... this is low cost hotel. Needed new room key 1-2 times per day. Sink and shower drains were clogged in both rooms we had.Breakfast was bland.

The staff was very nice and patient with us. We had a LOT of trouble with the key card and more often than not, had to get someone to unlock the room door. Mid-week, they changed our room and all was fine for the duration of the stay. Overall a good experience.
- 4/5
It's alright
- 4/5
Breakfast attendant-never a smile or speaks. Rooms spacious but bathroom shower/tub needs replacing of fixtures. Rug in room needs good vacuum cleaning. Location worked very good for us, this was our second stay here.
- 4/5
It was a clean, comfortable room. But the key card for the door would not work well, so I had to get it replaced 4 times what's meant going back down to the lobby after I'd already done to my room. But other than that , it was a nice stay
- 1/5
Do not accept 1st floor room near exit the slamming of the exit doors will most definitely keep you awake at night and thru the early morning hours. It is EXTREMELY loud and they will not let you get a different room after you ask. Maybe staff needs to sleep one night in those rooms to see if they wont fix the door slamming so hard
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 4/5
The staff were so kind and helpful. Our room was clean. It was a peaceful, quiet stay. We also appreciated the continental breakfast each morning. We will be back
- 5/5
I mistakenly made my reservation for the wrong night! The hotel staff found it and moved it to the correct night (while I was trying to check in!) which save me the cost of a pre-paid room!
- 5/5
Clean, quiet room. Good breakfast and convenient location.
- 3/5
There was a stand and sign for lemon water, however, no one put out that water over 3 days. The coffee available was an instant coffee machine- no brewed coffee available. Often. There was no one at the desk. I even left a note on their computer asking for tv help … it was ignored. The third employee I met finally came to the room on day 2 and figured out the tv/remote problems. The toilet paper was the thinnest I have ever seen… you could see through it. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable for sleep and safe. But the amenities are atrocious compared to similar priced options. We will not stay again.
- 5/5
Great stay! Clean and staff was very attentive.
- 5/5
Needed a place to lay my head for the night on a business trip. Enjoyed the breakfast. The next morning everything was clean and tidy breakfast was great. Service was top notch.
- 5/5
Their computer system was down and, at first, they said they could not check us in (at 2:00am). But then they found a work around and were quite accommodating.
- 4/5
Good hotel, will be more than likely to stay again. Just didn’t appreciate that my room felt wet? Like humid but not hot? The towels in the bathroom wouldn’t even dry properly. Other than that everything was good.
- 3/5
Dead cockroach sticking out of restroom vent
- 3/5
The place was decent for the price. Room 210 has black mold on the ceiling. They were very accommodating and let me have a room change. Other than that room everything was good. Beds were clean and comfortable.
- 1/5
If you’re using orbit or a third-party, there’s computer system does not find your reservation. So they booked the room that we were supposed to have. And they’re not compensate us. They gave us another room. It wasn’t that good but they only gave us one night instead of two nights so we had to find another place to go.

Rooms had mold.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great rooms were very comfortable
- 5/5
It was nice. The bathroom was a bit dirty but expected for the price. Not horrible.
- 5/5
Everything was clean and the breakfast had great options. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. I have zero complaints. I was in town for work. I would choose this hotel again.
- 5/5
The check in was easy and welcoming
- 5/5
The lady at the desk was very nice and welcoming.
- 2/5
Did like: Decent breakfast buffet daily. The facility was quite dirty including the towels which were very stained. The room, which was a handicap room smelled of urine which I believe was in the carpeting. We were there 5 nights, room received housekeeping service 1 time! Was constantly searching out towels each evening after returning from days out. Had to visit front desk for non working key card repeatedly.
- 3/5
Hotel was close to where we needed to be. Room was dirty like only the essentials were cleaned. Shower had paint peeling from the tub. Room was extremely humid like the air conditioner was not functioning properly. The rear door by the pool was broken and didn’t even lock. But the hotel itself got the job done.
- 2/5
Bathroom had mold on the ceiling and there was a hole in the ceiling in the shower area. Air conditioner did not work very well. When checking in stood at the desk for over 25 min before anyone came to desk. No one was around to flag down. Hotel keys did not work had to go back to get new ones they gave us one that supposedly worked it still barely worked had to put it on about 10 times to get it to work. Absolutely horrible.

Check in was easy, friendly receptionist. We were very pleased with our room. We spent two nights at this location. Easy drive to see JFK Museum and South Fork Ranch where Dallas was filmed. They had great breakfast bar. My only complaint would be the lady keeping the breakfast bar seemed very unhappy to the point of not listening. One morning I told her that there was no milk for cereal . I ate my breakfast (not cereal) and she never came to fill them. The next morning, I tried an other approach, by just telling her good morning, no response. Maybe she had issues at home that I’m unaware of,
- 2/5
Location convenient. Housekeeping staff is lazy. Breakfast was bland.

Clean quiet safe

Stayed 3 days, first day didn’t clean but front desk said they clean every other day and that room would be cleaned.. got in around 9pm 2nd night, room not clean and no fresh towels, 3rd repeat
- 3/5
The fridge leaked water on the floor, when I made the reservation it was supposed to be Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday but it only did Wednesday, and Thursday so when I realized what happened I went to the desk to informed them what happened and asked if I just needed to go online and extend the reservation and they said no that they would take care of it for me. The next morning I was looking at my bank account and I was billed 128.00 so I went back down to the desk and the lady never even got out of her chair and said that I was billed correctly. I told her that I paid 71.00 for Wednesday and same for Thursday so I didn’t understand why I got charged double and she said each night was a different price. I told her I wasn’t made aware of that and she said sorry and put her head back down

Has the potential to be a 5 star hotel, unfortunately it’s a 2 star hotel right now
- 4/5
It was ok
- 3/5
Hotel was decent overall. We asked for a room on first floor near an entrance because we brought our dog. Dog friendly was a plus. But the room was damp and musty and nothing ever dried out, even with air conditioning on constantly. Everything felt wet. It was very uncomfortable, but we needed to be close to the exit, so we stayed in that room.
- 5/5
Property was clean and place was nice. Employees are always pleasant. Breakfast was ok. Overall, everything was good...

We have stayed at other Comfort Inns and were very pleased with the service. This is the worst Comfort Inn I have ever been to.
- 3/5
I was there a week and they only cleaned once. I did have do not disturb on my second day and forth day. My trash was piled up and towels dirty for three days.
- 4/5
It was a good stay. The only thing was there was some water damage in the bathroom and needed to be fixed. The hotel need the grass mowed and edge. It would make it look cleaner and more inviting.
- 5/5
Staff courteous and nice. Staff helped me correct mistakes on my booking reservation. Overall good experience. I am a fan.
- 5/5
Great prices and property!! Customer friendly with great service

We were remembered from a previous trip 2 years pryor & this hotel is just so grand, excellent staff & such nice people staying there, we all shared stories of why we were staying there. It felt as if we were among family, can't wait for our next visit

Check in and out was very good. Location for us was excellent. The toilet needs serious repair, runs all the time very seldom stops. The shower fixtures need replaced or fixed. The breakfast area was very clean, the lady who handles during the week, needs to smile once in a while! During our visit a broke down car, damaged front end and flat tire was there over a week, not a good site for hotel. Last we needed a light blub in our room - told they had none, Walmart is across the street.

Stayed here for the Renegade Rambler which was held in Greenville, TX. Good facility, and easy drive to the start of the event.
- 4/5
All around solid place to stay in Wylie.
- 5/5
Very clean, free breakfast was descent, we stayed there for a quick business trip since there is not much choice around but they keep the facility very clean.

Management is an absolute lie....they are not pet friendly... only dog friendly. Then when told this asking for a refund, the clerk look stumped that i didnt want to stay.

Also, the other day they closed breakfast early around 9:05am.
