ITEMS STOLEN FROM ROOM after specifically being told at check in by Angel that room service does not automatically come to our rooms during our stay and that if we needed anything we needed to request it, to include towels, toilet paper etc. after we returned to our hotel room on a Friday and discovered our missing items, we immediately addressed the staff. The man who lied to us about room service/housekeeping blatantly admitted his lie in front of another employee and we were told the head housekeeper would be contacted and they would get back to us. This never happened. We requested multiple times to speak to/ or be contacted by a manger who never contacted us. We were only in town for our stay and drive over 2 hours from our hotel to acquire the items that were stolen and had spent roughly $120. The items were still in the store bag on the floor of our room we were told no one would be entering. We found out that the room keeping enters the rooms on a regular schedule and there was no reason for the lie. Ironically our items go missing and also our dirty laundry bag had been gone through which is very odd and violating. Do not recommend this hotel whatsoever. Incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. We paid over $900 for our stay.

Hotel is pretty basic for the most part and not located in a busy area by any means but the rooms were good, comfortable and everything was above expectations. AC was cold, beds were comfortable and I would certainly stay here again if the need arose. It is located in between Weatherford and Ft. Worth, within a relatively short drive to both which was a great place for our needs. There is a nice shopping plaza next door with a few places to eat that we did not have time to explore but this area is continuing to grow at a rapid pace so I can imagine it will be absorbed with the sprawl from both directions before long.

We love Spring Hill Suites and this location is too notch! Very clean, and wonderful staff!

It was too cold in the room and almost every where. Temperature control was very difficult in the room and the system does not work pry.

The icemaker on the 3rd floor didnt work and the workout area was small (to be expected), otherwise it was very nice.

I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. Housekeeping staff do an exceptional job of cleaning. Everyone was friendly and eager to assist.

My stay was very good, I liked the hotel a lot

I stayed Friday, Saturday and Sunday in a room that was never vacuumed, never cleaned, the beds were never made, and the towels were never replaced. By Sunday I was so frustrated that I took the trash out myself. The only thing the front desk agent did was hand me clean towels, and she seemed completely unconcerned about leaving us for a third night in a dirty room. I have never had such a bad experience at a Marriott.

I came to Springhill Suites, trying to run away from storms. Well, I ran right into them! Yvette, the front desk attendant, was so kind and acommodating! My anxiety was through the roof, so she did everything in her power to make me as comfortable as possible. When I checked out, I had to leave my car overnight. They took notes to make sure my car was picked up by my husband and not anyone else. I would recommend the hotel to anyone!

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Our stay was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. They helped us to get a Uber to attend the Dallas cowboys game they even helped us with tools to put my granddaughters dollhouse together. We felt right at home. To the staff you are wonderful people. Much love from the WV girls!!

New property was very clean and the pool was very nice with ample seating. Front desk employees were very courteous and accommodating.

Also, we had a family member leave an important item in her room and they notified us the day we checked out and had a resolution set up should we want what left behind. Well done!

Of all the motels we have stayed at during our travels, this one was in the top two. The man at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Our room was unbelievably spacious. It was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the Weatherford area.

The breakfast was well-stocked but for some reason they decided to just “steam” the bacon instead of frying it. It was just a mass of raw pork. No one was eating it while I was there. The bed was great! Good pillows. I would stay there again.
