Do Not Stay Here!!!! I have spent time and the best of places and in the worst places. This is one of the worst. My family needed a room because we did not predict travel time and got to Texas early. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a room while waiting for our Airbnb so we went with this hotel. The pics looked okay and it wasn’t a lot of money. We usually check for bed bugs wherever we go. We check hoping to not find anything. Well we found a roach in our room. The bathtub had a huge stain and it was scraped up. The sheets are dingy and the microwave was not cleaned out. When I requested another room, the lady at the front desk, refuse to give me another room and also no refund. I didn’t want a refund, I just wanted another room. The receptionist couldn’t help me with anything. My sister refused to stay in the room so she slept in the car. There are no managers onsite. It was a horrible experience.

Staff put us on the 4th floor so we wouldn't have children jumping up and down above our ceiling. We were near the elevator. AC great. No usb ports. Bottled soap etc attached to wall in bathtub/shower.

The young lady with glasses was very attentive and willing to help. We had a strong smell of gas by the pool and she came out twice to check. One of the other from desk employees was rude and was on her phone not even making eye contact when we had the pool situation. After we said we would leave a bad review then she started to be more willing to help.. after four hours she told us the pool was available. There was a week oh heatwave over 105 degrees and we needed the pool .

Nice hotel.

The workers are nice and helpful but the place needs an update First room smells like smoke so they had to give us another room. The second room, when I entered the bathroom, there was a little poop left in the toilet. I just flushed it and did not tell my family as I did not want to go downstairs and move again carrying all our luggage. The rest of the room is good but outdated. Breakfast is good except for the scrambled egg.

Our window unit ac turned off around midnight and we assumed it would come back on and it didnt. At 3am we were sweating trying to figure out how to turn it back on. It wouldn't turn on until we turned on the light switch, so strange. Breakfast was good. Pillows were absolute crap. Both when we were checking in AND checking out no one was at thr front desk. They had a sign that said they stepped away and would be back soon. They werent.

My room was on the fourth floor. The door would not close properly. You had to bang into it or slam it for it to shut and lock the room smelled like must an old wet carpet and towels very musty smelling it stinks

Need to let people know the pool is open. It had a closed sign on it. Didn't realize it was open till our last day when we saw someone in it

Honestly this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed ! The restrooms , beds and towels were so dirty , truly if you like cleanliness then don’t stay here . I was forced to stay here for the event connect soccer playoff the other hotel was way expensive so I chose this but I could not leave after Checkin since we had to stay at one of the required hotel to play in the ECNL playoff at fort worth . Everything is nasty in this place . Look for other place .

The room I stayed in was not cleaned, someone's dirty socks and facial hair was in the bathroom. The drawers would not stay

The property and the room itself were mostly clean and well-kept, but there was a slight musky odor throughout the hotel. The only issues we experienced were nagging fruit flies in the room, a defective large flatscreen TV (the picture was so washed out and blurry that it was nearly unwatchable), and a backed-up bathtub. There are many hotel options in the immediate area with similar prices. I would not stay here again.

Some minor issues, like the toilet plumbing, bureau drawers that won't stay closed, and a very cumbersome TV remote. But overall a clean, comfortable room and bathroom. Besides the pool not being accessible on my 2nd day (problem was resolved the next day), the staff was very friendly and helpful, notably Champagne.

The TV situation was a mess. They relayed on antenna reception and the a totally complicated system to watch TV I believe at a minimum they should have a simple guide and a tv channels list.

A good stay for when you need a bed for the night and aren’t too picky. Bathroom wasn’t very clean, and hotel needs lots of repairs(broken light fixtures, cracked plaster, slow/noisy elevator) but the gal at the desk was very kind and check in was breeze.

Trust me, it's worth a little extra for the security of knowing this hotel will be a lot more safe, relaxing. The beds and bedding at Comfort Inn is 10x better than other budget chains.

The staff is nice but limited on what they can offer the customers. The hotel location is in an area under high construction so getting here is a disaster. The lobby is dingy and smells like mildew, the bathroom sink faucet was leaking all over the counter and the toilet would not flush in first room we were given. The lady at the front desk promptly offered us a new room. We had to get ready to go to an event and noticed in the second room we were given that none of the outlets in the bathroom work so I had to blow dry and style my hair outside of the bathroom. Also the beds are terrible. I usually pick comfort suites because of their comfortable beds but the mattresses in this hotel are springy and sunken. They put a thin mattress pad on top of the mattress but I couldn’t sleep because of the discomfort.

Originally we were put on the third floor and there was an issue with our room with the bathroom sink leaking all over the floor. That room was also in need of some renovations and upgrades. Then the elevator was out of service! Walking up to the third floor with our service animal and luggage became an issue. Plus, the stairways are in need of a cleaning! We spoke to Kendall at the front desk, who was very nice to us, and she moved us to a room on the first floor. This room was much better. Easier to get to and cleaner. All-in-all it was a decent stay.

Staff were great. But the bed was so bad - it felt like we were sleeping on springs. Worst bed we have ever had at a hotel.

We made it in after 2 a.m. and called to let the hotel know what time we should be arriving. There was no one to let us in from the front desk. We waited a while, then finally someone came to let us in. Customer Service wasn't that great at check in and the room was outdated. Could have been cleaned better, however, the beds were clean. Check out clerk was nicer than check in clerk.

Room was ok pictures on app a bit deceiving

Seems like a lot of people that work on road construction stay there. Live music in the middle of the week playing until 10:00pm in the back parking lot..Some of the workers got off the elevator with a really bad skunk smell… weed/pot. Front desk gals were very friendly and welcoming.

The first room was okay. No working A/C, and bath room was dirty. The second room was much better with working A/C, and a clean bathroom. I guess it’s 50/50 if you’ll get clean and comfy, or okay and little dirty

At 8am on a Sunday.. That was the whole reason we picked the place. This room was well over $100 for a night. We expected more.

Pretty nice, comfortable room. We stayed a couple nights for a procedure at a local hospital. There were a few issues, the toilet kept getting hung and so it kept running and you had to jiggle the handle to get it to stop; the tile floor felt like it was coming up in front of the tub, & our second night it ran out of hot water in the shower.

The room stayed too hot for comfort to sleep.

This is not a place i will be staying again in the future. I have been frequently visiting the forth worth area within the last few months, and all places i have stayed have been with no regrets and would stay again. With that being said, i like to have options when visiting and depending on the proximity of where im visiting, i will determine where to stay..the room cleanliness, should be a violation of health codes ( mold, mildew, etc). *and i have pictures. Im glad i stayed by myself, and i didnt bring family with me.. very low quality, those rates definitely need to be dropped.

Property had numerous broken tiles at the threshold of the elevator that constituted a tripping hazard. The entire property was understaffed. The breakfast choices were limited and constantly running out. Room was not overly clean, not enough towels. Overall, the property was unsatisfactory, will avoid this property in future.

Stayed on 10/11/25. Check in guy was NOT friendly. Dead bug on the floor in the bathroom. The beds are rock hard, sheets had stains, and the headboards were tore up with holes in them. The blackout curtain didn’t go down far enough and there was a gap letting in light/sounds under the door. Sometimes the water in the bathroom came out brown. The eggs were the weird powdered ones, but they had English muffins and the coffee was good. The breakfast attendant loudly played games on his phone that were disruptive to breakfast. The hotel brick out front was falling apart. The grounds had trash around the hotel. Also, I think we someone pick up a prostitute at the gas station by the hotel. I guess a girl’s got to work. Next time cross the high way and stay at hotels over there. Less sketchy.

We were so disappointed to see the contrasts between the real hotel and the outside pictures that we decided to drive back home for 3 hours. I canot believe how this hotel can have over 1000 reviews and state is very good! No way! I did not get my money back. Do not stay there!

This property looked like it was in a 3rd world country. The front door and the awning were closed and looked like a bomb went off. So every other door was unlocked, so travelers could enter: the opposite of secure. Everything was broken and there was an odor. The staff were not friendly or helpful. I didn’t even check in. I didn’t feel safe at the front desk (even with my pistol on my belt), so Expedia took my money, and I had to pay for another room down the road. The staff at the new hotel told me that she had heard about that specific Comfort property. Stay AWAY.

Hotel charges $50 per room depisit upon check in on a fully prepaid rooms through Expedia. It was unexpected charge for me. I had 2 rooms booked so I was hit with a $100. 00 fee . Obviously, this hotel expects damage. Hotel was clean, but definitely has seen a lot of wear and tear. Staff courteous. I would not stay here again, area seems not very safe around hotel. Some derelict people roaming about outside the hotel. Front doors of hotel were broken, so you had to enter through a side door to get into the hotel. A positive was that at least it was a quiet stay for us on the 4th floor and room was clean.

Okay location

The room itself was excellent: clean and well -appointed, ample clean towels, newly renovated bathroom, nice clean and comfortable bed, and the AC was quiet. Despite this, the arrival was less than pleasant as the front door was not working and sign instructed to use the side entrance so had to walk around and once inside there was no one st the front desk for 10 minutes. The first thing the person said was don't park under the front veranda because "it is about to collapse". Apparently they had a fire, so I will give them a pass on this. The only other negatives were 1) terrible water pressure (really a dribble) and 2) TV not working. Hotels have been really understaffed these days, and I just someone would be checking the rooms before new guests arrive. The fitness center is a couple of treadmills and one machine, and the laundry center was quite small and required coins, with some dirty socks strewn about on the floor. with that said, the room was very nice and felt a little more upscale than other hotels in this price range, so overall, it was an OK experience.

We went there for a staycation and had a great time the pool was a great addition to our trip. And the rooms ac was great.

Our room needed major dusting and shower area was not thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Not too happy with the sanitation. Personnel was friendly and accommodating, they were polite and respectful.

in charge of preparing the breakfast for more bacon and he said that there was no more. Three minutes later he gave me a bit he had saved for himself, he never Cooke any more bacon for the 6 days we were there ,
