This hotel was the highlight of our three weeks in the USA! Totally unexpected surprise in all respects! We chose property for its proximity to the Space Centre, and it was literally 10 minutes drive. Beautiful property, close to a selection of excellent bars and restaurants, within 5 minutes walk. The welcome at reception was genuine and friendly. The room itself was very spacious, clean, modern and well-appointed. The property has a self-serve bar, laundry, mini pantry-style grocery and dining area. Outside, the pool and surrounds were fantastic! There is a hot-tub, BBQ area and tennis courts in addition. We really enjoyed lounging by the pool on both days. There were plenty of free parking spaces outside, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property. All in all - loved it - thank you Staybridge Suites - Highly recommended! Very little to complain about! Breakfast choices were basic - but adequate for the price point.

The hotel was really nice and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and I been recommending people already.

Everything is perfect except how long it takes for them to release the deposit. I booked on Saturday for one night and it’s the end of Wednesday and the deposit for accidentals still have not been returned.

We stayed there June 4-19. The employees were very friendly and professional! Jazzmon checked us in and she made sure everything was perfect for us and since it was our third year here and she thanked us for that. I don’t do elevators so she accommodated me by making sure we were on the first floor. Shaquera was absolutely friendly and professional; made sure we had everything we needed and I was tickled at her because our dIRECTV was not working and she was like “I’m not a tech but let’s see what I can do, do you need anything else?” Alicia was so sweet just extremely happy to help you! When you walked up to her, she had this smile that just made your day. Always trying to make sure you were happy and since we were there for our anniversary she put it on the screen in the dining room. She was so excited for us to see it, it made my day! Letty and Juanita are also so sweet, they made sure you had what you needed when it was time to eat and even asked “what do you like to eat? you don’t go hungry at staybridge.” The housekeepers were very sweet as well. Kept everything so clean and smelling so nice, I was very pleased! The only time they didn’t check on you is when you left the note “no housekeeping today.” We were very pleased with that. The property itself was clean, the rooms are very nice; it’s away from traffic and quiet. We used the grill this time and my husband loved it! The beds are very comfortable, I absolutely loved the room we had. I would recommend staybridge Webster TX to anyone! My only complaint is there was one lady there that worked at the front desk that was so sweet and helpful; I didn’t get her name unfortunately. Staff very friendly. Enjoyed the pool, clean and warm to swim in. Every evening had a beer at the Cosmic Tap. Mall and restaurants close. Stayed for World Cup. Breakfast had a good variety to eat. Would stay again.

The hotel had a lot going on. Icecream social, Bingo, pool, pickle ball, free laundry. The location and rooms were great. The AC vent blew right in my face on and off all night. The room layout was not ideal with that in mind, we had 2 queen beds.

Quick overnight stay after a day at the Space Center. Very clean, good rooms, quick check-in and big hot breakfast selection. Good for what we needed - comfortable and near the Space Center. The only issue is that the walls and flooring are thin - you can hear if loud guests are next to you (crying kids, loud voices) or above you (running or heavy steps). Otherwise, good for a quick stay!

Breakfast was very good. Arcade wasn’t great but enjoyed the pickleball. Room smelled a little musty and bathroom/room was dated.

Great fancy hotel. The pool is a bit small but its very cozy and nice, they have a lot of member premium options and some still at a cost for everyone else. Good area, restaurants around, shopping around. The rooms are nice and big.

Cleanliness

The first floor left a lot to be desired in cleanliness and general maintenance and upkeep. The 2nd floor did appear a little better and our room was decent. We had an incident with our room that the front desk took care of promptly. I would not stay here if we visited the area again.

Kids loved playing in the pool. The enjoyed the game room and breakfast bar. Been here before, this is our go to.

I had called the hotel to ask if flowers were delivered for my wife there, if the hotel could place them in our room for us before we arrived. They said no problem! However, none of that was going to happen because the flowers never did arrive at the hotel lol... But the nice ladies at the front desk apparently were not going to let something like that stop a good time, so they went and decorated our room themselves. There were rose petals on the bed and all kinds of pretty things in the room. They informed me that the flowers did not arrive when we got there but we were blown away by how far above and beyond they went. Think my heart grew two sizes that day to see people still care. Very very cool. As far as the hotel, its a very clean hotel with the beautiful pool area. The breakfast the next morning was the most impressive hotel breakfast I have seen and it was all GOOD. We don't drink, but there is beer and wine on tap in the dining room! Parking lot was safe, well lit and made, with easy access getting in and out of hotel parking lot. For something being a hotel chain, which are usually exactly what you expect, this one stood out proudly and we felt welcomed and everyone was just so great. I can't recommend this place strongly enough if you are in the NASA area.

This is my third stay here. It’s far enough off of I45 that you don’t get traffic noise. Really good breakfast options and comfortable rooms. It feels very safe as well.

Awesome room and setup for a family. If you have multiple kids, you can book their own room with their own bed. Parents get a king size bed in their own room as well. Great proximity to Nasa and space center. Small kitchen makes it easy to grab some groceries and snacks. Highly recommend.

Nice bedroom and bathroom. The AC is loud when it comes on at night, and the living room is much cooler than the bedroom. All in all, if it had had a patio, we would have considered staying beyond our reservation, because the breakfast was great and the pool area waterfall was lovely. Truly my only complaint is about the coffee. I don’t think of myself as a coffee snob but what was served was difficult to choke down. That’s not my usual experience in a nice hotel.

We were very disappointed. The hotel is old and has a weird smell. There was a dripping sound all night and that was really annoying. The facilities didn’t look clean and breakfast was a disappointment.

The stay was beyond amazing! The customer service was phenomenal, the breakfast food delicious, and the room fantastic. Love love love Staybridge suites. The rooms are always super clean, large and comfortable. Tanisha(sp?) At the front desk assisted w our reservation because I came down w the vid so the rest of my family, the husband and kids were there. They can’t stop talking about how wonderful it was. They had to switch suites because of the ac and it was done in minutes. No hassle. The pool was great and my 29 and 31 year olds loved it. Just helpful! Thanks yall for being so wonderful. Always stay w you and always will.

The hotel is wonderful, in a good area. The room was spacious and up to date. Everything was clean and comfortable as well! The pool is definitely the focal point, it’s very pretty! Would definitely stay here again.

This Staybridge Suites is in Webster Texas....southeast section of Houston and close to NASA/Clear Lake. There are many restaurants in this area to choose from as well. The room is very spacious, and the beds are comfortable. I love that it felt like home away from home! The breakfasts very good and they offer a wide variety of the main course each day. The evening receptions Monday-Wednesday also include dinner, beer and wine. The hotel is spacious and even has a theater room and games to play! I will definitely stay here should my travels take me back to the Houston area again!

I really liked Mrs. J's front desk detail she was very helpful and welcoming. I also enjoyed the 4th of july food and extra goodies the hotel had for guest, breakfast was a 10. More places need to follow a breakfasts like this. We will definitely be back to this location. Also, the pool was super relaxing...

Best hotel we have stayed at so far. So much is included & it is very clean. Staff is so friendly. It is home away from home. Great breakfast included, comfy beds, kitchen (small dish washer/ pots/ pans/ dishes/etc.), laundry facility on site for free & so much more. We will be staying here again when in Houston.

The property itself was fine, it was the staff and service I found lacking I was awakened in the middle of the night both nights of my stay by the desk clerk my room was not cleaned nor was I given fresh towels even after asking the maid the halfhearted apology from the desk clerk was very insincere and self righteous as if I should’ve expected to be woken due to her incompetence

The room and hotel it's itself were extremely clean, and they have hand sanitizer available it multiple places. It's the cleanest I've ever seen for a hotel!

What a great place for our family to stay! Rooms were comfortable and relaxing, pool and outdoors was fun, movie room and great breakfast buffet. We definitely stay again!

Other than the Hot tub being out of order for a few days, our stay was fantastic! Staff is super friendly, the breakfast was good everyday and it is close to shopping and multiple restaurants. Being close to the I45 was also super convenient. Would recommend Staybridge to anyone going that direction!

Spacious rooms and comfortable beds.

The property needs a tummy tuck, not a full face lift but a tummy tuck. Torn bar height chairs in the dining area and peeling desk chair cover in the room need to be addressed. My room, Rm 215, leaked water after it rained the day before I checked out. I let the front desk know, but I'm quite sure this was not a first time occurence. The room was adequately clean and stocked. I would stay there again if given the opportunity.

Clean and spacious room with nice kitchen, sitting, sleeping and bathroom areas. The shower has no door, so cold air freely enters and counteracts with the hot shower. The king mattress in the bedroom was worn out, too soft, not supporting comfortably. Otherwise the room and our overall stay was fine. Nice breakfast daily.

Room was clean except for one sticky area on the kitchenette floor. Having the closet inside the bathroom was weird. The drain on the tub/shower didn’t work.

We have been staying here for years. This was the most disappointing. Bed not near as comfortable. Pull out bed was disgusting. Bathroom not as clean. Every piece of furniture squeaked and rocked as though it was going to fall apart. Even fridge door sounded like a haunted house door opening. This was not the room I booked and no other rooms available. Very very disappointed.

Hotel was nice and clean. Room was very comfortable. I had a king suite. Breakfast was above average. I was there two nights and every employee I encountered was very friendly. I will definitely come back here again.

Staff was great and very polite. One of the reasons we booked this hotel is for the hot tub, but it wasn’t working well. It was supposedly fixed the next day, but still cold the second night. Not a huge deal, but disappointing none the less. Very conveniently located of visiting NASA though, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Great customer service also beautiful rooms very clean and organized beds are so comfy another plus you cant hear anyone next to you or above you so you get some great sleep.They also have delicious breakfast its a really good hotel for family and any occasion. Highly recommend.
