Very neat and clean, but needs updated remodeling in restrooms.

The hotel was very unkept. Will never stay again, manager rarely ever there.

The location. The staff. The amenities. I think the breakfast could be a little bit more better as far as offering, scrambled eggs instead of a hard boiled egg , and fresh milk, a better coffee bar.

Everything was good, had issues with the tv but called the desk and she was right up and got it fix. The pool was down. That is the only thing. But other than that friendly fast response to fix any issues.

Easy & friendly check-in. Unfortunately I had issues with air conditioner & television. The room was warm and uncomfortable even after trying to lower the temperature. I turned the tv on to try to distract from the temperature but the tv would not display a picture. It would just show the menu/tv guide but no picture would display no matter what I picked. I've stayed here a few times before and would normally rate it about a 4 but this visit was not the best.

The room smell humidity, the floor feels sticky. I can sleep well because of the noise. We feel the people running in the upper floor.

My son like the breakfast pancakes They didnt have air in the lobby and hallways and no grits for breakfast. Also the cereal choice were horrible.

I loved the location of the hotel. It was central to where we were going. Some of the staff were not nice. Check in was a hassle as I had to swipe my card multiple times due to multiple rooms. The person who checked us in stated that no phone call was made to inquire about the number of guests and children who were there. I called the hotel directly and spoke with staff advising that we would be late and communicated to them the number of guests. It was a hassle for check in.

Everything else was good It smelled bad

My room was clean, the beds were comfy, AC ran well, and breakfast was reasonable. All must haves when staying in a hotel. I needed extra towels, and the staff was ready to accommodate. However, this is not a must have, but it was part of the reason I chose this hotel: the pool area was in need of attention. What was concerning is that the hot tub was in closed for repair yet shared a wall with the pool. Therefore, if a toy was thrown slightly too far, it ended up in the hot tub that had what looked like some pretty strong chemicals and a large cockroach floating on the surface. I would recommend cleaning it up and installing a fan to circulate the air in the pool area as well as to help remove chemicals in the air as they were quite strong and left 3 of us coughing and in need of a little air break. The workout room could also use a little fan just to circulate air as it got pretty toasty in there. Just wanting to end on a more positive note, the things that were troubling were fixable with a little TLC. I would check back with them again in a year or so to see if they have addressed any of the concerns. Overall, the stay was nice enough to keep me curious to see if management addresses the stuff mentioned.

The young male at the desk was amazing, he was accommodating and really tried to set a good time... Kudos to and for him!! This hotel had a stench that stunk... At first I thought maybe they'd just wanted the carpets - because it smelled of mildew, but when I verbally said it another guest said " No, it smells like pee"!! So, the first room we were assigned was cleaned well, smelled and had panties thrown up on the shelf in the closet. The second room smelled the same way, but seemed cleaner and less damages to the furniture. The hot tub was not working and drained for maintenance, which sucked bc when I book I look for the specifics... The iine picture does not match this hotel... Breakfast is served, but... I'm usually not picky but this was not That At All!!! Oh, yeah and to get in and out of the side doors you have to jamm the card into the reader, dude!

This hotel has become our go-to for the short weekend getaway. Clean hotel and room, friendly and helpful staff, easy parking. Highly recommended.

God location The room smells like mold and musty

We just needed a place for the night while traveling and it was excellent. Bed we good, water pressure was great! There’s no calling fans so the air circulation was bad but it was a very normal hotel. Nothing fancy but definitely works for a quick in and out.

I stayed at this hotel for four days, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. There were bugs in my room that were constantly flying around, landing on my food, and even flying in my face. The room also had a strong, unpleasant odor throughout my stay. I reported the issues, but I was not properly accommodated or offered a satisfactory solution. I expected a much cleaner room and better customer service. I would not stay here again based on this experience.

Lady taking our registration at the desk asked for my ID and credit card without any eye contact and no smile on her face. The breakfast hours were from 7-9 am. We got there at 8:30 one morning and there was very little left out and they didn’t bother to replenish it. We were there only for 4 nights and my husband had to go to the front desk 3 of those evenings to get both card’s demagnetized. The last night he did it, the evening desk clerk was very nice and was getting ready to do the remagnetization of cards, when the owner came out of his office very irate and was telling my husband that it was our fault. That we had passed somewhere that it demagnetized them and even showed him a scratch on one of the cards. My husband told him one of the cards never left the paper case it came in. The owner turned his back to him and waved his hand as to say we were bothering him and to go away. Needless to say we will not be staying there again the next time we go to Houston.

Location It was impossible to stay there - strong urine, pet and smoke smell in every room available, had to look and go to a different hotel. Don't stay here, there are better options available around

Omg the dirtiest place ever they tried to give us a room that smelled like mold and you can see the room leaked before then offered another room that smell sour with huge lumps in the bed and all they offered was air fresheners , the girl at the front desk had a nasty attitude from the second I approached the desk including the owners b/c I refuse to sleep with mold with my kids … they told us at 7:15pm we had to decided if we wanted a refund by 8pm (she called and left me a voicemail saying that ) then knocked on the door 5 minutes later saying the manger said we had to exit immediately and refused for the manger to come to the room and talk to us then when we got to the desk the manager and owner denied saying that (which was a lie) and the owner which was a man was very very sassy and they refused to give me any type of print out to get a refund hotels.com had to call them to verify :.. there was bugs .. this should be classified as a motel not a hotel

At check-in, they assigned us room 321. We walked in to drop off our bags and immediately noticed the room occupied with someone else’s personal items. Luckily they were not in the room or it could have gone Very bad for us! Scary! We were assigned another room. Bed sheets did not smell clean/refreshly washed. The Indian man (manager) was short with me and said he would not offer us a discount only à full refund to stay somewhere else. Rude. Needs customer skill training. Hot tub was not working.

I liked almost everything about it and was going to give a fantastic review, but checkout left a terrible taste in my mouth. The checkout person was some smart alec 20's something guy with a snotty attitude. I was trying to get to the bottom of the issue he had with me about my service animal. He would not answer any of my questions, but he was plenty rude, disrespectful, and nasty to me. I asked his name, but he told me he did not have to tell me. He made me very angry, which was unnecessary, so I flicked my room card onto the desk. He claimed I "threw it at (him)",and told me I could never book there again, and if I tried, I would be denied.

Everything was great

The rooms were so humid the sheets were moist. The rooms were functional but ugly - lots of brown countertops and grey paint. There were no towels and no extra toilet paper. There was a small kitchenette but no utensils, cups or plates.

Loved the background behind the front desk of the astronaut. Within walking distance to Buffalo Wild Wings. Lobby of the hotel felt hot. Front desk attendant was great. Elevator was a little rough. The room was clean. The window shade had like a space like shade. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was ok. We were only there for a day so it did the job and would stay again if need be.

We stay here many times a year. Staff are always great and friendly. Rooms are always clean and neat. Close to shopping and entertainment. Highly recommend.

They willl nickel ans dime you for everything. As much as I travel and at many levels of hotels I have stayed at, this is the first time I was charged for having 3 adults in the same room. A suite at that. Breakfast was average. Weight room was absolutely a joke. And honestly not worth the money. I should have swallowed the pill and paid extra and HOliday Inn or Marriot. I will from now on.

The room smelled like dirty rags. The restroom had so much dirt accumulated. They only gave me half a toilet paper roll. I had to ask for more. The breakfast ended super early. Hotel was very mediocre.

The room was clean and comfortable for our stay. The breakfast was nice but lacks variety . We had issues with our room keys kept deactivating throughout our stay, no matter where we kept them in our pockets.

Clean and quiet. Located in a nice area and check-in was smooth and easy.

Son said there was hair in the bathroom which i saw some on the walls when i went in for my shower. There was no soap by the bathroom sink the wash hand. The vanity look like it was kicked in. We go there late and we left early. Didn't eat the breakfast there.

The morning front desk guy was an absolute jerk to me when I was trying to book another night so I left.

The worst experience ever! The room was in poor condition. Tv didn’t work as well as the phone. Very terrible smell, bathroom was the worse. We were told we would receive a refund for 2 nights and it’s been 3 days and we have not heard back from anyone. I would never be back again. And to top it off I think I got Covid from being there. Also the offer the worse breakfast.

We transferred to this hotel due to a less than expected stay at a different hotel and this one was fine

Hotel was very long in the tooth and in very serious need of remodeling. It looks like some was in work but not enough. Gym room had no A/C, some of the equipment had no power, and the pool was out of commission. My room had a mix of musty and strong disinfectant smells that was unpleasant. The room A/C cooled but didn’t dehumidify, all my clothes left in the room while I was out were damp even though I left the A/C on cold and the fan on high even when out of the room. The food selection for breakfast was limited, uninspired and never changed. I will not return to that hotel.

Unfortunately, the property looked very wore down and and dirty. I accidentally got breakfast early because it said online it opened at 6am and got there at 6.55 am and asked for something was and was yelled at it’s not until seven. Everything looks very dingy, floors stained, hole in the wall outside, and ceiling tiles in disarray, even the maid carts look moldy. The fire detector battery kept going off and I will say maintenance came right away to fix it and apologized but front desk person seemed really sick or out of it. For the price and it being a 3 star hotel, was extremely disappointed.

Three nights in Webster, TX. Check-in and check-out easy and no problems. Room was as described with no issues or surprises. WiFi worked well, and tons of available restaurants nearby. This was a nice stay - very affordable - and easy to recommend.

The power went several times for hours at a time Breakfast was mediocre

The stay was great but I feel my privacy was violated. Check out was at 11pm but the housekeeper knocked 2 times at 9:40am and when my husband was going to the door she let herself in. Definitely did not appreciate that! We could've been getting dressed!

Our experience was really good

Some kind of smell was there in both rooms that our family had booked. One had WEEDish smell, other had muggy (moldy) smell. Had to keep the AC running for a long time before the smell was bearable. The furniture in both rooms was terrible/old/worn out with scuff marks. Office chair was the worst. TV wasn't working. Nothing to say +ve about the experience except for reasonably clean/well light bathroom. We also suspect bedbugs with itchy bites on my son's thighs.

Checking in was not friendly. Woman training the other lady was rude. I had to pay for both of my rooms separately instead of 1 transaction. I made 1 reservation but was told it was made as 2 different room reservations. Not true. I wasn't going to argue with her. If I could have canceled my rooms I would have. If your pet friendly then you welcome pets. Do not threaten to call animal control if your pet barks. Breakfast was from 7am to 9am. Online it said 6am to 9am. The only options were waffles boiled eggs cereal sausage and biscuits and gravy. That was Saturday. Sunday had toast and muffins as well. Our cards to our rooms did not work. We found hair in the restroom floor. Toilet paper was used rolls and not a new roll. Lights did not work properly. Could not use phones to call front office and complain. I could go on but I think this is enough for now.

We asked for towels for our shower and the clerk required we first bring our used towels back. First time I've ever been asked that. The breakfast was a little lacking. Sausage only as the meat option, no bacon. There was also no peanut butter. No fresh fruit. Also, I had a cup of cranberry juice cocktail, and there was something solid in my cup. I lost my appetite. Otherwise, the breakfast was ok.

Everything was working in the room. Very clean. The only thing is that the sofa bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast was also good.

Overall satisfied. Property was good, very good amenities. Breakfast was really good, havent seen such a good spread in any of these budget hotels. Eventhoufh there were stains in the towels and the bed spread, I dont want to bring it up, as everything else was good. Room was spacious, no noisy neighbors etc. Very good location, with good number of restaurants nearby and close to Houston Space Centre as well.

Owner was very rude. They didn't have towels to shower with my family of 4 had to share 1. Hot tub didn't work and the chemicals were so strong in the pool it instantly gave my kids a rash. The bedding looked like it had drops of blood on it. The breakfast was very limited even for continental. Luckily we were just passing though and only had to stay 1 night but won't book there again.

The free breakfast was basic. They offer a few hot items. Nothing impressive. The room was clean. The shower was better than OK but not amazing. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked perfectly and didn't make a lot of noise. Overall I would stay here again.

The first room had a hole in the wall. The next one the tv did not work, the coffees maker did not work and the WiFi was intermittent.

The place is ok. It has been refurbished and repainted…. It looks ok but the circulation in the room is horrible. It smelled humid and damp. The OK made so much noise it was difficult for me to fall asleep. Staff were nice.

The best hotel in the area.

Parking was great. Close to the building . Staff was courteous. Quick to address issues. Breakfast was ok. Waffles available, cereal fruit and sausage on the dates of our stay.
