There is bed bugs , I spoke to the front desk and was offered a new sheet for the issue at hand . I can’t speak to no higher ups because they refuse to give me any information, the lady lied and said I had a pet with me which was false . Also that I didn’t mention it to the front desk but That in fact was a lie as you can see the picture submitted I mentioned it to the guy working .

It was a quiet property. The maid who came and cleaned my room the first day was a very nice lady. The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I am a nonsmoker so I am not sure why I was given that room. Not only that, once I came home, all of my clothing and even bags smelled of cigarette smoke. I had to wash and spray down all of my items that was in the room to get rid of the smoke smell. I also began to have coughing fits because of the thirdhand smoke toxic chemicals that still resided in the room. Luckily I was only there for 2 nights. If I had to be there any longer I would’ve asked for my money to book at a different hotel.
