We walked into room 715 and it smelled like something had died in there. The sheets were yellow and smelled like they were washed in water alone "IF" they were even washed. The floor was sticky and the AC unit took a while to cool.

The location and the man at the front desk was very nice. It doesn't look anything like the pictures. Maybe 10 years ago. There was a very obvious hole in my blanket. You could see it as soon as you walked in so the staff couldn't have just missed it.

It was right next to my house, so my mother didn’t have to travel far. It was filled with day laborers and out of town workers. Guys standing around everywhere drinking and smoking. My mother had to wear her crocs in the bathtub to shower because the tub was stained and paint stripping off. The floor was separating. Mini fridge and microwave were dirty. The lights above the bed were missing the light bulbs. My mother had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door and when I dropped her off, they’d gone in her room and cleaned anyway.

The hotel is just fine. The room was clean with every amenity listed on the website. The pool is really nice and even accommodates those needing a "lift" to get in the water. The office manager is very nice and accommodating. Plenty of parking near each room. The Wi-Fi was fast and easy to access. And, even with the large number of guests, its quiet, clean, and it was a very pleasant stay.

Your people could be a little more friendly. They need lots of up date on the rooms. Not clean enough. Your sheets need to be clean with bleach or something to look more clean or just replace them with new one. There's little things you can do to make it look better and feel better for your customers. I wrote comments on the first line. This place could be great with more improvement with appearance on outside and inside. I hope the next time I come thru I see a better looking hotel.

I witnessed people walking the parking lot pulling on doors in an atempt to make entry & possibly rob possessions. I brought this to the hotel staffs attention, but nothing was done. The room itself had issues of its own. Bedding/Sheets riddled with stains & a dirty restroom.

The rooms were dirty. The bathtub was dirty so I asked for a refund and will not stay there. I do not recommend anyone.

Stayed several times. Nice place for money. Clean, pool never open though, always locked, and it was in 80's-90's most of the days I was there. Wouldn't count on pool being open if that is what you are looking for.

The bed spread had a hole the floor was slippery and the blankets looked like they had blood and black stains

Coffee in room. Better coffee in lobby. Staff should not move around coffee grinds with their bare hands as I witnessed. If staff say lobby will be unlocked at 6 am for coffee, juice, and granola bars, it should be.

Front desk staff was VERY kind and helpful. We had to keep making changes to our reservation to extend the number of days and the gentleman was so patient.

This place is horrible. Very dirty and run down room. Walls were dirty, curtains appeared to have blood stains on them. The microwave literally was rusted inside. No one should have to reheat food in that thing. Tub was a death trap. Not sure why but it had a large dip in it almost as if its sinking in from the middle. I was by no means expecting luxury from a Super 8, but cleanliness is something that they really need to work on. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 night stayed one night then left.

We have developed a pattern of staying here every month while we visit our family in converse it’s the best location and motel for anyone visiting the San Antonio area. It’s in a quiet location central to everything you could need. Friendly people hosting a very nice motel. Still the best beds we’ve ever slept in!!! Will be returning in June for our next trip

Advertised as having breakfast - it does not. Advertised as having newspapers - it does not. Bedspread is sprinkled with old cigarette burn holes. Room has a frig that works, but has seen it's better days and a blow dryer that does not work.

Internet was very poor, constantly up and down over the course of several days. Caused me to miss some important business last night as it was down completely. I called the front desk, only to hear they were working on it. Other than that, a nice place, but just don't depend on the wi-fi.

Staff was great, room was very nice and clean, bed was the best I’ve slept on in years, very comfortable even if it was so tall I could barely get into it by my self!!! I would give it 5 stars but the bath tub was old and in bad condition. Rest of the room was perfect. We will definitely be back when we’re in the area next month

Bathroom was so old and outdated i couldn't tell if it was clean! one bed was clean and the other bed didnt seem clean , had also 2 blood stains on the top sheet.I have a video to prove it . I turned the sheet over and it looked like the fitted sheet was not ever changed and the pillows were just there.What made it worst is when i went to let them know,the guy at the front said to me theyre dried blood stains ..I was like are you serious? They should have never been there .He never offered to change them or make it better ,we couldn't sleep on a bed with some blood stains even if they claim , they were clean, yuck se we left and I had to find another hotel. What a disgusting and disappointing experience

Charged a 40 dollar deposit which I still have not received back. Checked out after 2 hours of the upstairs room sounding like a stampede

The room was filthy - bathtub had not been cleaned for what looked like ages. My feet stuck to the floor. The staff were kind and responsive, but the facility is a hot mess.

The bathroom needs an entire makeover. I bring my own streaming device to watch my shows but couldn't use it. There's no access to the TVs HDMI. I probably couldn't use it anyway because the wifi signal is weak.

The room was disgusting stains all over the walls floors, sheets restroom. The picture that showed what the rooms were supposed to look looked nothing like it. Couldn’t even sleep on how dirty the room was checked out as soon as I could the next day

Didn't find it to appealing with bedding as in comforters had cigarette burn holes in the comforters on both beds in a (2-bed) room.

i booked this hotel because it WAS pet friendly when booking it. however when i checked in they were not, and left, did not check in

Room could definitely use some upgrades. Bathtub had cracks and the finish was flaking off. When went to check out, lobby was locked no coffee or breakfast was available, no idea how long there was no indication when anyone would return. Check-in was fairly easy. The price was good for the room

Worst hotel in Texas. The check in process was so awful. The man picked a fight with me, a single woman in the middle of a city at almost midnight. Thee were bugs and stains on the sheets.

The sheets were stained and holes in the bedding, there was hair in the shower, and the grounds were run down. The staff was efficient. It was a quiet night. I did appreciate the inexpensive place to stay when I needed it.

The bed was so high off the floor I had to roll into the bed. Also mattress was super soft which gave me back problems. No coffee pot, no dirty cloths bag. Tub was horrible. Tile coming loose on floor. Just a bad experience all around.

Broke closet mirror, cigarette holes on top cover ( I asked for non smoking room) stain on desk, brown stain in tub & wouldn’t drain while I showered, window curtains stained, towels stained, staples on siding, the entire room looked ghetto. I called front desk they insinuated they could do nothing about changing rooms. Service was okay, hotel maids were helpful, being a Wyndham rewards member I expected better honestly. I recorded video in case any accusations of any damages.

Location is at a perfect location. Needs more work with continental breakfast.

In pictures it looked clean, nice and like a great property for the price, but in reality it was filthy, tub was old, cracked, bedspread had holes, funky smell and someone was smoking pot and the smell was incredibly strong. Both of us got nauseous. Not a safe place for two women.

Absolutely friendly staff and very welcoming. Room was clean and amenities on hand.
