The breakfast was better the every hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Location. Private bedroom Not real clean, sofa bed was broken. It took 3 request to get it replaced

Our first room had some type of bug and they gave us another right away. They were very nice about everything!

We would stay here again. We liked the location, the breakfast and the large rooms. The carpet in the hallways is in desperate need of replacement but it didn’t impact our stay. I would have liked a safe in the room and found it odd there wasn’t one.

We stay here all the time, when we come to Southlake. Always clean and well maintained property. Rooms are huge, with a kitchen. Which is so convenient. Very comfortable beds.

The staff was very rude when their check in process went down. They ran out of coffee in the morning during breakfast and we went to the front desk and they told us it’s not their problem and told us to find the staff in the pantry and let them know. We had to ask for a pack and play when we got to our room even though we had requested it before our arrival and they stated they put it in the room notes. The hotel was average at best and not worth the money. It seemed like the staff did not want to communicate with each other and it showed by how the hotel is being kept up. In the future would avoid this place and pay the extra money for somewhere else.

Be prepared for your pull out bed to be broken and to be told there is nothing they can do about it so your family members have to sleep all crammed up on a nasty couch :/ Be prepared to have a suite with 5 total people staying and for there to only be 3 towels provided…and they cannot bring you more towels because there is only one person working at the hotel so she can’t leave the desk. Be prepared to be told the hotel has no extra pillows when you ask for 2 extra pillows. Be prepared for your TV to randomly turn on in the middle of the night and wake you up with the light and then search for a remote control to turn it off to find that you don’t have a remote control anywhere in your room. For either tv. Be prepared to experience terrible customer service in a hotel that appears nice on the outside. Talk about lipstick on a pig. Pass on this hotel for sure. 1/10 rating.

Went for a relaxing weekend The property is clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and the nice breakfast.

We loved our stay. Our room was clean, staff was amazing. Breakfast was good. We also loved the pool, only minor complaint would be the wall fountain could use a little cleaning. Other than that I highly recommend this hotel. 😊

Wonderful stay! The staff were extremely helpful, and the front desk agent was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Overall, a great hotel. Checking in on Wednesday was seamless, and both the evening social and breakfast were excellent.

Called earlier in the day about arriving late and the lady who did my call helped me so much by answering my questions. Breakfast was also great.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the kitchen area had everything we needed during our stay. The property felt safe, relaxing, and well cared for. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers!

Overall nice. But found the lighting in the room was very dim. The hallway carpet needs stretching-could be a trip hazard

The rooms are nice and spacious. There very and well kept. I one thing I didn't like was your not able to adjust the shower heads. Besides that I love the experience.

Hotel is clean and fantastic. Our only complaint was the mattress as it was really firm and uncomfortable. I stay at a lot of Hilton properties and this was the worst sleep I have had. Hopefully they improve this but overall everything else was great

Everything was great in this hotel. Location is also ideal if you want to be close to the Texas Motor Speedway. The only downside is a lot of road noise from the hwy at night.

This hotel is located next to a loud highway so if you're going to stay her ask for an interior room. The front desk attendant was not very friendly in my interactions with her. During both interactions she was on the phone but in an airpod style headphone so I couldn't tell when she was talking to me or whoever was on the other line. I did interact with maintenance guy when he had to change the batteries in our door lock. He was really nice!

The staff was very friendly from front desk to housekeeping. The place is clean, has great amenities. Couldn’t use the pool because it’s winter but it looks so nice. We did use the gym which well equipped and clean. The suite is a little home away from home with nice layout of the suite. I was surprised to see a well stocked mini kitchen!

Thanksgiving with family

The room was clean and very big with a very comfortable king size bed and a wonderful large big screen television. I didn’t have breakfast there, but it looked very good. It was also a very good price and had a pretty lobby as I entered the hotel at night. I will definitely stay there when I visit my friend who lives in Keller.

Excellent stay for business travel , & it was very convenient to have a full size refrigerator with a mini kitchenette. The FREE breakfast every morning is a nice option with many protein options. It’s safe a close to many nice neighborhoods including shopping & dining options.
