We had an afternoon meal at the bar...My wife enjoyed the chicken wings. I had the shrimp tacos, it was so-so (not flavorful). The staff were very helpful and accessible. Bath towels were very rough.

Came for a concert at the Pavillon. Perfect location, great staff and accommodations. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Not our first time, and definitely not the last time. There may be some better prices, but we feel like we get what we paid for when we stay here. We mainly stay here when we walk next door to the concert. Since we were dealing with health issues this time, it was perfect. Walk was doable even in heat. The rest was great too, and we splurged with a nice breakfast in bed.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was storming when we got there and the valet staff was so helpful with our luggage and parking our oversized vehicle. The place is gorgeous and clean.
- 5/5
Staff was great, rooms were great, great location to event center and overall will always stay at this hotel when I’m in the area!
- 4/5
Surprised that we were charged destination fee and taxes on top of the Expedia charges. Added an additional almost $50 to the bill. Also had to call back and correct the bill after only removing credit for one breakfast when we paid for two. The hotel was nice and corrected it, but glad we checked.

Smooth check in. Staff was friendly and professional. Great room with a view. Close to everything. Enjoyed walking around the area and attending the concert. Breakfast in the M club was delicious. Great staycation. Would recommend the hotel to everyone.
- 5/5
Amazing place to stay and attend a concert. The pavilion is literally just a sky bridge walk. Staff was super helpful and fast. All in all I would rate this a 20 out of 10. AMAZING
- 4/5
Staff was great and extremely friendly. Room was quiet and clean. It would be helpful with more instructions on the onsite parking deck(location and keep key card until you leave parking deck)!!!

Everything was great except shower. Barely any pressure.
- 5/5
Enjoyed our overnight stay. The skywalk to Cynthia Woods was so convenient. Just a short walk in AC was a lifesaver. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable about what amenities were available. We are smokers, so the outside area was a plus. We will definitely be staying here for future concerts. Well worth the money.
- 5/5
Great hotel for attending concerts at the Woodlands Pavilion. There is a skybridge right to it. The rooms had been updated, very clean, professional staff and nice amenities.
- 2/5
Overall disappointing. For hundreds of dollars a night i expected better. Location is great, lobby is nice. The room was meh, very nice looking, but there was pubic hair in the shower and the beds are not that comfortable. Also, the keurig did not work properly and leaked water all over the cabinet. We went down to the pool, the hot tub was lukewarm warm at best and there was trash in it, and there was a bandaid floating in the pool. Cant tell when it’s actually been cleaned. I could have the same experience at holiday inn but cheaper. And they have free breakfast
- 5/5
Conveniently located Friendliest staff ever Waitress at the restaurant hugged me loving her tip Everyone was Happy and Loving their job role Nothing in mind Maybe a bar at the pool

We paid for a larger room through website, and were not put in the room we picked out (online ). We chose a room with 120 extra square feet with a couch and did not get placed in a room with these amenities. Asked to front desk to place us in the room size (and a room with a couch) we paid for, we were placed in another room the same size as the first one with no couch (or extra space).

Everything was very nice and clean!!

Look forward to staying here again! Great location. Close Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavillion, to great restaurants, beautiful waterway. - especially at night. Close to the mall for shopping. Nice pool. Not a ton of loungers, but it wasn’t a problem. The bar here made tasty drinks. They have s’mores in the evening and free bicycle rental and a $15 room credit for food. The coffee shop in the hotel is tasty and has breakfast croissants and muffins to get you by until lunch. It’s a great little getaway.

The hotel room was very beautiful but very dusty, I was sneezing the entire time and I could see the particulates in the air.
- 5/5
Bar was not stocked, it was completely empty. Breakfast was good.

Always love staying at this facility. It provides the right amount of peace needed to survive.

Unfortunately, when we arrived to check in I was pulled aside and informed by the Operations Manager they had overbooked the hotel with a convention and I no longer had a room. Needless to say this was a huge disappointment and shock. I was told they were going to refund my room 100% and they had reserved a room for us next door at the Westin ( a sister company) which they would pay for. I was skeptical but we went to the Westin and they honored the request and gave us a somewhat comparable room to what we had originally booked at no charge. Having a paid reservation canceled without notice prior to check in is and always will be unacceptable as far as I'm concerned. However, they did come through with nominal interruptions to our plans and my credit card has been credited the full amount. Suggest you call ahead to confirm reservations before traveling to this place.

From Ironman to concerts, this hotel is perfectly located.

Excellent staff, amenities, location, and value! We booked to attend Rod Stewart's "One Last Time" concert at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. The pavilion is within walking distance as are several great restaurants and shops. That particular weekend, the hotel was hosting an Iron Man Triathlon and High School Prom. All were handled exquisitely. Never a dull moment at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott!

Well worth the stay. 5 star
- 5/5
Room was clean. Access to waterfront was extremely easy
- 5/5
Very very short one night stay…not much interaction there at hotel… but rooms lobby and grounds were clean neat manicured.
- 5/5
Great place to stay before a concert at Cynthia Woods.
- 4/5
There were nice water glasses in the bathroom but for over $500 per night for a room I would like to have a real coffee mug/cup instead of a disposable cup.
- 5/5
Enjoy our stay!
- 5/5
quality rooms, hotel, and breakfast area
- 5/5
The pool and spa were wonderful — the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the weekend. The staff made our stay even more special. Everyone was friendly and attentive, and I have to give a big shoutout to Willie for surprising us with birthday champagne and a cheese and meat tray. That thoughtful touch truly made our celebration memorable. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for birthdays, staycations, or any getaway where you want comfort, great service, and a peaceful atmosphere.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke. When the front desk was notified they said they would send housekeeping to address it but no one came. Multiple calls to the front desk did not help.

What a great place to spend the week. I was on a business trip but the Marriott made me feel I was coming home after a long day
- 4/5
The room was great. All was good until we checked out and got the unexpected surprise of a $50 destination fee. No one mentioned this. I was there for a seminar and had other choices to stay. I would have chosen a different one if I had known this.

Great location
- 4/5
The cost for a single night's stay in a room of this size did not meet my expectations in terms of quality. Additionally, there were several issues during my visit, including the requirement to pay for Wi-Fi despite the high overall expense of $500 for one night. The coffee maker was non-functional, and the television was experiencing problems. Having stayed at this location at least ten times previously, this experience has been discouraging and may influence my decision to return in the future.
