Comfortable mattress. Pillows too small. Only one place to hang a towel. Nice size shower with bench seat but water didn’t get hot, just warm. Water pressure could have been better. A mirror other than the vanity one would be helpful. Parking is $40 per night. Only stayed one night, so did not use many amenities. Overall a positive.

Good location for Cynthia concerts, plenty of shopping and dining. Rooms are very spacious!

The staff was rude and they charge for everything. They had no microwave in the rooms and wanted me to charge me $25 a day to use the microwave.

My daughters and I stayed here to go back to school shopping and it was a perfect location, all the shops and the mall were in walking distance. We loved the pool and the Italian restaurant on site!!

so absurd to charge $25 for a microwave to be in the room. parking garage not connected directly to the hotel. Fortunately, it wasn't raining, The iron supplied wasn't good quality.

The room needed a deeper clean and I thought the room was a little dated for the price. It needed newer furniture, paint touch up and newer electronics. I also thought that with the way the heavenly beds were advertised, it did not live up to expectations.

I did receive room service for breakfast on one of my days it I was very pleased with the quality of the food. I also like the extra security of needing to use my hotel card to access the elevator so not just anyone could go on the room floors. The sound control from room to room could be better. You could hear others from the rooms on both sides of me. The lighting in the bathroom could be better.

Clean room

Staff was unhelpful. I stay at Westin's quite often and this was not the level of service I expect. There was no level of urgency to provide any service at the restaurant, bar or by the pool. Really, really disappointing stay.

Our 40th anniversary didn't get the suite we booked. Put a hold on our card went to dinner. Our card was declined because the hold paid cash for our room. Then was charged $1370 for the suite we didn't get. 4 days later we still haven't received a credit for the suite we didn't stay in because the name was under my last and first name instead of my first and last name. Which had nothing to do with us, only the Westin. Now we have 3 overdraft fees and a charge of $50 for a robe that we don't have. 40 years of marriage is a special gift we chose to stay with you. It was a complete disaster. We can't get that back. It is hard even getting our money back. It sure was easy to charge us for 2 rooms, but it seems to be impossible to get the money back for a suite we never got. The view we in the regular room was of a mural on a huge wall. So sad and disappointed. We have stayed here before and beyond upset No one who stays at any reputable hotel should be treated like this on such a special occasion. The staff and location

Very clean hotel, comfortable and spacious rooms, the pool outside was very enjoyable and not over chlorinated. The restaurant had a very nice breakfast buffet with plenty of options, eggs cooked to order etc.

The staff!! I miss the US so much... This staff (particularly the night staff) was so customer service focused. It brought me to tears to have such a positive experience! There is a club that stays open until 2 and I heard it even from the 10th floor! HOWEVER, like I said, the staff is incredible. In the middle of the night I told them I could not sleep and they moved me and mom immediately to a quiet room! Just top notch ❤️

Breakfast operations at the Italian restaurant are not up to standard. Even a simple order like water can take up to 15 minutes to be served, despite the lack of a busy crowd. The front desk staff, both during the day and at night, do not provide the level of assistance expected. It appears that they lack the passion required for their roles.

The hotel was amazing. The elevator hallway feels like a museum, room was very clean and luxury. The blackout curtains work very well, we even slept in past checkout and the staff was very understanding and polite.

We had a wonderful stay! Super clean! Bed is super comfortable! The hotel Smelled so good! Absolutely no problems with the parking garage. I would highly recommend this location.

The rooms were very clean. The concierge staff was very accommodating especially Angie Koskowvich. We did not use the pool however it did look beautiful. Breakfast was expensive with a non-traditional menu. I would not recommend the breakfast.

I am a single business traveler. I arrived and noticed the 12th floor window was broken. I rushed to my meeting - arrived back late at night - slept - left. The next day after check out they charged me 800.oo for a broken window. When I called to dispute it they said that I should have told them about it when i checked in because otherwise they assume I broke it. Not sure how a single female biz traveler breaks a 12th story window. They were also very rude. Stay anywhere but here in the Woodlands. Just a shabby property. Terrible experience.

We always love staying at The Westin At The Woodlands! We were in town for the Dave Matthew’s Band concert and it was so nice to walk along the water to and from the venue. We had a double queen room on the 7th floor and we never heard any other people while inside our room. One thing I would like to see improved however is the water pressure..

The rooms where clean and the staff was excellent to work with. I would recommend this hotel if you're staying in the Woodlands.

The hotel overall is pretty nice, but the lighting in the room is quite dim (my wife hated the bathroom, said makeup was difficult to do because of the poor lighting). The walls between rooms are a little thin so you can easily hear activity in the adjoining rooms. Mostly the night club right across the street blasting music until 2 AM made it so that it was not a relaxing night at all.

Fixing it takes 10 minutes. Also I noticed the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling at the corners above the door.

Everything about our stay was AMAZING.

The lobby is perhaps the best part. In my room, the sink was a bit dirty and there were fingerprints on everything metallic and shiny. The shower and toilet were very clean. The carpet was very worn and should have been replaced years ago. The duvet covers were super heavy. I have no idea how anyone could sleep under that. The sheets. Oh dear. Every sheet and pillowcase had worn out holes in them and some looked like a motorcycle ran them over (they must have been cooked to death in the dryer). The sheets were also very short. They barely covered the blanket but they were super white. The blanket was weird. Sort of 1970’s, made of synthetic/polyester. Because of this, if you accidentally pulled the blanket out from the platform, it would slide down off the bed. So, you have to keep the outer edges tucked in and squeeze yourself under when you go to bed otherwise you end up freezing due to the blanket falling off. That was really frustrating. The towels… if you need a workout and a deep exfoliation, you’re in luck. The towels were so incredibly heavy, made of a sandpaper-textured terry cloth. Not. Soft. At all. I have to say the air conditioner was amazing. It was so quiet. Any noise is a problem for me, and I had no issues with the a/c. That was its saving grace. The staff were really helpful and nice. No complaints at all there. For a “luxury” hotel, I expected much more.

The Westin is always such a delight to stay at. Always clean, feel at home and welcome. Staff is friendly and the managers are always there to great you and make you feel welcome. I will stay here and here again, I will try for a balcony next time

The Marriott self Parking should be free you all are taxing the peoples and discouraging and causing people’s to choose other hotels.

Disappointing stay. Room was ok and typical Westin but bars next door were loud until 2am. Garbage in hallways and pool area was never cleaned up. Surprise destination fee of $25 plus tax… asked for a late check out (Marriott silver status) and the hotel wanted $65. Guess loyalty programs mean nothing. Will not stay again.

Everything was nearby...loved the location and had fun at the Woodlands. We will be back.

The room was dusty, stains on the door, coffee stain in the bathroom sliding door, water stain in the mirrors! The bed sheets “wear and tare” I can understand, but they were bad with holes in them. Not a good representation of “THE WESTIN”…security issue, cameras all over and had someone bang on my door and run…pretty bad when you are on a floor that only guests have access to.
