Comfortable stay.

The hotel was awful, stinky and dirty. The hallways had trash all over and piles of trash sitting outside of the rooms. Our room had sperm in the toilet, our room wasn’t vacuumed at all, there was stuff all over the floor. The chairs were stained horribly. There was dust all over. The lighting was terrible. After complaining and staying a day we had to beg for someone to vacuum our room, they made one bed but didn’t leave towels so we had to make an extra trip to the front desk to get towels. Overall the hotel was absolutely disgusting and needs to be shut down. The manager was nice and tried her best to make up for how dirty it was. I will never stay at another LaQuinta again. I thought they upgraded but it looks like they’re still living up to their awful nasty name.

Overall the property was clean and well kept, but the ac unit in the bedroom wasn’t working properly. It would randomly shut off and had to keep restarting it. Very inconvenient and didn’t get much rest because of it.

She put us in a room that had no bed cover, only sheets. Room had not be completely reset for new guests. She also told us, without our asking, that breakfast was served from 6-7am, which we thought was odd, but didn't ask additional questions. The next morning, we came down for breakfast at 6:15am to an empty breakfast area. The same lady was at the desk, I asked her if breakfast was being served. Without looking up, she waved a hand at me and said breakfast was served at 7am. Needless to say, we did not come back down for breakfast. I'm not sure why she chose to be rude to us, but it will definitely affect my choice to stay here again.

It’s supposed to be a non smoking hotel and I complained because one room next to mine were smoking grass and the smell was all over

There were smokers on our floor and it's a non-smoking facility.

Very dirty rooms and outdoor play areas, broken fencing, broken green hot tub. I have seen spiders here and there in hotels but never small bugs that scared me!! When we arrived our Ac was broke we did get another room and they replaced the entire unit and we were in the bigger room the next night which was nice but we didn't get any money comped back to us or anything. This hotel carried a smell on the floor that was horrid. The carpet needs to go and when we got in our room you could tell they did not vacuum or change our bed covers, it had stuff on it from the last visitor. This is the first hotel of many I have ever gave a bad report and the owner deserves it. The breakfast was absolutely horrible and not enough muffins,yogurts for the guests. They might have set out 5 and when gone that was it. I find it kind of funny they wont let me add my photos down below.. take that as another red flag for this place.

The pool was not the best. The hot tub eas disgusting and the main pool looked liked it wasnt cleaned in weeks.

Other than the room being reasonably clean, the rest of the hotel had a lot to be desired. They do not have blow dryers in the room. You need to get it from the front desk and make sure to return it after your stay or you’ll be charged a fee to have the cleaning staff return it for you. The kitchenette had nothing in it. If you want to cook or heat something up, you again need to go to the front desk and get it to bring to your room. The only cutlery is plastic throw away spoon knives and forks. No utensils to actually cook with. There is no phone in the room. So if there’s a problem, you again need to go down to the front desk. The pool and jacuzzi are unusable. Not only is the water black in the jacuzzi but you need to be able to reach over a fence that is at least 6’ tall to unlatch the gate leading to that area. Most people, including the front desk person can’t do that. So you can’t get in or out of that area unless you’re over 6’ tall.

Hotel was very clean, restful, the breakfast was a little lacking.

1st thing i did was take the sheets down and a syringe fell out of the sheets. So that pretty much set the precedent for whole visit. We are not happy. We have a room with oven /stove. Had no dishes, no silverware. To me that majes no sense

Refrigerator making a lot of noise during the night, room carpet dirty, we went to the gym and all the machines were broken.

Staff was fairly rude and the property was definitely try and run down.

Bath tub and door locks required replacement.

Very disappointed the hot tub was not working. Website indicated no issues when I booked, that was the #1 reason I booked with this hotel was that it indicated a hot tub.

I was late arriving and the desk clerks were very understanding and saved my room. The room was very comfortable and quiet which is what I needed after a long day of flying.

I had to bring it to her attention immediately and at first she didn't believe me but regardless she said to come to her when we check out and she would take care of it. She was very apologetic and explained it was a new system and said she would take care of it AFTER we checkout because she didn't want to take any chances of messing it up again. Our AC/Heater didn't work right and we were not able to switch rooms. The ice machine was broken as well. The ice machine wasn't that big of a deal but it was just one more perk that wasn't available. Normally, we are pleased with La Quinta, but unfortunately this location was not up to par.

Toilet lever was broken.

Hotel is shabby and worn. Towels in my room were thin and raggedy. No iron or ironing board or blowdryer in room.

This is was a very good visit to Spring, Texas to visit our family. The hotel was very clean and attractive to look at. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the coffee was very good. Plenty of parking and very well lit The beds were nice and solid. There was one thing I missed and that was the hair dryer and the pillows were on the hard side. Otherwise, it was and excellent stay and this hotel made it for a very pleasant and comfortable visit.

Employees are efficient and quick to respond. The room was comfortable except the couch which had some tears in it. Really liked the availability of plugs next to the bed to charge things.

They said have pool and hot tub but close due to cooling down in Texas. But didnt say til after i got there. Something they should have updated there what they have on internet. I thought that was terrible. And now have 50 more dollars out of my account.

There was a very odd smell throughout the hotel. Kind of an Indian food and Marijuana mix of smells. Walls are so thin, even normal walking produces stampede like noise if someone is in a room above you. Coffee is made incredibly strong/thick, and there are no extended creamer options. Decent option if only needing a place to sleep at night for a day or two.

Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at for that price!!!! Will highly recommend this place to people in the future!! Amazing staff, easy to get too, and right in the heart of the city!!! This is a diamond in the ruff!!!

Friendly front desk staff but the rooms were dirty with hair in towels and sheets. Overall motel needs an overhaul in updating and a scrub down.

First room stunk horribly like cigarettes despite it being a non-smoking hotel. We were changed to another room. When we walked in, there was already someone staying in the room. Front desk could only return us to the original room or change our room type to singles. With small children, that wasn't feasible for us. So we had to go back to the smoking room. Asked for some air freshener and was told there wasn't any. He ended up finding a small plug in for us. When we finally opened the sofa bed to set it up, there was some kind of food in the bed. At first it looked like fesces and/or vomit. But it turned out to be some kind of food item. He returned with fresh bedding for the sofa bed and a small spray of room freshener that smelled awful so we did not use it. He did apologize profusely and tried his best to help, but ultimately said he'd ask the manager to refund and/or greatly discount the room for us. Checked out the next morning with the reassurance that we'd be refunded for all the problems.

Suite was nice and felt more like an apartment (not everyone's preference, but we liked it. ) The only real complaint I have is that the door between the bedroom and main area wouldnt close, or if we did get it to close it would randomly open. Not a major issue for us, but maybe an issue for families or groups.

Stayed here a couple on nights. First night was fine. Second night not so great. My sons was locked out of his room and did not find anyone to help us. My son was in need of his medication that was in the room. I contacted the reservation help desk they tried getting a hold of someone but still no luck. I went behind the help desk and looked in the back no one was there. About an hour later someone showed up and was able to get a key card. Same night my son find a roach in his room.

The staff member checking us in was rude. To us and to the person she was training. Our room keys did not work after two visits to the front and the door lock needed maintenance to come repair it as well as two other guests on the same floor. The room had roaches of all sizes and I removed one from my shoulder in the middle of the night and THREW it across the room. We've stayed at this hotel multiple times, with the last time being 4 years ago. The hotel has gone WAY down in every single way. Extremely disappointed and will never stay here again.

There were roaches as other people stated in their review. The toilet was not clean. It had human stuff on the top cover. So I had to go buy cleaning supplies and gloves to clean the bathroom myself. The second night, I tried taking a shower and the hot water wasn’t working. I will Never stay at this Hotel again. And the carpet needs a deep cleaning. It smells horrible, maybe from pets.

Room was clean. We had to request at the desk for cleaning because nothing was done the first two days of our stay. The hallways and stairwells were not clean and the door at the ground level was always blocked so it wouldn’t lock. The breakfast was lacking waffle mix on some days. There was no jam for toast or waffles. Tub was very slick and a fall hazard when showering.

i didn't like that the hotel had long term guest staying there. we had roaches in our room,they had to switch our room.the pool was dirty and i felt unsafe coming in at night and people were hanging out on the lot.plus the beds were very uncomfortable.i will not stay there again.

Very nice hotel for the a reasonable price. Staff was great, especially Tasha. Buffet was usual hotel breakfast offerings, but they did not run out of anything, especially coffee. Room was, nice, large and had a fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable. AC responded quickly No complaints.

The room was very nice, actually a suite with an efficiency kitchen. It was clean and comfortable. The bed did not have a spread or blanket, just 2 sheets. There was no such article in the room so I was a little cool during the night but I just turned the AC off and was OK. I would stay there again since I know what to expect next time.

Checkin was easy, charged more than what my balance was when I booked the room. They had no blankets, what they had for blankets were what looked like a little thicker than a flat sheet. If I book here again, I will be bringing a couple of blankets from home. No phone in room to be able to contact front desk.

There were several things that I was disappointed in. There was no hair dryer and only enough cofffee for a single serving. Most iimportantly there was no hair dryer and this was the first time I'd been in a hotel in years where a hair dryer was not provided which is why I didn't bring one. The couple we were traveling with made the same comment when we were checking out.

Let me start with the staff were very nice and helpful. We went to the front desk to buy some detergent for the washing machine, they pulled out a ziploc bag from the back office. Selling them for $1 a pod. We asked for more towels from the front desk because we have 5 people in the room and only given 2. They told us to bring them the wet ones to trade out, I said no we only have 2 for 5 people. They then verified and made note that they gave us more towels. Unsure why they are being so weird about it. For the room, we turned on the A/C and heater and it does not turn off ever, you manually have to, even if you set it to a certain temp it will never stop running. The gym was terrible. The cable machines were all broken, there was a free weight rack with no weights, and none of the cardio equipment worked. It all would error out. There was very large pieces or wall paper peeling away from the windows in the dining area.

Overall feel was “dirty”. The entire 2nd floor smelled sooo strong of burning incense. Very low shower water pressure.

Al llegar a las 12:30 am me dieron un cuarto en el segundo piso y no abría la puerta, había bolsas de basura en los pasillos y se escucho que tenían un perro en uno de los cuartos. Pedí al recepcionista que me diera un cuarto en el primer piso. Accedió con mucha amabilidad y el segundo cuarto tenía Mal olor, las sabanas sucias, el baño sucio, la regadera tenía cabellos en la coladera. Dejaron un jabón para bañarse sucio. En realidad no pudimos dormir mis hijas y yo. Por la mañana le informe a la recepción del mal estado del cuarto y tenía reservado para 2 noches. Me fui a buscar en otro lugar . La recepcionista se porto muy amable y no me cobro las pocas horas que ni siquiera dormimos de lo mal que se encuentran las habitaciones. No lo recomiendo.

Personnel were not friendly or helpful. If you have a dog, please clean up after going outside. Others have not and staff doesn't seem to care.

Sheets were so used that that the weaving had warn out. Hair dryer was broken of of the wall. Air conditioner next to bed was very loud. Television service was unavailable for two days. Door could not be unlocked by staff for over 30 minutes due to internal security lock getting snagged. I have pictures that I would love to share.

Clean stay with not one issue on the visit. Parking is limited depending when you get in for the night, but I enjoyed not having to bug the staff for any problems. I was able to check in efficiently a few minutes before 3, the room was thoroughly cleaned though the air could've been turned on to help have a more comfy temp upon arrival. Literally one of the best hotel stays in a long time.

Had not been in the area before but needed a place due to being unwilling to travel at night after my event. The check in was great and the lobby area very clean when I arrived. My room was clean as well and comfortable. Eco friendly not so much but nothing a higher budget wont allow them to do if given to them. The main light in the bath did not work and looked weird in an open state. Breakfast was satisfying and check out was simple.

I thought when I checked in it was really going good. Until it was time to go to bed. They only have 4 small pillows for a king sized bed. There was a pull out couch that didn't have sheets, blankets or pillows. I had a kitchen that did not have silverware, pots, pans, or plates. Everything that said it would have, it didn't. They did not have an extra blanket or a pillow in the whole building. I said you probably go shopping. No cups for the coffee maker in the room. I used a flimsy plastic one and unfortunately it spilled when I grabbed it. I informed the front desk just to give them a heads up. I wiped it up with a hand towel. It was probably 4x5 inches and they charged me $50 for it. Not to mention, they take out the $50 deposit fee when you check in. Then they charged me an additional $50 for the towel when they already had the money. The lady at the desk was so rude. Bad for business. So disappointed 😞 . Pool was green.

The bathroom was not clean and I founded a cockroach in the bathroom. Moreover , it was a water leak and I was transfer to another room but the beds were smaller. Bad service

We had a drunk lady banging at our door, asking us to let her go in in the middle of the night. We called the front desk, and the lady told us, "exactly what do you want us to do?" We felt very unsafe because she never offered to send the security man or do something else.
