SpringHill Suites Houston The Woodlands

This hotel was close to the venue we were visiting.

We have stayed at this property many times. It is always very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a good breakfast in the mornings and the bar is a nice place to relax in the evenings.

The breakfast was very basic. Noisy air conditioner

I love having the splash pad and pool combo. 1 small issue the volume on the tv would go in and out.

The hotel is very comfortable. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are clean, well appointed and quiet.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The room slept 4 people. The shower was separate from the toilet and both areas had a sink so it worked perfect for 4 people. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The staff was amazing! Breakfast didn’t have many non-pork options but did have a variety of snacks available. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a much needed break. The staff were friendly and the beds comfortable.

The shower/ sink area is in a room by itself. A separate room is used for the commode with another sink, like a half bath. Loved this ! Also, a half wall separates the living area from the bedroom.

The room was exceptionally clean. It was spacious and tastefully decorated. I especially appreciated that it has 2 separate sinks. The breakfast was delicious and included a wide array of choices. It rivaled any restaurant breakfast buffet I've had. No bare minimum hotel breakfast here!

Amazing and helpful staff! The breakfast was delish I kept going back lol. and we got the family suite I like that the toilet and shower were separated it made it easier for my family of 6. Would definitely be back 100times over!

The only issue I had, was not knowing there was a parking fee. When I noticed it was added, the front desk removed it, since I was unaware of the charge.

Very spacious and clean room with split bath (toilet separate from shower). Strong AC, very clean, very quiet. Good standard breakfast with dual waffle makers. Pool was clean. Overall highly recommended.

Very good location. Spotless. Friendly. I appreciated the biodegradable breakfast utensils. The only challenges are there are no hooks in the room for towels or robes and the AC was very loud and a little crazy. It was either too warm or meat locker cold. In spite of that, I would stay again and recommend.

We booked this hotel last minute when our room at another hotel had blood all over it. We were so relieved and happy with this hotel. It is in a safe area and the room was very clean! Additionally, there is a lot of space which is nice! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Good Parking

They were very friendly, very helpful. Kind the drinking area for the bar very good. I had a margarita on ice very delicious. I even went for seconds. All over the backside and side armadillos everywhere you can get so close and touch them. Walmart restaurants are close by Walking distance too.

Great place to stay on the road. Laundry facilities were good. Pool was nice, but the bottom has a rough texture (beware!). Also it's outside, so don't forget your sunscreen! The location was good for where we needed to go and was easy to get in and out of. Breakfast was nice.

Very nice and clean hotel, in a great area...no issues...charging for standard parking and the terrible HARD bed was the only downside.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was very kind. The only thing I didn't like was the street noise from the cars on the freeway.

The room was spacious and clean. The place is in a safe area and convenient close to everything. Breakfast was too basic. However, the room give me the satisfaction I wanted. I will recommend it.

Many large drying fans were running in the lobby. It was so loud, conversations was a struggle.

On a positive note, the property is clean and well looked after.However, the breakfast area was full of noisy fans and had limited seating due to a recent water leak. The bar was not open due to staffing and the hotel had few amenities. Breakfast menu was very limited and affected by the leak in the ceiling. Staff were somewhat helpful, but didn’t offer a welcoming vibe. Rooms were dated and not very functional.

Was super clean staff was great and had all amenities me and my family needed . Pool with splash pad for kids and a bar for evening drink . Location is great next a lot of restaurants and getting access to the highway was easy .

This establishment was clean and the service and staff spot on. I really enjoyed the layout of the double queens with living room. The decor was light and enjoyable. Easy parking. Walmart near by. Easy to find.

This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in, very comfy beds, spacious and i like how it's hidden. The barn door looks nice but you can see the light through the door and is an issue late at night when you see a light turn on because someone has to use the restroom. I also don't really understand why they charge for parking. I have stayed in a few hotels in Houston and this is yhe first one to charge me a parking fee, this place isn't even dowtown or anything like that. I also tried using the printer and it didn’t work.

The only negative for us is that the toilet and the shower were in two separate rooms. That made it somewhat frustrating, because we had to continually go back and forth between these rooms. Other than that, great hotel, and would love to stay again!

Really just angry that they deceive you by advertising a price on hotel websites bu them at the end of the stay you find out the price is higher because they charge you for parking. This is unheard of in aTexas where land spreads far and wide and space is abundant. This is just a regular old parking lot of the hotels like other lot in Houston Texas area , yet they won the bid on the hotel selection websites by presenting a lower price to only later find out the price was actually higher due to parking in there regular flat lot. Clearly it’s just a deceptive way to have more people select them on the hotel shopping sites and then they just charge you more for parking. DECEIPTFUL. Pitiful. I am sure they will say that somewhere deep in the details of their advertisement on the hotel shopping site I used to find them that they state parking is extra. But that is the problem…it is buried, it is not upfront and they know people won’t notice that you have to pay for parking. What is more…. The parking lot was literally 2/3 empty.

I enjoyed my stay at SpringHill. It was modern, spacious, and clean. The hotel is a couple minutes from shopping, restaurants and in a secure area.

Be careful, the hotel charges you to park your car each day and they have data charges for wi-fi! This is not clearly marked on the Expedia booking page. Had it been, we would have stayed elsewhere. Expedia customer service was not helpful one bit when reaching out to them upon check-in. We ended up paying nearly $75 more than we had anticipated.

There was children running around the halls all night long on 2nd floor playing in elevator and trashed the floor

This location was our favorite hotel to stay at but this time was not great so we will most likely not book here any longer. The room was clean but there was issues with the drainage in the sinks when it came to washing our face or hands the sink water would not go down. The shower water was not hot enough even after putting it all the way to the hot. The wash room 2nd floor had clothes in there for 3 hrs we had to wait 3 hrs to wash. There was only 1 washer and 1 dryer. It made it hard for us to sleep because we needed clean clothes for my sons tournament and it was clothes he needed to play the tournament. We were not very happy this visit

Problems with TV / Netflix connection. Phone wouldn’t connect to the front desk, so I had to go down in person to get help. Breakfast was underwhelming. Staff was friendly though, so no complaints there. Expected better for the price.

We had stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times in the past. This stay was the best. Almost everything was perfect. Clean room, furnishings were in good shape except the hide-a-bed. It was fair. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food service as alway fresh and hardly ever needed to be replenished. DID NOT LIKE BEING CHARGED FOR PARKING.

We had a great stay at a reasonable price. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only issue was that we stayed in the side of the hotel that was next to the highway and my husband had trouble sleeping through the road noise in the morning. If we come back we’ll request to stay on the other side of the hotel.

This is the second time I have stayed here and I love it. The hotel is close to a big mall and lots of food options. The hotel rooms are large and very very clean. I recommend this hotel.

He work d mainly in the afternoons. The morning person wouldn't even make contact with us.

No comparison. The staff are extraordinary. So friendly. Accommodating. Location is great for us. Security for our vehicle is important. The hotel is always super clean. The beds are so comfortable. The a/c is as cold as you need it to be. (We like cold). It’s Houston. The breakfast is fun. Never been disappointed. (Don’t like the sausage - just being honest). But everything else is really tasty.
