Friendly staff and just a walk to the venue.

We arrived at 5 pm and there wasn’t ready our room and the lady gave us another one queen bed and our reservation was king bed.
- 5/5
Everything was exactly as expected.
- 4/5
Location, proximity to event, value for $$, great staff Quibbles…A/C system is quite loud and its cubby is next to the bed, positioning of the soap/shampoo dispensers so far forward/so low in the shower is not ideal, especially for lefties.
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
America was a fabulous hostess and helped us get settled. Hotel was clean and nice. Perfect for walking to attractions nearby
- 4/5
Very good, great location. I wish housekeeping wound check the level of shower gel… nothing worse than finding out that the bottle is empty in the middle of the shower.

Great service especially by Chantelle ? At reception

Excellent breakfast. Variety to eat Sofa not comfortable to sleep

Muy buena ubicación!
- 5/5
Only problem was a very loud and out of place A/C unit. Other than that, amazing hotel and location!
- 5/5
Close to Woodlands venues.
- 3/5
BEWARE: Whatever rate you think you’re getting on Hotels.com will be bumped with a $15/night charge to use their parking lot! It’s a very nice facility with a great location, so I would’ve gone along with a higher advertised rate which *included* the parking — instead I came away miffed that I had been played. The sleight-of-hand taints an otherwise enjoyable stay!
- 5/5
This is our only place we will stay when we are in town. We have attempted to stay in other locations same hotel banner, however terrible experiences. We now have this hotel as the only one for us. Kudos to the hotel management!

Clean, well-appointed room with convenient kitchenette. Helpful, friendly staff. Conveniently located near popular attractions. Would definitely recommend.

Showed up for our reservation to be told that we were bumped for another guest’s extension. “Didn’t you get our email”? No, I hadn’t, I was driving to the hotel for the reservation I booked over a month ago. So we go back to the car and I review the email blaming a faulty ac for us being rebooked at another location. Emailed the manager back of my displeasure and didn’t get a response. The location we chose was done so for a purpose. I know the location was more expensive than where we were rebooked and I requested some refund to make up for it, but I’m sure I won’t hear back. Maybe I was bumped because I booked through a third party, so buyers beware. I plan to let Hotels.com know of this experience in case this is a usual practice.
- 4/5
The hotel is very nice the beds are a little hard but everything else was nice

Ubicación excelente.
- 5/5
We were visiting family nearby, so it was very nice to have our own space with breakfast, a fire pit seating area, and a great location. It was easy to walk to our event at the pavilion, and we even had time for dinner beforehand. Great location! The staff were helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
The staff was excellent especially America. She went above and beyond to help me. The sofa wasn't that comfortable.

America at reception desk was top notch, laundry facilities were clean and reasonable. The suite was comfortable and quiet. Thank you.
- 4/5
Great breakfast and very friendly staff from front desk to housekeeping.
- 3/5
Bad: VERY dirty. Housekeeping obviously doesnt get held accountable for room condition. Found fingernail clippings, mold in the shower and overall not well cleaned

The staff at this location is particularly nice as well. I always get great service when I check in. Everyone is super friendly.

Staff service was excellent. I’m nit picking here, but maybe a better breakfast.

Everything! Nothing!
- 5/5
The hotel, staff and property were very nice. The only complaint I have is the pay for parking. $15 a night for parking??!! Do you have a lot of people stay that walk there? Or maybe take an Uber/taxi?
- 5/5
pool open 24 hours and gym
- 4/5
Very good
- 3/5
The staff was nice. The room wasn’t the cleanest. It smelled moldy.
- 1/5
Not hot water in shower. Sinks had hot water. TV didn’t work. Tv remote appeared to work ok. When I asked the front desk for a refund the kid was trained to DEFLECT. He said call Hotels.com. Our country has lost its way.

Wonderful throughout!

The building is clearly old and in need of renovations, but it was clean. The bathroom was in need a deep clean, but it was clear that it was not for lack of trying. It was just an old room. Breakfast was delicious!
- 5/5
Nice kitchen, clean room and nice staff
- 3/5
Pleasant
- 4/5
The air conditioner’s were very nosy!!
- 2/5
Staff was kind. Room was nice and clean, but... ac didnt work at all, musty smell in hallways, and when you didn't smell that, there was a gas smell. Also they charge 14$ for parking. Bed was lop sided so had to sleep sideways. I wont trust the marriot name anymore. No ice machines available either.
- 5/5
Nice people
- 5/5
The staff was professional and helpful. The room had everything we needed. The location was great
- 3/5
The staff were kind and the rooms were clean, but the beds were not comfortable and the shower water was like warm. And $14 parking fee? That is silly. Otherwise, the location was good for an easy walk to the concert Pavilion.
- 2/5
I majorly suffered with my Wi-Fi across my stay for two weeks. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the bedroom, signal is too low, and when you close the door, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all. The slowness of wifi was noticed by other customers stating there too. Also, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work near the breakfast area at the lobby. This issue is faced by everyone who used to be at the lobby. I highlighted both the issue on the very first day, but the team asked me to contact the Wi-Fi vendor directly. However, it is the team responsibility to contact them and get this sorted for customers. The second issue was regarding the door. Lock door lock had an issue while trying to lock the door once you’re out.
- 5/5
Wonderful room!! Nice and big!! Clean and has everything you need.
- 3/5
Did not make as my wife received a liver transplant and I stayed in the hospital area to be close to her
- 5/5
Was very comfortable and loved that it has two rooms one for me and my husband and the other for teenage daughter with a joining living room and kitchen.
- 5/5
Great stay for concert in the area. Easy walking to venue.
- 4/5
I did not like the fact that I was charged a parking fee. I was there for a concert, Inn chosen because it was a walkable distance. I could have stayed 1/2 mile away for $60 less and driven my car and parked FREE at the venue. YOU SHOULD STATE THAT THERE IS A PARKING FEE!
- 5/5
Quiet and comfortable.
- 4/5
Overall a good stay. Reception was welcoming, helpful and kind. It met our expectations and was a good last minute stay.
- 5/5
Great location and stay
- 5/5
Everything was great. The walk to cynthia woods wasn't bad and the pool is open 24hrs, so we could jump in after a hot day in the lawn. We will likely stay here for every concert. The full kitchen was a nice surprise.
- 1/5
Refused to provide a receipt for my visit. Can’t get reimbursed without receipt. Will never stay again.
- 5/5
Meredith and the rest of the staff were so welcoming. We loved it! Thank you!
- 3/5
Front desk service was not always available.
- 5/5
Everything was great....however I had to leave early for a family emergency and not sure if I was given a reduction in my overall bill because I left a day early.
- 4/5
What I didn’t like was the fact that they charged you to park your car in their car, even though you were a hotel guest
- 2/5
They charged $14 usd for parking each day, never read about it on my Expedia reservation. Check in too slow, issues with some rooms, they said/
- 3/5
The elevators were not working on the nights of our stay. We got put on the 3rd floor. I booked a king suite and I got a queen suite. There was not an explanation as to why we got a queen suite when I paid for a king suite.
- 4/5
Everything overall was good. The only thing that was an inconvenience was the elevator was broken. We did receive an email a day before my reservation informing us of the elevator issue. But the room was already booked. We were on the 3rd floor so going up and down the stairs with a toddler while pregnant was a bit tiring. But overall the stay was good.
- 4/5
Quite the bargain for 2 bewdrooms, 2 baths, 3 TVs, a fireplace and working kitchen!
- 5/5
Quiet, clean and short walk to Market Square or the mall.
- 4/5
Other than that, one of the showers had low water pressure, but no other issues.
- 5/5
We loved it here so much, the staff was exceptional
- 4/5
The hotel staff was outstanding.
- 2/5
The air conditioning didn't really seem to work right? It was constantly pumping heat period had to turn down i several times period the elevator was also not working for the last two days or stay somewhat of an inconvenience being on the third floor
- 5/5
Great location. Staff was very helpful.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. The staff is always friendly.
- 4/5
My stay was quite pleasant!
- 3/5
The a/c in our room never got below 74 and bathroom sink was slow to drain. We were within a 5 minute walk to the venue which was great.
- 3/5
They gave us an updgraded room which was nice but I wanted a King bed and we got a Queen suite. There was a dirty qtip on the bathroom floor. There was only one trash can in the kitchen. Nothing in the bathrooom. The elevator only works part of the time. Continental breakfast was good. Overall rating I'd give them a 6.
- 5/5
Nice location and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Great hotel with small suites. Very quiet. I wish I had time to use the basketball court.
- 4/5
Property and room was clean, staff was friendly, and location is in walking distance of attraction.
- 5/5
Everything about this property was over and beyond expected. One of the best stays we have ever experienced anywhere!
- 5/5
Check in staff was very friendly. The room was clean and very spacious.
- 5/5
Great location and the room was perfect! Very accommodating staff. Will happily stay there again
- 5/5
The staff made us feel welcom. Especially Mochelle and Maria at the front desk. The room was very nice and the grounds are very well kept. Overall 4 stars
- 5/5
Clean, friendly staff, ample parking and convenience to shopping and restaurants and the Cynthia Woods Pavilion
- 3/5
The room was adequate, the staff was very friendly and helpful, but there was no housekeeping for a 3-night stay, and the shower barely worked which in the Houston humidity was really a challenge. The A/C was off and on all night long -- overall, just not that comfortable. We did get fresh towels when we asked, but we didn't feel cared-for, more neglected. Location is convenient, though not quite walkable to Market Street or the Walkway.
- 4/5
My stay overall was great! The property is a little older but kept up well.
- 3/5
Its old!
- 5/5
We had a family gathering. Clean and great service. In a nice area around stores, restaurants, mall and easy access to main highway. Great location.
- 4/5
walking distance to main village centre and lake. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast options. Would benefit from cafe/bar for pm and evenings when you don’t feel like cooking. Showers like warm, could be warmer. Overall a good experience.
- 5/5
clean, close to everything,
- 4/5
The hotel was in a good location. The room was clean. I was annoyed that they charged me $12 to park in their parking lot which was not even a secured lot.
- 5/5
Great place to stay in a convenient location.
- 5/5
Exactly what I needed for an extended business stay. Clean, quiet and comfortable with a sense of home.
- 5/5
Kind staff. Nice community
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Very clean rooms.
- 5/5
I loved that the pool was open 24/7 and heated! When we visit in the future, we will definitely book with you and travel to the destination; your hotel was a great experience overall. Other than the parking charge.
- 4/5
Hotel is in a great location, very close to the mall and Market Street. Staff are amazing and helpful. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was OK. Small gym that was quiet. Good sized indoor pool.
- 4/5
It was very spacious and worked well for our needs. Clean and friendly.
- 5/5
This property was wonderful. We stayed here for a quick anniversary trip and it's less than a mile to everything The Woodlands has to offer.
- 5/5
Great and comfortable room.
- 5/5
Great stay with our kids. Would stay there again.
- 5/5
The indoor pool is great, chimney in the room is a nice amenity.
- 5/5
Our room was wonderful, we were so well provided for. Great bed, and pleasantly dark and quiet in the night. Loved the fire pit and the pool was good too. Breakfast was decent. Staff were very helpful. Also, it’s a nice area to explore and we took some nice walks.
- 5/5
Just stayed one night but there were no issues and the room was great.
- 4/5
Conveyance. Rooms are too dark. Need way better lighting. Need make up mirror for ladies. Better tv channels
- 1/5
Vents were filled with mold and dirt. Refund please!
