No ice machine that worked. Breakfast could be better, like yogurt and bagels. Loved the pool. Loved the room.

I ended up checking out a day early and was told that I wouldn’t get charged and I was charged. I am irate and I’m not sure I will use Expedia again.

They charged for parking - which wasn't disclosed when I booked the room.

Then we went to our room someone’s luggage was there. Reassigned from 4th floor to second floor At 11:15 security banging on our door 3 times threatening to have us thrown out if we are not more quiet no phone calls or any other warnings Absolutely ridiculous stay Would not recommend this place to anyone

They didn’t do our rom for two days, and the third day we have to ask the front desk to send someone to do it

It was quiet The staff- while charging me for parking they charged my card a second time for the room and placed a 10 day hold in the return even though I was only staying one night

The facility itself was nice and clean and well. Kept. The only issue I had was complete misinformation and knowledge regarding the electric vehicle charging stations on property. Other than this, all of the night time staff were phenomenal, courteous, well greeting and did their job efficiently. Most of my issue and reflection of my rating is due to the morning hours staff. They felt unhelpful, unattentive. We're not Greating lanyone. And to place a topper on my cake for the morning., when a morning staff member from the kitchen starts speaking in Spanish while licking me dead in the face and proceeds to speak in a foreign language while walking away. That was what ruined my morning. They desperately need to check their management of their morning staff members.

Excellent location The room was dusty, baseboards have not been cleaned in a long time. There was mold growing underneath the edge below the faucet.

The location was phenomenal. Easy access to everything. The room was minimally cleaned. Turned down beds, vacuumed floors, but walls, mirrors, and any hard surface was obviously untouched. Water stains in the corner of the room and bathroom as well. The AC also did not work as well as expected. It was a long, hot night for us.

I town for a high school sports thing. Convenient location with 2 great restaurants across the parking lot. My kid said the pull-out bed was comfortable.

The hotel itself is a bit dated, and you can definitely feel its age. Our first room had a broken mirror, so we had to switch rooms, but the staff handled it quickly and without any issues. While the property could use some updates, it’s well maintained and the facilities are clean and pleasant. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay with excellent service

I won't stay anywhere else. It's easy to check in, clean, breakfast is good. I have zero complaints. I will continue to stay at this Hyatt always.

I live only an hour away but came to just shops and get away for a short staycation.It was perfect location, quiet and clean. Front desk worker Nathaniel was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Traveled with my family and everything was great. This location is tucked away so you really don't get the noise of the traffic etc. Despite being right next to restaurants, a mall etc. There is a Cafe on site and all of the staff were wonderful. The property was well maintained and everyone was helpful. Breakfast had broad options and was fresh. Great hotel, great location, and great staff.

Clean convenient hotel near walkable and drivable restaurants . Plenty of spacious lobby desk space for working and had some private areas. Small bar and market area with decent dessert and snack selection . TVs to be able to watch on in the lobby area. One minor surprise was that Hyatt charged $15 for parking which is unusual for a suburban hotel location.

Pretty much everything was great except for running out of hot water in the morning. The place was very clean and good looking. The front desk employee had a very good mix of professionalism and friendliness. I chose this location due to the level 2 Tesla chargers and that worked out really well. There were always two slots available while I was there. I left my car to charge overnight.

The hotel was a step up from a motel. Comfortable beds and decent pool. Breakfast staff had a hard time keeping up with keeping the food stocked and front desk staff were pretty unfriendly. Not the best stay and had higher expectations but it did the job.

The hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. We also loved the on-site amenities, such as the pool and gym. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Forget trying to sleep in and rest. I was up by 8am, cleaning staff making lots noise upstairs cleaning. Breakfast was ok not the best for Hyatt.

Facilities were clean and quiet. Room was nice and comfortable (King with Sofa). Breakfast was good with omelets, pancakes, and breakfast tacos to name a few main things. AC took a minute to get the room cold, but ended up ok. While we did not partake, there was even a bar which seemed cool.

The hotel was fine, clean, and well maintained. Having to pay for parking after the extremely high room price was galling. And I remember when we used to get really nice toiletries if you stayed in a hotel this expensive. Toiletries that smelled good using high quality essential oils. Nice soap, not just inoffensive soap. I am not a fan of the area which is likely why the room was so expensive. I just expect a bit more for the price. Throw a nice mint on the pillow or something, guys, please!

Had an issue with our room staff fixed it as soon as we reported it.

Never had to pay for parking at the Hyatt before so was not thrilled about that.

Rooms were clean and comfortable the property was very clean and nice !!! The staff is incredibly helpful and the breakfast was very good with many options to choose from. Full bar until 11 with food service . Great value for the price and an excellent location.

THEY CAME TO CLEAN HE AT 8;00 BUT WE WERE STILL DRESSING.BUT THEY NEVER CAME BACK TO CLEAN THE ROOM.

This hotel accommodated my family of 6 very well. Very clean and the staff checked us in, in less than five minutes. Definitely will keep this one in mind for future trips.

What an amazing staff; from the incredible check in staff to the young lady who supervised the breakfast. Excellent location and very easy to get around.

Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. In addition, there are several nice restaurants right around the corner. Fielding's, Goode CO. Black Walnut, a Brazilian steak hose and more.

Check in was easy, friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Many hot items were warm or just cold.

2nd time I've stayed here in 2 years. Cute, comfy and convenient. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Smaller homey type feeling hotel. No complaints at all

They took care of me even thought there was problems with some of the rooms.

The hotel was very clean, they have a Starbucks 24 hours and a bar open until midnight. Very easy check in and beds were comfortable.

Our only complaint was the breakfast. Overcooked cold and just disgusting. Everything else to the staff was great. But probably won’t be back due to the breakfast alone.
