Clean room, could tell it was recently renovated. Very pleased with its value at the price point and the quality. Breakfast has meager offerings but is otherwise fine.

Overall, a great value and the property was very clean. Concerned about parking at night, but seemed quiet.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, and the staff was incredibly courteous and welcoming. I truly felt valued as a guest and was treated with the same respect and service you would expect when paying to stay at a hotel. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend staying here!

There was good parking right in front of my room The bed was too firm for my liking and also no breakfast as they said just coffee and Mimi heat up sandwiches and a couple pastries. Also the Main reason I checked out was because the maid came in and my stuff was moved around I stayed for two nights? You would think if I’m alone and stayed two nights I would ask if u needed anything? I don’t know it didn’t sit right with me and I hardly got any sleep there also to get there is a hassle coming Back from work you have to take a long detour because it’s a one way to get to this hotel tucked away

From the great staff to the great room, everything went amazing. I was greeted and treated well when first arriving and even checking out. The room was great with plenty of space. The location was amazing being less than 10 minutes to The Woodlands center with a variety of shipping vendors.

This was literally a place to just sleep while in town. I found small blood stains on the wall. The water in the shower had an order to it. Will not ever return there. The only good thing is that it was only minutes away from the venue we were going to.

Clean room, Quiet property. Good location. Friendly staff. Able to check in at 0100 after an international flight delay. Will go back next time I need to stay in the area.

Its small thing but it was the lighting in the room. Out side and the parking lot was well lite and very nice.

I was quite surprised. This was the first stay at the Blue Hotel. The cost was affordable with free parking and use of laundry appliances. The less than continental breakfast was not appealing. Overall, I can honestly rate it 4 stars out of 5. . My next lodging will be at the Blue Hotel if available.

Room was not very clean. Visible debris and dead bugs along the walls. The fridge was so loud I tuned it off, which meant I couldn’t use it. No screens in the windows. Staff were friendly. It’s directly off the highway so it is a LOUD location. The A/C mostly drowned the traffic noise out.

Room was clean, breakfast items weren’t the best, and coffee wasn’t working. Hopping the next time I stay it will be better. Definitely worth staying at again.

The room was clean, and the towels were soft, fluffy, and in new condition. The only issues I had was that the water pressure in the shower was low and I couldn’t find a blow dryer for my hair. But all the other amenities were there, including an iron, mini fridge, and microwave. So convenient, right off the freeway and great value for the price. Perfect for a last-minute solo trip from Dallas into Houston.

Parking is easy, staff is kind. I travel a lot for work and only was in the room for 4 hours to sleep. I work in film & tv and showed up with makeup looking like I had bruises all over my body so with that in mind, the staff was still very kind and courteous to me. Room was clean, large and cozy. I had a decent view . I like that it’s hardwood floors and not carpet. My only gripe is the pillows were not super comfy but I am a bit of a snob and I still passed out the moment I touched them. I keep my room cold, and it was nice and cold.

The soundproofing was impressive. I didn't hear any traffic noise despite being close to the freeway. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good.

Room was not at all what the pictures look like. There is no elevator so if you’re on the second floor you’re toting your luggage. They don’t clean every day only every other day. The decor is all mismatched, pillows were pancakes, and my reservation was 2 queen beds but we were given one bed to share.

Parking lot was good. The room itself was not cleaned very good. Floor, toilet, counters, and shower was dirty. The air filters on the AC unit was filthy. Room smelled funky.

Terrible personal from desk . It was honestly the worst experience in terms of staff treatment. The facilities were acceptable, but the staff were awful. If they lay off staff, it will obviously be an economic improvement for that company.

Breakfast terrible, avoid it by all means. Room comfort ok for the price, also cleanliness ok. If you open the window or door the noise of the I45 is unbearable. With room closed, it is still pretty noisy. Breakfast. Better leave it out than offer this.

I am always honest. I love this place. Its almost like your stepping back in time with the curb appeal. A time like Nick @ Night or Happy Days. Third time ive visited. Unfortunate that the washer/dryer Out of ervice " . I feel that you should always make sure that you deliver the amenities you promise. A guest who had to do a load of laundry will leave disappointed. Its important to deliver what you advretise, no matter what the cost. Limit guests if you feel they have been misused. Have a industrial strength washer and dryer; then give each guest a voicher to redeem for one load per room. Politely state that due to our fair and share policy as neighbors. Also, with a property as lovely and comfortable as this one i envision it larger because i love the style so much! Like a step into mid century modern! Expand to a diner or cafe for food. And a simple elegant pool and hot tub with a sign that says simply enjoy day or night! Disturbing your neighbors is NOT permissible, but by all means relax and enjoy! I love the staff as well Always feel welcomed here. The rooms are always VERY clean however because i notice everything, little touch ups on any spots and furniture cleaning is always going to keep guests rreturning because the owners care about their giests impressions and feedback. I really hope they continue to take pride and attention to detail and maintenance of this amazing property in my mind it is the best around.! FINALLY, a property who doesn't price gouge!!!

The rooms are extremely small. It’s a nice room for one night, however, it’s seems sketchy. It’s somewhat clean but seems like it’s more for truckers rest stop.

The room was clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. No issues at all really. We slept well and they even had a little breakfast in the morning for us.

I've stayed in cheap hotels before so I wasn't expecting a lot. The hotel looks well cared for, they even provide pre-packaged breakfast options. Price was very fair. But... man that was the worse bed my wife and I have ever slept on. It was sagging on the sides with a peak in the middle. Neither of us slept the last night we were there. Until they change out the mattress I couldn't recommend this to anyone.

Wanted to stay in a safe area, this is it! Very nice place all the way around. Quiet, except hwy noise as morning traffic started. Bed a lil hard for my taste but ok, pillows could been better, but very pleased overall. Would recommend. Great shipping and activists a few blocks behind hotel away from hwy.

Say that the day at this hotel was one of my best experiences in most of the hotels that I’ve been to in spring. They were very clean. The staff was very friendly. Their breakfast is amazing namebrand everything they don’t keep out on any anything that I can think of even their towels they put software on it so be ready for a soft towel. Great mattresses very good size rooms. I would tell any of my friends or family to go to this hotel in the future.

I was not excited to see it is a motel, because i prepaid, but was happy with the stay. Clean, quiet. Shower pressure good.

We choose this because It was close to a venue we were going to. I was pleasantly surprised how clean and updated it was.

Toilet got clogged on first use with no plunger and the shower never even got warm. Room itself was nice and so was the price but honestly the cold shower at the end of the night was a disappointment.

The 8.2 rating is an absolute LIE! Walked into the room and we were me with a horrible stench. Had to spray febreeze all over the room. Opened the mini fridge, which was not working properly and it smelled of rotten/spoiled food. Restroom was dirty, hairs all over the floor. Walls are paper thin so you can hear EVERYTHING the next room is doing! This establishment has no business charging what they do per night. If you’re looking for a sketchy and dirty hotel this is the one! Rating should be -8.2
