Nice and quiet. Close to everything. The hot breakfast was awesome.

The parking lot was under construction, and they sent us to park next door at a restaurant. Inconvenience. Other than that great location.
- 5/5
Daily cleaning of rooms and very helpful staff
- 2/5
Parking was horrible due to most of the parking being closed off for some kind of construction. No handicapped available and we had to park in the furthest spot away from our room. Come 8 am they were moving equipment right below our window, complete with the back up sounds and woke us up.
- 3/5
Due to construction, the parking was awful! The staff could at least smile!
- 3/5
Big parking lot construction... Eye sore. Fortunately not noisy this time. But it prohibited easy parking. Fortunately the clerk provided free parking pass at restaurant pkg lot next door. A nuisance... Room, bed, shower all good. Micro and fridge all good... Bfast was OK. The staff worked really hard but a little slow on eggs. Demand exceeded supply as they constantly had to replenish eggs. I think the only coffee available was decaf. But we were OK for a quick one night stay. Out the door 11am next day.

Second day there Dry Cereal- no milk Cream cheese for bagels- no bagels only white bread , no muffins or other bakery items Fresh Fruit- none No waffle machine; pancake machine- broken Very minimal hot selection- same thing for 2 days So yea if breakfast is your deciding factor in staying may want to rethink
- 5/5
Expect to pay 10 or more dollars to park. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The hotel is located in a prime location. As a kid we stayed at the hotel and used to be clean. Upon arrival, the staff was VERY rude. The gentleman working the front desk wasn't friendly and did not make eye contact at all. Took my money and gave us keys. There was a custodial employee staring at my son and his mother the whole time, and as we left she was making comments in Spanish about my son being of mixed race. The room was DISGUSTING. Bugs on the walls, sheets had YELLOW STAINS and the smell of the whole damn place was God awful. We immediately decided to leave and go to a location up the road. I let the front desk dude know and said "so you're leaving?" Yeah dude, I'm leaving you this bad review.

Only issue IThe hotel was conveniently located in The Woodlands. Our king size suite was large quite accommodating. The staff was very friendly! Breakfast was a illness. We have been staying here for many years so this was a nostalgia birthday trip for my daughter for her birthday. The beds were comfortable and we were close to everything. The sound in the room was great, we could not hear our neighbors or people in the hall. The hotel could use a lot of updating. The bathroom was not very clean. The checkout person was not very friendly and people as well as myself were checking out and she couldn't even get up out of her chair in her office to great anyone checking out. Some wanted a checkout receipt and they as well as myself were not accommodated. Not very welcoming for guests departing the hotel.

Very good

The breakfast was good, but the hotcakes were rubbery. The food selection was very well-stocked, but perhaps the menu could be changed daily. It would have been better to have a larger window to allow more natural light into the room, as it seemed a little dim. It might also be a good idea to include a smart television with access to streaming channels.

TO ENTER THE HOTEL IN THE NIGHT, THE KEY DID NOT WORK I HAD TO BE KNOCKING THROGH THE GLASS WINDOW TO ENTER THE HOTEL, RECEPTIONIST AT NIGHT WAS BUSY IN A BACK ROOM AT ALL TIMES, NOBODY WAS AVAILABLE IN THE RECEPTION AREA, THE MORNING I CHECKED OUT OF THE HOTEL, I WOULD NEVER STAY AT THAT HOTEL EVER AGAIN.
- 3.5/5
At my arrival the woman at the reception was VERY friendly and made me feel very welcome. Please let her know! The Breakfast is minimalistic and the scrambled eggs are made from pre fab artificial mix and therefore taste like nothing.

The area! It was close to the concert we were going to, convenience stores, shopping centers and good places to eat! These beds were SO uncomfortable. Also the rooms WERE HOT. Were paying close to 200.00 dollars to not even be comfortable and have to sleep with no blankets on. It sucked.
- 5/5
The location is absolutely convenient and so close to everything by the Cynthia Woods Pavilion. The staff was friendly. The rooms and breakfast great. Would definitely stay here again.

You had to pay for parking.

Friendly people, nice room. It eas very convient to the concert we attended at the Mitchell pavilion

We enjoyed our stay but we missed the old Drury. We stayed here a couple years ago when it was The Drury. The Drury had excellent inclusive with happy hour and dinner with rate. But they left and this new place took over. Still same building structure but no happy hour or like the clerk called it "kick backs"... Anyway, we were pleased with nearly everything. The popcorn machine was a little messy and so was breakfast bar around cereal. But we enjoyed the pool and hot tub (little cloudy water). A good deal and good place to stay for concert wknd.
- 5/5
Clean and location is good

I don't understand why they charge 10 dollars a day for parking. The parking lot is large with plenty of space.

The staff was very pleasant. The lobby/breakfast area was attractive and clean. We watched the World Cup final there along with some other enthusiastic fans. At breakfast; they had the best orange juice I ever have had at a hotel like this. Yes, it came out of the machine, but it was still really good. Who raves about a hotel's orange juice, right? Additionally, the pool was really quite pleasant, one half shaded under the building and the other half out in the sun. What a smart design. Other than the orange juice, the breakfast could have been better. Powdered eggs just don't do it. In addition, it looked like they had an automatic pancake maker, but no one was using it. I had no idea whether it worked or not. The other thing that was a bummer was they refused to give us any Wyndham points for the stay, even the initial sign-up points. Why? It costs them nothing to do that. It really was an unforced error.
- 5/5
The beds were amazing
- 2/5
The shower in our room was horrible. Barely any water came out. We could hardly take a shower. I’ve had better showers in public camp grounds. The breakfast was horrible and they served the same horrible eggs and potatoes and sausage every morning. Terrible stuff. Also there’s no mention of a daily parking fee on the website. I will never stay here again.
- 1/5
No wifi. Water from the fountain in the lobby are horrible and the cleaning are not the best
- 3/5
Pool and exercise room out of service and furniture all over the floor working lot
- 5/5
The hot tub was nice! Staff were all helpful and polite also! Definitely planning to stay here again :)
- 4/5
A good value for The Woodlands. The property is clean and well-maintained, with some good amenities (pool, fitness center, breakfast). My room, near the back, was also quiet despite being just off the freeway. The bed was comfortable, and I like that it had a microwave and mini-fridge (though the latter froze my food and I didn't see a way of adjusting the temperature). There was a $5-10 daily charge for wi-fi, but it didn't work for me anyway, for some reason. Despite these trade-offs, I'd stay there again.
- 5/5
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
It was a good hotel for a one night stay. Affordable, clean, close to restaurants and easy to navigate to.
- 5/5
Very clean. Very nice. I called 5 other hotels in the area to see if their hot tubs worked. None of their hot tubs were ins service. I called Heritage Inn & Suites and their pool and hot tub were in service. They were clean and well maintained.
- 3/5
Convenient to area shopping and restaurants! The Woodlands Mall is within 10 minutes driving time! Parking at the hotel was adequate. The room was adequately cleaned! Amenities were good except for the swimming pool and hot tub as the water was cloudy.
- 2/5
Also i booked and paid for a King deluxe suite that showed pictures of it have a separate living room, but it didn’t it was a regular King room.

- 5/5

This property is very nice and clean. The staff was very professional and respectful. The breakfast buffet was great as well. The cleaning staff was excellent. They provided me with everything that I needed while I was there. I give this hotel 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
- 3/5
The room was clean. But I can’t believe there isn’t a single usb connection to charge my phone. The other thing I didn’t like is that they charged to my credit card and I didn’t incurred in any expense. Now I have to chase them to cancel it but they don’t answer the phone. I won’t come back to this property again.
- 4/5
respectful staff
- 4/5
no issues with the room
- 5/5
All was well but didn't notice this until later. Not sure what is it but pretty sure it doesn't belong on the headboard. There are stains on both sides of the headboard that are unattractive to the person staying in that particular room. Please fix/change it. Thank You
- 3/5
TV’s are outdated with very poor satellite service that constantly goes out! Staff was helpful but new equipment is only solution
- 5/5
My room was clean. Breakfast was great really didn’t have Any interaction with the staff swimming pool was always full so I did not get in
- 4/5
Overall not a bad stay. Quiet and clean except around the dumpster outside. They had trash piling up outside of the dumpster. It eventually got cleaned up later but everything else was fine.
- 5/5
The room was very clean.

Room never got below 74 so sleeping was miserable, the hall ways were hot too...the breakfast was horrible and not what was advertised

- 4/5
It’s well priced for what it provides. The suites with the bedroom is nice for business and leisure. The business center isn’t really a business center at all. Neither is the gym. And there was leftover food left in the fridge in our room which made me feel as if they didn’t really clean well, but it didn’t take away from the other staff or the hotel in general. I’d stay again.
- 2/5
Location and room was very good. The only issue I had was, I came to the free breakfast 17 minutes prior to the opening for breakfast. The food was already in the serving pans and all was ready for the guess to eat. The hotel staff was standing near the buffet and I ask if I could go ahead and get my breakfast. The desk clerk responded, starts at 6:00am. I was in a hurry so I decided to leave and get on the road. This was a little picky and rude. What possible difference could it have made for me to go ahead and have my breakfast? I have several trips to this area in the future and I will not be staying at the Heritage.
- 1/5
Staff was completely useless and not willing to help with the issues at hand. They put multiple charges on my room and could not explain them. Also ran the wrong card after “confirming” it was correct when in fact it wasn’t. The morning staff couldn’t explain the charges nor could she see them on her end to match the print out she gave me. The employee also had no clue how to print out the itemized break down of my room and what was charged. Horrible staff that didn’t care and completely incompetent. Sad source of employment. The remote in the room had no batteries and the staff had to look around for some. Just poor poor poor service. Seemed more concerned with the dry crap burnt popcorn throughout the whole day. Please do not stay here
- 5/5
Perfect for our overnight stay. Very clean and safe

Staff was exceptional. Over and beyond in efforts to accommodate

Nice room, wished breakfast didn’t end so early (9:00am). Checkin lady let us check in early which was soooo helpful!!! Nice big parking lot, close to concert venue and tons of shopping, restaurants.

Pool and hot tub was great. Breakfast was ok. Toilet screeched whenever we flushed. Room was huge, lots of space. TV was at a weird angle for watching in bed.worth the price and location and amenities.i would stay again.
- 4/5
Location is good.
- 3/5
I don’t think we will stay next time could have found better hotel for the price we paid.
- 5/5
Safe, clean, convenient to the Woodlands.
- 3/5
The staff was very nice and pleasant, but the room was bad. Stained bedspread, carpets peeling off of walls, ants crawling around the window, lights blinking on/off - not nice. You also have to sign up for a rewards program with all of your personal information in order to get WiFi. That’s so crazy, seriously. I also think it’s crazy that they charge you for parking but that’s the least of the worries.
- 4/5
Pool should close at 11pm or later.
- 4/5
The pool was clean and pretty quiet. The breakfast was good, sausage links- scrambled eggs- biscuits and gravy - potatoes. The young lady that was making the breakfast is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were okay, spider webs in the ac corners.
- 4/5
I like the outdoor pool and hot tub.
- 5/5
My sister and I stayed here so we could attend the Hilary Duff Concert. It was an excellent hotel! Super clean, very friendly staff, and easy to navigate to. We will definitely use this hotel again!
- 3/5
There was a pretty bad smell in the hallways. Our stay was fine but not great.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable
- 4/5
The property is in a great location. It is an older hotel but is very clean. It is very good for the price. We enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
I enjoy my stay
- 3/5
We stayed for a quick night so we didn’t get to experience any of the advertised elements of the hotel. We went for breakfast around 8:15 or so and everything was empty. We left before anything was refilled so I can’t speak to how quick that happened. Not a bad stay, but nothing special either.
- 1/5
Dirty and unkempt hotel.
- 5/5
I had a pleasant stay at this property
- 4/5
The staff at the front were friendly but the shabby bed head in the room was disgusting. Beds were sloppily made. They were comfortable though. It needs to be refurbished. Breakfast was just okay. Nothing fabulous. No tea selection visible.
- 5/5
I like the cleanliness and location also staff was good too. But the breakfast should be better.
- 3/5
Wasn’t cleaned after the first night of stay. It took me to ask the cleaning staff to make the bed. No regular coffee in the room, just decaf until after I asked for the room to be cleaned.
