I loved the location; it was perfect given my destination was in the woodlands every day.

It was our first time there! Very pleasant and friendly place! Definitely recommend! We went since we had a concert near by yo attend so it was convenient for us.

It was clean The room was dusty, there was organic matter growing under the lip of the counter where the faucet sits in the bathroom. All over the the baseboards had not been attended to in what looks like in quite some time. The shower was in need of a good clean- to put it a nut shell the whole room needed a Deep Clean

I did not like hotel. Too far to venue and was overcharged for a one night stay. Small room and thin walls. Heard everyone in hallway. Front desk could not resolve issue with hotel service problems.

The AC unit is old and makes noise when it kicks in and out of cycle twice an hour all night long, VERY LOUD They did update recently, but now they charge for parking and serve no free breakfast, Go Book Anywhere Else !

My credit card was charged $340.00 even thi i already paid through Expedia. And the phone number provided by Expedia and the internet search is not working. Im a truck driver and cant afford to back track just to figure out why i was charged so much. Never heard of a deposit costing that much either.

The head supervisor of room housekeepers was attentive and made sure customers were happy.

The room was perfect, clean, well organized, and had an awesome huge balcony with patio furniture to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine.

We only stayed for one night but it was a great experience. The ONLY thing negative is the ice machine was broken on our floor but we didn’t need it so no big deal. The staff was friendly, the room was perfect, and the check-in/out was very quick and easy. We would definitely go back

We just wanted somewhere to sleep after a concert at the Woodlands Pavilion. This place was way nicer than we expected. I wish we had stayed there longer. We will certainly book this hotel any time we are back in the area.

I did not like that there were no ways to store my clothing except for a few shirts that I could hang in the closet. I had to keep my undergarments and pajamas in my suitcase due to the lack of a dresser. The ice maker did not work and there was not hot water for showers on our second night. If I'm paying $300 for 2 nights at a hotel, I would think there should be hot water and someplace to store my clothes.

Nice, quiet room. Air conditioner worked very well, and quietly. Staff was helpful and a salad from the bistro was tasty.

Great establishment. We literally checked out of an adjacent hotel due to its poor conditions and we were extremely happy we did. The rooms were clean and fresh. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was amazing: friendly, humorous, and professional. We were surprising pleased with the snack bar choices and quality of food.

The property is so conveniently located to the shopping areas and dining areas. Cleaning staff are very good. The only thing that we didn’t like is that the shower doesn’t have enough water pressure.

Will never again stay at a Courtyard; I should have read the fine print. There are coffee makers in the room. But when you go to the lobby to get a roll or something to put in your stomach so you can take your morning meds, you find that you must pay for a roll, or any other morsel. There's no free breakfast, nor can you even get a free cup of coffee. And to top it off, they charged me $3 to park in the hotel's nearly-empty parking lot. Hampton Inn from now on.

Hotel is under major renovations. Guys were in the hallways by my door alot on ladders and working throughout the day and night.

The hotel was undergoing renovations, water service was intermittent, dusty and noisy. There was no longer a pool which was considered for booking. Most disappointing was the coffee station, also included in the room as part of the rate, only decaf was available, so tea had to be purchased at the bar for $5.

The place was being remodeled. Towel bar on shower door was connected but the other just hung . The bed felt like full size in of queen

When booking this property, it would have been nice to know that the lobby was being renovated. there was lots of debris and disorder.

Great customer service as soon as you walk in. Room was clean and spacious. Shopping, restaurants all within walking distance. Even though they are renovating did not cause any inconveniences.

The hotel smells terrible because of the ongoing renovation. When we get to our room there was a clump of tissue under the bed, the coffee maker is not clean, we have to run the water twice and it still showing bits of black stuffs. We ended up not using it.

Check in people said I checked in with hours earlier, but then said never mind, but still seemed confused. When we got to the room….it was OCCUPIED!!!!! Hotel under construction and not notified until AFTER non cancellation room booked. New room had huge hairballs in bathroom and blood on the wall

I was in town for a concert. When booking,It was not visibly stated that this hotel was going through renovations. When i arrived hotel furniture and mattresses were outside in the parking lot. When walking into the lobby, part of the lobby was closed off with boxes everywhere. As i went to check my room, 2 rooms across the hall were under construction. It was loud banging, drilling, and dust. The hotel smelled old and they shouldn't have been accepting bookings if they were not finished construction. I checked out immediately and had to go book another hotel.

They property was under construction and I was not notified until 2-3 days prior to our stay. Many of the property's amenities were not available.

It would be courteous to let people know that the hotel is under major renovation at the time of booking not 2 days before arrival with no cancellation. Had I known this hotel was under renovation at time of booking, I would've chose a different hotel.

Only down size was the remodeling going on, but it was quiet, friendly employees, convenient to music venue, and very comfortable beds!

Everything smelled like paint, and it was old. My son allergies acted up the whole time, he wanted to swim and couldn’t swim

I asked to the staff to add my Marriott Rewards number several times, they confirmed and after 15 days, I do not have it.

It is a basic, clean hotel well positioned, safe and inexpensive. Only complaint at this time is that the hotel is undergoing renovation and there is ongoing construction. But there is no construction noise at night.

Staff immediately brought tissue when we discovered there was none in the vanity holder. Linens were very nice! We even checked to see if the coverlet is available for purchase—it is.

Overall good place for the price.

We came to this hotel due to the fact of moving & have been displaced due to other issues. I just came from another “Bonvoy” and had an issue with the ASM Meghan myers. The room was purchased under Expedia with a particular credit card & incidentals with a different card at the hotel front desk. As I was trying to fill up my vehicle and get dinner for the night I checked my account and noticed about $200 missing. The gentleman noticed and said it was weird but that is keeping me from getting another room because after paying for the move my funds are limited with everything I spend on. It’s very inconvenient and then we had to move rooms with one bed & sofa bed. We paid for 2 comfortable beds and the space.

Good hotel on north side of town. I have only one negative: This is the year 2023 and there are ZERO USB ports in the rooms. Ridiculous !! How about coming into the 21st century ?

Great location! Comfy beds, hotel was outdated with bad carpets and wallpaper. Elevator was small. Indoor pool was the reason we chose hotel, it was clean, great size but the ac in the room may have been broken cause it was extremely hot in the room. They had extra towels so you didn’t have to use room bath towels.

Staff was friendly. Site was set in beautiful shaded area with lots of trees. It felt safe.
