Nice stay and would choose again

The pool needed to be cleaned...but the rest of the hotel was great.

The hotel was so clean and staff very friendly

Lobby area was maintained to a level that you would expect from a Marriott. The room and hall areas were less than acceptable for the brand. Unclean room along with toilet that would not work. Selling a rating based on Lonby appeal is very dissatisfying.

Room was good but the pillows are poor quality. Flat and not enough. And not sure what is wrong with the elevator, but it is extremely loud and I could not imagine having a room next to it. The elevator was screaming loud.

- We were invited to the breakfast 6-10 am, we weren't told it wasn't complimentary until after we ordered and were charged 50$, unprofessional. -Although the rooms were clean and very nice, me, my family, or my company wont be staying at any Marriott or courtyard hotels moving forward, we have been loyal but this is beyond disappointing as our entire company uses the Marriot for personal and business stays in Texas and other states. - Furthermore, there is no safe in the room. Worst Marriott stay and experienced we have encountered.

The lady at the front desk refused to give us extra towels and said housekeeping only comes every couple of days. There was hair all over the bahroom. Ac wouldnt get cold. The staff was awful! We wont ever stay at a Marriott again.

We had an over night stay. Staff was really helpful and friendly. The hotel was very nice and clean. Room was very spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Entire hotel was very clean. Staff was extra friendly and accommodating. Great area with a lot.of things to do and places to dine. Pool area is very nice and clean as well. Safe. Housekeeping was not super load in the mornings. Great stay.

It was a basic place to stay. I didn’t utilize any facilities outside of the room, so it’s unfair for me to judge. The room was basic.

It was all great till I found a huge water roach in the room, that escaped under the bed. I told the employee as I was leaving early because it unsettled me. The property backs up against many trees tho and the area had recently gotten a lot of rain. I don't necessarily fault the property for it, because the everything was clean and tidy otherwise. The carpets could use a good cleaning in the halls and I was offered not even an apology from the staff. But the room was quiet and nice...except for the big bug that ruined my stay.

Everything was amazing except the beds 😒😓 we almost stayed another night but the bed was so hard and uncomfortable that we decided to go back home. Other than that. No complaints 👌

Location YOU MUST READ THIS They don’t have breakfast included, in case you’re planning to choose the rate with breakfast included, that is not true. They give you a $12 coupon to use in the cafeteria. They do not have buffet, it’s all à la carte. The front desk lady was nice, but didn’t specify this, and it’s not clear on the description when you book. You basically have to pay extra if you want to have a decent breakfast.

No free breakfast...parking was free but says $5 a day..probably slipped it in

Everything was great. The only downside we experienced was no staff at night all the way till brunch time the next morning. Very inconvenient.

Everything was clean and smelt really nice. Parking lot had a lot of food options. Staff were friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that our room was right next to the elevators and we were able to hear a constant tick ALL NIGHT LONG. Almost sounded like a huge dripping sound. Thankfully the room came supplied with 2 pairs of earplugs.

It was a little noisy on my floor, thankfully they provide earplugs. Wonderful room for short stay.

No free breakfast, overpriced and they will charge for anything, laundry more expensive than any other hotel. Not a good value.

Place was under construction and alot of noise due to contractor drilling all day. No amenities available because of it. False advertising. Not safe for kids

Nice clean hotel

This hotel was so clean! I took notice right away how they were actively cleaning at all times. Every time I walked through the lobby someone was cleaning. It was really nice to see how they truly try to keep people safe and respect the esthetic of the property.

Clean, comfortable, attractive rooms, kind staff, cookies on arrival. There are many attractions and restaurants within walking distance and a short drive from the hotel. Snacks for purchase in lobby as well as a restaurant. I would definitely return to this hotel.

This is a very well kept nice property close to Grandscape for shopping and eating and close to Frisco/Plano for any activities. 10/10 would stay here again and it is very affordable!

Faculty was very kind and the rooms were functional and spacious.

There were many places to shop and eat but I was visiting for work so I didnt get to enjoy that aspect. However the rooms were beautiful, the beds comfortable and the shower was amazing. I would definitely stay again.

Me and my family went on a road trip for 9 days and hit 7 different states. We stayed in 3 hotels ( we had family we stayed with as well) and this was hands down the best of the 3 hotels. Rooms had plenty of room for me, my husband and two teenage boys. It was very clean as well. You couldn’t hear outside noise or noise in the hallway which was a plus. Beds and pillows were comfortable and desk clerk handed us all water bottles when we checked it. Breakfast was not included but you could purchase meals and Starbucks coffee. The price for coffee was reasonable but food was a tad bit pricy ( but what isn’t ) hotel is in a good spot with plenty of shops and restaurants. This will be our hotel, when we are in the Dallas area again! Thanks Courtyard, you understood the assignment !!!

Since we got to the hotel the room above us was stomping and making noise. We came back to our room after being out and still they were stomping around. We called the front desk and they said the room above us was having a party. We ended up having to pack our stuff back up and move rooms in the middle of the night. Never heard of a hotel allowing a party in a room. Front desk was upset we complained about the noise.

Hotel seems fine but the fairly strong smell of cigarette smoke was not good. Asked for a breakfast voucher and they gave $12. All of the breakfast choices are basically $15+ so very weak to only give a $12 voucher.

Surprisingly the railroad tracks right outside the window did not affect our sleep. I heard it but fell right back asleep, ear plugs were available in the room if needed but we didnt feel the need. A very light sleeper may.
