It was convenient to where we were attending functions When we 1st arrived staff was sitting outside did not acknowledge us. I went inside to check in & no one came to assist for about 7 mins. Room smelled musty & moldie. Top of vanity had sticky stains on it. Looked like room had not been cleaned only bed linen was changed. Sofa was old & broken down cushions toilet seat was not attached good no light bulbs in 2 of the lamps

We notice black moled in the bathroom shower, very old the door was all cracked all at the bottom and it got stuck. The tv was not working on all channels and the refrig kept us up with loud noise... THE last straw was there was NO pool...NO pool and it was advertised with pool.

Booked two rooms for two nights & didn’t stay the second night since the shower and sink were not working in the room.

Well, I was greeted by three of the colony policeman as they were I guess arresting a black individual for I have no idea what, but it was quite a commotion in the parking lot and the entryway. Then I was greeted to a room that hasn’t been updated since 1989. The hairdryer didn’t work the shower leak water everywhere. The tub had cracks all in it. The toilet seat was not secured. The refrigerator made a horrible noise throughout the night the sink did not flow. The only thing good I can say is that the air conditioner worked very well.

Had to change rooms because we found bedbugs in the first one.

The parking lot was clean and well lit. The staff was friendly the cashier appeared to be in training so he had someone assisting him. The lobby and room were clean

Breakfast was sub-par. Location was great. Check in was at 3pm. Upon arrival, front desk attendant advised me it would be an hour and we would have to wait. Our room also had fire ants and the bathtub would not turn off.

Easy to get to, safe area. Beds are comfortable & the breakfast was really good.

The first rooms we got had bugs. Out belongings were infected with ants. The next room we got had mold in the bathroom and some of the light didn't work. The floors were very dirty so we had to were our shoes the whole time. We expected to be able to use the pool amenities but the pool is closed for some months now because it's under construction which wasn't listed in the description on the app. Overall this hotel is very misleading and not worth the price. If hotels are going to be listed please include all the information so that when we pay money to stay we get everything we pay for.

The room its self looked decent until you start looking at everything Restroom tub was pealing and look dirty old water in tub the soap containers were empty and looked very dirty lighting was terrible and its a very small space when we went to ask for towels and soap the guy gave us a hand soap bar and one towel for 2 grownups and 1 toddler The extra latch on the door to stop cleaning people from coming in with card was broken hanging off the door the seal around the door was gone completely all the hallway light was coming in bright at night They also have renovations going on outside so in the morning around 7:30-8 am you won’t even be able to sleep with constant banging and loud people Front desk is Not very aware of their building there was maintenance doors and hamper drops open for anyone to go in or fall in also people smoking weed in the rooms even though its non smoking hotel and its an open lobby in the second floor you can see from front desk so i know they smelt it i smelt it when i walked in

The pool and the gym were "under renovation" the ice machines in 2nd and third floors were inoperable the carpet had a stale smell . It was not a good stay . The only good thing was the buffet breakfast was awesome.

EVERYTHING! Staff were HORRIBLE, room was not clean and needed repairs. Tape covering fire sprinklers, holes in the wall, bugs on the first floor. They tried to charge extra for my son even though I booked 2 adults and a 16 year old

I have never left a review like this, but I would not encourage anyone to stay here. Nothing you see in the picture is real. There is no pool, no hot tub, no exercise room or treadmill- all of the reasons we chose this location were nonexistent. My daughter bought a Reese's and the guy tried to charge her $6 thinking she wouldn't know any better. She immediately said 'no, your sign says $2,' oh yes, I'm sorry. No, you're sorry you got caught. I didn't know it, but the ppl we were traveling with attempted to buy something small as well, and the guy tried to charge them $12! Several areas had chipped paint and holes. The only good part of the stay was the cleanliness. The two housekeeping ladies were extremely detailed and our room smelled amazing.

We tried to check in early. They told us it was going to be an additional $50. We agree to the terms and at the end they charge us $60 very disappointed. And top of that after our second night, our room was infested with cockroaches. It was pretty disgusting. This will be the last time we go to this hotel.

Other than that the room was nice and chilled coming in late, dark, quiet, and a comfortable bed (pillows weren’t my favorite, and no variation between them as far as fill type or soft to firmness, but I’m particular and always bring my own).

I will not be staying here again. The carpet in my room was so dirty, the water from my shower turned black when I stepped in. The bathroom door was missing hardware, so I could not shut the door. The toiler paper dispenser was rusted and disconnected from the wall. The bathroom exhaust fan was not working and the vent was rusted. The air conditioner could not keep up to the temperature setting. Staff seemed disengaged from guests - on their phone in the lobby instead of behind the desk. Bad experience and not worth the money paid.

Check in was good and the young lady working the desk was friendly. That was the only good part of the stay. The continental breakfast was poorly maintained. The building is rundown. There were wires hanging from the ceilings. The bathroom was disgusting and in dire need of a renovation. There were some sort of flying bugs, probably gnats, all over the property. The pool was not available and the excuse was it was being remodeled, but there was no visible work being done. The property was apparently owned by the usual suspects that are notorious for running a poor establishment. Come on Comfort, do better. Do not get your room here.

This hotel was run-down. Upon walking into the hotel, it smells of mold. The elevator was never cleaned during the 3 days we stayed! Let's start with the room! In the bathroom, the toilet was loose the toilet paper holder came out of the wall. GROUT VERY DIRTY! Next half the room floor was soaked by the window ac unit again mold in the air .. The beds had stains and smelled of body odors.. 100% the worst property I have stayed in .

Room was okay, beds were comfortable. They said the pool, gym & conference room have been closed for a few years which could be noted somewhere.

We needed sheets to put on the pull out sofa. I went downstairs, and there was no one working the desk. I called out and no one came. I even called the hotel and it wouldn't let through to the front desk.

The location was good and hotel provided what we needed. However I found a HUGE dead roach in my room and there was no hand soap. When we noticed our room didn’t have soap upon check in we asked for some from the front desk associate. We were told “there is body wash in the shower….”

Our room smelt awful, paid for queen beds but we definitely had full size beds, breakfast was terrible, my son’s waffle tasted sour and biscuits were not cooked all the way through, and we found roaches on our last night there. We will not be returning to this hotel at all.

I also requested bedding for the pullout queen bed and was given twin-size bedding that didn’t fit. On top of everything else, the entire hotel smelled strongly of weed. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, especially because Comfort Suites is usually one of my favorite hotel chains when traveling. The only positive thing I can say is that the pet fee was very reasonable at $25 per night.

This property was horrible. Our room was not cleaned, the phone was not working, staff did not know where anything was, no hand soap in the room, iron didnt work, sink stopped up, and the pool was under construction, but clearly on the website it was suppose to be available. Oh and when leaving the room there was a big ass roach behind the bathroom door. The worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. They should be be ashamed. If I could give a negative review I would.

Room 111 had a serious pest issue. A large roach crawled on me during my stay, which was extremely disturbing. Staff was informed but no refund or meaningful resolution was provided. I would not recommend staying here due to cleanliness and pest concerns.

Went to front desk and waited several mins. No one came. no body wash. Yet they have 3 bottles in the shower and one is for body wash. Told me to just use bar soap. WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN.

Everything was either broken or falling apart. No pool, no gym. Breakfast was decent.

The beds were comfortable and breakfast was what is expected from these types of hotels. Furniture overall was gross and falling apart. Honestly I’d rather pay a little more and stay at a better hotel.

Not worth what I paid. Room was very old, tv didn’t work only 4 channels that actually worked everything was just audio only, pool was closed, only one elevator and that took forever. The front desk guy wasn’t very pleasant seemed like he hated his job, didn’t bother to tell us what time breakfast started and ended. He checked us in and then just handed us our key. I would not come back here again

We booked through Expedia and selected indoor pool as we were traveling with kids. This hotel popped up so we booked it. We get there and the pool is down until December. No signage in motel of this at all. We asked how to get into pool and that is when we are told closed until December. You have to search extra amenities to see pool closed which if I am selecting indoor pool and the hotel pops up I am not going to go searching to confirm its open. We asked if we could cancel reservation and would pay the first night fee (we had two rooms) and they would not let us. We even called corporate and they also were and aslo told them we would lose the one night fee but they also did not help us. Upon arriving in our room was trash in trash can and a hand towel with makeup on it. It our other room was a small sack of clothes someone left. We mention this the next day and they really didn't care. I would not recommend this hotel or any comfort suites after this experience.

The bathroom was awful. The room smelled bad, The buffet area was very dirty, The beds felt like a slab of cement. The staff where great but I would never stay at this hotel again.

First off nothing worked! They are either renovating their pool or closing it but either way they should have this listed that it’s not available since it’s an indoor pool and hot tub. Second, there were little black bugs in the bathroom , not sure what kind of bug but it was definitely moving . Lots of them. I advised staff of the phone in the room not working , the manager came up blew on the cord and tried several times to make it work which it was obvious it wasn’t working. He then said it’s something wrong with the cords in the wall and that he could just leave the broken phone but never offered a replacement. Then our room cards kept deactivating. When i confronted them about this I was told by the receptionist that another guess had been put under my name. I’m not even sure how that happened. So I ended up with 3 cards. The breakfast was awful. The sausage was not done at all, they serve the same thing everyday. The power went out and they closed the elevators and advised we had to use the stairs until the power came back on which eventually it did. The front desk receptionist was ok. They weren’t rude they just didn’t have supplies. I also booked a king size bed room and they gave me a double bed room . My whole booking was a mess to be honest. Truly unfortunate. I will NOT be booking this hotel again. EVER!!!

Staff was ok, room needs updated, DEFINITELY needs new carpet. Carpet had several large holes, and what appeared to be blood stains near the entrance.

The hotel was clean, staff helpful and friendly, and the bed was really comfortable - I have a bad back so the bed is always hit or miss. It was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. I didn't have any issues with the wifi. However, the public areas were a little run down and the room was a lot run down. The smoke detector was dangling from the ceiling; the entry and vanity lights were seizure-inducing with their flickering; the tub was resurfaced once upon a time, but 12"square chunks were flaking off; the curtains weren't hanging from all their hooks; there were stains in the carpet; the display on the AC unit didn't work; nicks and paint scuffs were on the furniture and walls; and the buttons in the elevator didn't all light when pressed. So, I wouldn't stay here again, when there are so many other hotels in the area.

Was a bit rundown out dated. The bath tub had paint chipping away. Pool and hor tub was broken under construction. Was not informed on website. They had breakfast i didnt try it. My opinion it didnt look very tastful. My husband sampled the gray it was alright. I do have to say The staff was friendly and accommodating. That was the best part. And i got a good night sleep.

Horrible service from both the hotel and from expedia. The stay was dirty and felt unsafe. I also needed to reschedule this stay, as my business trip changed dates, but neither Expedia or Comfort Suites was willing to work with me to reschedule, even though I was paying the same rates and was not seeking a refund.

First room had a terrible odor. The second room the water ran all night in the sink, the tub was stained, and it had a musty smell.

The room and bathroom was not cleaned good enough, room smelled and bathroom tub was clogged and no soap. Front desk was nice but they need to clean everything a lot better and and the bathroom mirror was broken and the door had scratch marks on it from someone who previously stayed there dogs.

Our bathroom tub was peeling, the shower curtain was ripped to shreds, the shower handle was broken came completely off when trying to turn the water on. The shelf in the bathroom was barely hanging on, the bed sheets didn’t seem like they were changed hair was under the sheets. Do not waste your money booking here

It was my little sister’s birthday and she wanted to swim in an indoor pool, which is the only reason I booked this hotel- the pool was closed off (under construction) and this was listed NO WHERE. We were also not told this at check-in. The hotel allows pets and we found dog hair in the bed and there was a woman with a dog in her arms at the breakfast buffet. Very disappointing experience.

Staff was kind and gave a free bag of skittles to my grandson , who was upset because we were not given any notice the pool was not in use. The bathroom in the room had the paint peeling out of the bathtub.So as my grandson took a bath , he came out covered in paint chips

There was no indoor pool which is why we picked this hotel in the first place. The front desk called and griped about our 6 week old baby crying. The food was stale and the syrup tasted old.

The room and bathroom wasn’t clean good. Hair from the previous stay was in there, the bathroom faucet was dripping all night. No hand towels. Couldn’t make coffee in the room because it didn’t have what you put the coffee in. The room also smelled really bad.

The room had lots of wear and the front desk gentleman acted as if he did not want to be there. I booked this hotel specifically because of the indoor pool and hot tub advertised. We showed up, put our swimsuits on, only to find the pool area was blocked off with a sign that said “under construction”. It was not told to us at check in and the website does not reflect this information. We were extremely upset.

There were dips in the floors we nearly tripped on. Holes in the walls from the door handles. Elevator had no inspection notice. The pool was under construction.

This is the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There were cockroaches throughout. There was no hot water, only lukewarm. The pool and hot tub are undergoing long-term renovations and are inoperable. Terrible place!

Im not a super picky person and we have stayed at cheaper hotels, but the condition ofbthe rooms and the entire facility was unacceptable. It smelled of mildew. The roof in the hallways showed water damage. We had 2 rooms. Tvs didnt worknin both rooms. Carpets were ripped up, shower curtains didnt stay closed, looked like blood on the hair dryer, hard water stains on carpet from ac leaking. I would not recommend at all. We checked out and went to a diffrent place it was that bad. Oh, and the "breakfast" wasnt even worth trying. Very disappointed with this hotel.

The room had some trash behind the night stand. Some of the plugs didn't work (the hair dryer didn't work and I think it was something with the plug cause I couldn't get anything to work in that outlet. The pool was not open due to renovations and didn't see it on the website anywhere that the pool was out. We picked that hotel due to price and the pool while we were there for soccer tournament.there is a picture I am trying to load that shows it out of order but never seen it on the website

Spacious room.

And carpet was ripped on threshold of bedroom floor causing a tripping hazard. We had to book and stay another night and were charged over 100.$ I won’t stay here again. It’s gross and it’s unhealthy with the black mold. Overheard another guest raising hell over finding a dead rat in the microwave in his room and black mold. I guess I have that to be thankful for, not finding a dead rat in the microwave’.

Room wasn’t well cleaned and building smelled

Almost all bathroom tiles were missing the grout in between and moved as you walked on them. Door looked like someone tried to break in and the top lock was completely missing. Shower curtain didn’t stay closed as shower rod was bent.

It was however, clean. So very thankful for that. Never had my room cleaned and stayed for five days so I brought down my towels to the front desk and they happily gave me more. The body, shampoo and conditioner are in the shower attached to the wall, and they were empty, although I did ask to get refilled, they never were. Breakfast buffet was wonderful! Grateful for that every morning!
