The Internet here is quite slow being at the end of the hall. I had very poor network availability and it would often drop. I was also travelling from Canada and at best I had LTE speed in this area of the city and throughout El Paso and Santa Teresa I had great 5G service everywhere else. The air-conditioning unit gave off a funny smell, but I was running it quite hard due to the heat wave.

I would not recommend this hotel due to the location and amenities not available. No breakfast or pool.

Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Down side did have a breakfast. But overall we like it.

The staff is great and definitely were of great service, but you need to know you are on your own for any food except for a few snack items. The exercise room is small. The patio area faces the race track, but the horses only run winter into spring from what we were told.

Hotels ok casino ok but to Smoky not to many people winning. Walmart close by small no gas station but there is a gas station in the corner, some restaurants n fast food. Ooh and amusement park next to hotel n casino.

I like is plenty parking space, and all the hotel is clean. The staff so nice and helpful. No to close to the I 10 but to far neither.

There was no breakfast although for the price there should be breakfast. Other than that everything was good, comfortable, clean , staff very helpful. Lots of parking. We enjoyed it . Thank you for every thing you do to make our stay enjoyable. That there was no breakfast.

This hotel was quiet and accessible, next to a casino and racetrack. It was a bargain for the price. Breakfast is not included; staff is not at the front desk 24/7. Otherwise, we enjoyed our ADA room and would stay here again.

No complaints, however a luggage rack would have been nice. Not a deal breaker!

Advertise bar and restaurant at the hotel. Found that none were open since 2024. Do not bring any food or drink over from the casino restaurants either. Terrible

Staff not at reception need to step into convenience market and they must get notified. Room needed body wash or body soap, clean like new towels and linen. Some spots on carpet but squares can be removed and replaced easily. Free coffee in bar area in am.

Nice location. However, rooms could’ve been cleaner, shower was dirty. I will say the bed was pretty comfy. Just wish there was a breakfast option. Besides that it’s a nice hotel if you need to stop.

Staff is friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and prefect for ADA individual. Price was right. Stayed many times in Las Cruces hotels and this is by far the best.

It’s a nice hotel and staff was very friendly. Although, I was a little disappointed with them not offering any type of continental breakfast. They only had some coffee and it wasn’t the best. I also asked about a laundry room since we had been traveling for a few days and needed to get some clothes washed and I was informed they didn’t have one. So if you’re looking for a place with breakfast or laundry, this is not the hotel to stay at.

Second time me and wifey stayed here loved each visit. This last one we walked out to a flat tire no spare or any help available until this sweetie girl at the check in desk. She helped get a small air compressor so I could inflate my tire and get going. She was awesome went out of her way thank you.

Room was very clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and professional. Only downside was the ice machine on our floor didn't work and I was too lazy to check another floor.

Our room was located on the bottom floor next to lobby, unfortunately the music and people talking at the lobby was a little too loud , in the morning we let them know and they promised to correct, beyond that we love this property

The hotel is great, unfortunately the furniture is getting very old, we had an issue with the toilet but it was corrected almost immediately the only problem was that it happen at three in the morning, beyond that this is a good place to stay

The gentleman checking in was friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and comfortable. The walls were thin and I could hear the rooms next door. The restaurant was not in the hotel but at the casino next door about a 10 minute walk.

Stayed with family of 4 for one night. Lots of parking when we went. Clean hotel and room. Staff was respectful. Would come and stay again in the future.

All Conversations and noise. The walk over to the casino was a little too much, if it could be connected somehow in the future that would be better. For that reason I didn’t stay too late in the casino.

No te dejan dormir tarde porque desde las 8 am llegan tocando horrible la puerta de tu cuarto para limpiarlo.. 3 veces en 1hr y media nos tocaron la puerta y sin nada de modales la camarera.. la verdad para descansar NO lo recomiendo!

Cool location at the horse racetrack/casino. Clean but the ac is loud, there were other creaking and heater type noises all night, water dripping from shower (also ppl having sex next to us and casino noises ofc but a given in places like this lol) it’s ok for a quick night stop.
