Great stay

Did not find any staff in the reception to check in and waited outside almost 1 hour to open the front door

The curtains are ripped and you can see it from outside the property. Very helpful staff and were able to move us rooms after we had issues.

From the staff to breakfast, everything was spot on. Breakfast had many many choices on different days as well. Indoor pool, gym, bar, laundry and so maybe restaurants and attractions nearby. Most of the restaurants and gas stations are walking distance which is a plus . Right next to the highway! The manager Chauncey (maybe misspelled my apologies) and staff were excellent and nice and caring. Taking a moment to get my security deposit back, would have been rated a 10 and also took our refrigerator a while to get cold. But everything else was great.

The hotel was clean, and that is it! The staff was aloof. The tub was dangerously slippery. I slipped but didn't fall. The next person shower took a hard fall. I called the front desk, and there was no concern for his well-being -- I was simply told there were no shower mats and that the fall would be reported to the manager. The next morning, I went to followup to make sure the issue would be addressed. The attendant called the manager, but they were too busy to come. I was told I would get a call. Nine hours later, I am still waiting for the call.

The bed was very comfortable and the front desk clerks were super friendly and helpful.

I have stayed in this hotel numerous of times for the month of June 2026, and this last stay was the worse due to the air conditioner would not get cold. The door to the bathroom was hard to close and nothing was done about it.

Staff was rude and swimming pool was dirty all the time. My kids hated staying there.

Had a hard time with wifi. Tried asking mulitple staff members but did not get right answer.

Everything else was perfect!

Family friendly hotel

Loved it! Great place, cool and helpful people around the clock, quiet atmosphere, convenient location, good breakfast, minimal in and out traffic, Stafford police patrolling at night, quiet lobby, clean everything, even loved the quiet rumble of the trains all day, much love!!

This is our stay in Sugar Land. The staff is always friendly and the hotel is clean. The refrigerator in the room worked perfectly. The location is convenient right off of the expressway.

Staff is aware that there are bed bugs and said they would send the Exterminator back to the room We stayed in.

The hotel was amazing! The staff was extremely friendly and someone even called to see how the room was up to our satisfaction. This hotel has been the best experience ever. Very clean and smells great! They had some pretty good breakfast as well. The swimming pool was really nice and clean, you could actually smell the chlorine. I'm definitely staying there again!

It was a bit pricey for me but I will save up to stay there next visit to MDA.

Best hotel ever! Stay here whenever we get a chance, staff is amazing,nice atmosphere, small bar to relax at and Ike was the best bartender!!!

Considering I’m a very clean person I felt like the room is old, and if you can’t see it they don’t clean it. However the bathroom has water stains and so you must wear water shoes or something. It wasn’t a bad stay but it definitely wasn’t clean enough for me to book again.

This was a great stay service was amazing after a long trip of 12 hrs check was amazing and easy staff was so nice the entire stay and check out was super easy as well we will be back, I recommend family friendly amd even for business trips. Thank you to the staff 🙏

Overall nice place our room had two missing lights that we were told just every room was different but two light stitch just didn’t do their jobs we needed new sheets and were supposed to be put on the housekeeping list because they didn’t have any left that night but no one did so I would go down there personally if you need anything breakfast was nice pool needed to be clean there was definitely sediment on the bottom but house keeping was very helpful and most of the staff as well

The mirror in the bathroom was broken, only one treadmill worked in the gym, the breakfast was mediocre compared to other SpringHill Suites. The property is horribly maintained. It just needs to be demolished and rebuilt. Caulking was splitting in the bathroom, no smart tv with Netflix and YouTube like other SpringHill suites. This hotel should be $50 a night vs almost $200. I couldn’t wait to check out.

I found a cockroach in the bathroom, they argued it was the climate and that are part of the environment in that zone, then they offer a “deep cleaning” of the room. Carpets are awfull too.

Staff was nice..breakfast was good and hot. Location was good near restaurants. Beds a little hard for my preference.

The mattress was terrible and the room stale and outdated. Warning bring a plug cause there's no usb port. Oh and complimentary breakfast was rude! The breakfast was bland and tasteless. The waffle station awful it needed an over haul the batter was sour, one bite and I threw it away. I ended up with a yogurt and not eating none of the food on my plate.

The room was great my only complaint is that the rooms are not cleaned daily. If I'm staying more than 1 day I like my room to be cleaned. Didn't like having to ask for clean towels and toilet paper

Purposely booked an accessible room for my mother-in-law who has mobility issues. The room description and pictures showed bar by toilet and walking shower with a bar. When they got there they were not given an accessible room and then had to change rooms. The new room had a toilet bar but a tub shower.

Clean, close to town, food was great, staff was very friendly. This hotel was a great value and was a great choice for me and my family. My toddler loved the food and the pool. There is an indoor playground within walking distance that the toddler loved.

Location worked for what we needed. Staff were welcoming and had great attitudes. Room was big and clean. Only bad thing was DirectTV didn't work during the storm.

I didn’t like that the phone in my room didn’t work and that’s that my hubby just had a procedure done told front desk but they didn’t offer to change our room even knowing that we were here for a dr appointment. Did not like the blankets that are being used for the sofa bed they feel ugly

The room was not cleaned on 2nd day and when requested to clean the front desk lady told me that they clean the rooms only once in 2 days , also the timing of break fast is very narrow , i would not recommend this property for stay with family.
