The guy at the front desk was very nice, the place was quiet and close in proximity to different things. Beds were comfy. The room was filthy and outdated. I booked a non smoking room but I guess there was none left? I don’t know we ended up in a smoking room, with a strong smell of baby powder scent to overpower any smoke smell. There were burn holes in the bedding. Rust all in the tub. What looked likee feces on the bathroom door and something else on the room door. Both doors were extremely gross and I thank everything that I carry Lysol with me to travel. The fridge had no racks in it. I was told the pool wasn’t open yet, then the day we were leaving we saw some kids in it.

HOTEL DEFINITELY NEEDS UPDATING - RUST IN THE TUB AND FIXTURES - DENTED, SCRATCHED FURNITURE AND BATHROON MIRROR, SMELLED OLD - "BREAKFAST" WAS 6 PACKAGES OF CINNAMON ROLLS, ROOM TEMPERATURE ORANGE AND APPLE JUICE AND MILK, CEREAL IN CONTAINERS THAT WERE IN THERE "AT LEAST" THE DAY BEFORE (I CHECKED IN THE NIGHT BEFORE AND SAW THEM) AND "COFFEE BAR" WAS SOMEBODY'S JAR OF INSTANT COFFEE AND HOT WATER - STAFF WAS PLEASANT ENOUGH THOUGH

The towels provided were like thin sandpaper, and we only had two towels provided. We had to ask for additional towels. The property management seemed to look and stare down everyone, for sure us. Very unnecessary stares as we are professionals and drive and expensive vehicle so we felt that unwarranted. Check in was a bit of a inconvenience having to take both of our ID's using my Expedia account. We were in the are for a fund raiser for children.

Really nice hotel for a Traveler. Very clean rooms, super quiet at night. Good water pressure. Plenty of hot water. Rooms have a small refrigerator, microwave, iron, ironing board, hair dryer. Great for quick business trip or visit. No frills, great price. Family owned. Nice

I stay here often. The folks who own it are considerate. The place is very clean. I appreciate the fridge/freezer that is a bit bigger than many hotels. I also appreciate the washer/dryer as I usually need to do laundry. It’s fairly quiet in this area.

It's not a fancy hotel, but it's very clean, and my homegirl and I felt safe and slept very peacefully. The staff was very nice.

The office staff was great Ms. Patel was awesome very friendly and made my check in very easy. My room was clean and plenty of room. Definitely enjoyed my stay cold ac and slept like a baby. Very quiet and property was very clean. Will recommend super 8 to stay.

Older Hotel with outside access but in good condition. There were a few people hanging out in the parking lot but not causing any trouble. Attendant at the desk for check in was friendly and knowledgeable.

Front desk guy was very nice & the housekeeper for my floor room 218 was very nice to talk with.

Obviously a past smoking room - stunk like smoke/urine. Filthy headboard with hair/dust, door lock broken, hole kicked in bathroom door, shower head barely functional. Walkways, staircase, parking lot stained and filthy. Vending machines out of order. Front desk man polite however we checked out two days early and they refused to refund our prepaid stay.

Tv didn’t work, I t took a day to fix. Toilet had no water in the tank, had to open A lid on the tank tune adjust the float stuck on the down position ask them to fix it and said they did and they never did it needs a new float stayed in this hotel for two days and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly property management didn’t know how to fix it didn’t care I was not impressed this was a handicap rail and you can expect a handicap person to take the lid off the toilet and adjust the float every time you want to flush the toilet

Thought of looking for the plastic spoon in the break room by myself but I was rudely interrupted by a staff member and told never to look for anything in the break room. Very unprofessional staff. Will never return to this location.

As always our room was clean and comfortable with everything in working condition. Things looked freshened up—perhaps fresh paint. The staff is courteous and friendly. I almost always stay here when in town, and it’s always a pleasant experience. It’s not the fanciest place, but it’s a great a budget place to stay. I’ve stayed in other please in the area, budget and more costly. You definitely get your money’s worth and more. Will stay here again next time.

It was a great stay. The room was very clean. No complaints at all.

When I arrived to check in, the lady in the lobby/reception area was on the phone. She never greated me and never got off the phone. She would motion at me when she needed something from me. She also wasn't very pleasant. Once I got to my room, the disappointment continued. The room was very, VERY old and run down looking. The towels had hair in them and the bathtub drain was slow. I hated it here and couldn't wait to leave.

The sheets had a huge stain all the way past the mattress cover. Someone had spilled a drink behind the bathroom door, even on the walls. My partner put his clothes behind the door and got in the shower. His shirt landed right in the puddle.

Needs updating. But was clean and comfortable.

This is an older hotel that has had some updates. My room was extremely clean, the bed and pillows were excellent, and the water hot enough. Front desk staff were kind and very welcoming. I also appreciated the microwave and fridge. But the hotel still has some rough edges -- eg., forget the coffee and pool. And all the concrete walkways and stairs would greatly benefit from a good power-washing. But the price was right and the location fit my needs.

Have stayed here several times before. It is always very clean. It’s older and could use some updating, but if you’re just looking for a quiet, clean place to stay that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg, this might be the place. Have stayed at several others in the area and none are this clean. Towels are soft and not ultra thin like many budget places.

I was really impressed with how clean this hotel was. i saw some of the review noting the older condition of the rooms and yes- that's true- BUT IT'S CLEAN, so I will stay here again next time I'm in Houston. Also, everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful.

Disappointing. No advertised breakfast. No mask on staff. TV remote was broken, changing volume sporadically. Roon was not served after 1st night. Room had faint smell even though non-smoking.

Breakfast is not being served due to Covid and it seem the pool was not being utilized either. Overall a good stay.

This is a great little budget hotel. The staff is courteous and friendly. While it was obviously older, the room was clean. The room is spacious with plenty of storage. There was a decent sized fridge with a little freezer, and although it was a little rusty on the outside it worked well. It also had a little microwave that wasn’t powerful but got the job done. I’ve stayed at some places that have towels as thin as paper, but not here. They were surprisingly fluffy. One thing to be aware of is that there are not USB plugs so you’ll need your cube to charge your device. There is a washer/dryer on the property for guests to use. They are old machines but worked well. There is also a pool, but due to an injury I was not able to use it. My only complaint would be that the TV cannot positioned differently to see from other parts of the room, and the room I was in the door guard was broken, although I never felt unsafe. The actual lock worked great. This is a good stay for the price. I will definitely stay here again.

It was clean and easy to find. I liked that the television and wifi worked well and the water pressure was very good. It was also quiet and I slept well. The lobby staff was very courteous and friendly as well.

Overall good stay. Room was cleaned everyday. Only issue was with the toilet stopped working the last night of my stay. Other than that would definitely recommend !

I had to call hotel I was scheduled for a Dr appt at 2:40pm and some unforseen event of a power outage due to substation issue..I was worried about arriving late for check in..I called hotel gentleman was super nice told me don't worry come anytime..I arrived at hotel 7pm the lady was super nice as well at check in..They accomadated me with bottom floor as per requested.Parking was easy no issues..Room was very clean..I had gotten a suite the king size bed was comfortable,room amenities were nice..Wasn't noisy around hotel,plenty of food places and shopping nearby..I checked out at 3am the gentleman was very nice even at an odd hour of departure.I had a 2hr road trip ahead of me..Dont know about breakfast due to early departing but I WILL BE BACK!!! THANK YOU esp after the day I had been thru

The room was good overall but the bathroom sink did not work. The management did not keep the noise level down. Other guest was being very loud with music and hollering.
