It's in a great location. The rooms need paint. The walls are extremely dirty. You can really see the dirt. I had roaches and wasn't even given 5 points for my trouble at 150.00 per night. The staff is professional but not very friendly.

-Pool ×××× I'm a night person I wish it was open longer -Daily breakfast (didn't partake but it wss great to know it was there. Evening munches (select days) tacos, fries -Rooms ×××× and upgrade on beds is needed -Parking ××××× free & plenty -Location ××××× shopping center directly across street near plenty of eateries SHOUT OUT TO THE MAIN CLERK didn't get her name but it seem like she was the only front desk clerk the whole week we stayed. Nice Lady

Staff are friendly enough. Breakfast included, and centers around eggs, sausage/bacon, hashbrowns, waffles etc. Kitchen was in our rooms, which I hadn't planned for ... could have saved on some takeout. Did not try amenities so can't comment. Install, good stay.

Had a fantastic stay close to everything that I needed was visiting family and it was a mile away from their house. Also, when we got tired of eating out, it was able to cook or make a little steak on her own and we also met great friendships with others that were staying in the hotel and had an awesome time not to mention the breakfast was great in the mornings. Of course the weather was hot as Texas, but the pool did help in the afternoon evening. We hung out by the pool got some sun met. Great people will be back.

good but for a Staybridge it was a little short or poor , but in general , good , location was good, privacy and the bedroom was good the carpet cleaning, every day smells like humidity , like dirt and dust, you need to use a vacuum cleaner every day

Room spotless as usual whenever I travel I always look for a Staybridge. Because I have come to know what to expect...The chain never lets me down. Breakfast hot and fresh with nice variety. The Stafford location was Exactly what I expected from a Staybridge Hotel. Thank you for making my experience one of complete satisfaction.

Staff was friendly upon check in, the setup for Thanksgiving holiday was so pretty, there was no smell of mildew like other hotels, our room was clean, and the breakfast was good!

We had a very comfortable stay. Good value for the price, convenient location, clean, attentive service, great breakfast. We appreciated use of the grill and having the kitchenette in our room.

This place is GREAT! These guys really know how to do hospitality- Monday to Wednesday is Social evening events from 5-30pm to 7:pm Free food free beer and fountain drinks and soft drinks each night is themed! oh and the cookies are to die for! Breakfast is incredible too they also rotate the options for food too! The rooms are excellent! stayed 3 days twice over a 10 day period! Nothing has come close to this hotel in all the years of travelling! 10/10 for ingenious way of making sure people stay at your hotel over the competition! They have got it spot on! Thank you

Everything was superb! The staff was extremely accommodating as I hurt my foot, they provided ne with assistance. Very satisfied customer!

Overall a good experience. Lorenzos TexMex at the end of the street was special. There is 1 coffee pad for brewing coffee...for a 12 cup coffee pot. To get the right mixture of water and coffee you have to brew the whole pot. Just myself staying in the room, not a whole football team.

It’s nice to have free parking and a decent breakfast. Overall, the room was very nice but the bathroom shower surround could use some attention.

Room and bathroom both very clean. Lots of AC and USB outlets. Room was spacious. Be aware the bathroom sink area is in the main room so the light shines onto the bed. Excellent breakfast choices including the makings for yogurt parfaits. One of the few places to conveniently pre-bag some items making it very easy to take to-go on early mornings.

This Staybridge hotel won me over and I would not hesitate to stay at another again!

It was very comfortable I absolutely loved the Two rooms suite it was a family of 7 this suite worked out great we were all comfortable and happy to our stay definitely loved the breakfast buffet it was awesome and the customer service I will definitely recommend to friends and family traveling to stay at the stay bridge in Houston thank you so much for the Great Hospitality we will definitely book again in the future.

This hotel is located near great restaurants. The location is safe and quiet, and the breakfast was great!

The stay was fantastic!

The room was in good shape with a kitchenette. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had nice options. Area seems safe though somewhat isolated but excellent value for the money. Only drawback was the loud AC fan, and the light cleaning made the room seem less clean (dirty facial tissue appeared out of nowhere, as did a small roach in the bath tub). But we will stay again if we make a future visit to the city.

This property was close to shopping and dining. Needs updating, need door on area outside of bathroom. Bathroom is small so you have to dry off outside of bathroom which has no door,

The staff was very friendly. The property was very clean. The breakfast had great variety and plentiful portions. The rooms were clean, a little dated, but clean with enough towels and sheets.

My stay was comfortable. The room wasn't cooling. I placed temperature on 68 and it registered at 75. There were stains on the couch in the living room.

The staff from front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, etc… was super from check in to check out, am to pm! We were there for 5 days and only had the best care from staff. We extended our stay an additional day and the staff helped us to find the lowest rate avail. The 2 bdrm suite was clean and spacious as well. The location was close to an outdoor shopping area with access to many nice restaurants and easy access to the freeway. Our family of 6 and pet would definitely choose this place again!

Very nice place very clean very well decorated. Young man at checkin was very nice polite and heipful. Rom.was not ready at 3 had to wait till almost 4. Young man at desk was apologized and inform us when it was ready. Had a great stay.

Excellent vakue for money. Nice clean room with full kitchen. Great sheets and pillows! Perhaps the BEST complimentary breakfast Ive ever experienced! Great little gym! Lovely overall and comfortably appointed with a very nice staff! Near loads of restaurants! Will stay again when in area!

For a budget option, this place was very well equipped. Good large suite, free laundry on site, better than normal breakfast, decent pool, good TV options with DirectTV. Very good value.

Hotel was very clean! Only thing about the room I didn’t like was the bathroom were outdated. Overall, hotel staff was amazing.

We stayed on the fourth floor and it smelled so badly of perfumed cleaners that it was surely at unhealthy levels. The fumes were so strong it gave me a headache. It made you think, WHAT are they covering up? Seriously. BAD.

The only issue I had was that it smelled like smelly feet in both the hallways and room. Not pleasant at all.

IHG properties always fall a little in the disappointing category. With just a little more effort and quality they could be top tier, but they never are.

Had a very pleasant experience. Rooms are very large and having the nook kitchen is a plus. Refrigerator door was not closing and did let the front desk know. Front desk attendants were helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was also really good (better than most).

I was kindly greeted upon arrival in a warmly decorated foyer and given my room assignment as well as the breakfast info. It was later in the evening, so it was pretty quiet. I was super surprised to smell the remnants of carpet powder and cleaning products. I do enjoy the smell of clean, and it was everywhere. My room was clean and comfortable, my stay was quiet. It was close to my destination and had plenty of entertainment and food options nearby. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to this side of Houston.

A little bit of a challenge- treadmill wasn't out of order, no ice machines on the floors (I think Texas is definitely hot and humid), no hot or cold water, pretty much medium (co-worker said he had no problem with getting cold or hot water). Room was nice and clean, good kitchen yet didn't use it.

An amazing stay. The staff were very accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. I’ll likely choose Staybridge in the future. Very impressed. Clean room.

My check-in experience was great until getting to my room. The room had a humid moisture odor and gnats flying around. After talking to the front desk rep, she was very apologetic and offered to switch my room in the morning do to no other suites being available at the time. Cant wait until recheck-in time.

The reason that I reserve this hotel, was because they offer transportation to places around ……but for some reason they didn’t. The 4 days of my stay, I hired the Uber service, something that was not contemplated for my pocket. Please check that the services offered by the operator are true ..... Very bad !!!!

Food and staff were great and friendly. The kitchen crew worked tirelessly to ensure hot food was available at all times. The infrastructure was more to be desired. The bed was very uncomfortable and was not the king size communicated. The A/C unit worked well but was so loud the volume needed to be increased 8-10 levels once it kicked on and would wake me out of my sleep at night. Now I'm more tired starting the day than ending it. The shower was great. It would have been helpful to have a longer shower curtain to keep the floor outside the shower from getting as wet. The staff was good but I would not stay here again. The goal as the end of the day is to get rest and that didn't happen.

The location is great for our needs. It is safe; close to restaurants & medical facilities and has ample free parking. The staff is friendly and helpful. The included food they offer is ok. The room is spacious but not always thoroughly cleaned. This time there were fruit loops on the floor. Last time there was a big spider web and spider in the tub. Easily fixed but not ideal. Regardless, this is where we prefer to stay. It cks all the necessary boxes!
