mold & rust on lamps, closet door & bathroom walls & tiles are nasty, not for anyone. Cracks & mold on wall and where toilet paper goes, just disgusting & bringing dirty towel to the front desk to get a clean one, gems all over. Poop smell in the room

The room was clean and breakfast was good/sufficient enough for i and my kids. The room was of good size. I loved the area which the hotel was located, it felt safe and was quiet. I will definitely stay again anytime I am in Houston. Thank you.

Nothing about this place I liked. Arriving there a guy was in front when we pulled up smoking weed. Apparently there is no smoking within the building in or outside. The people above us were so loud didn’t let us sleep pounding on the floor literally all night didn’t get any sleep for the day we had planned ended up coming home early because we were tired and didn’t get any rest. Then there was hair on the floor and a dead cockroach in the bathroom the safe they have in the room is so old and very exposed. Breakfast was horrible the eggs had so much water in them sausage needed to be cooked more. The tater tots they had were all smashed together. Cereal choice they had were raisin brand and captain crunch they could’ve at least put some Froot Loops or Frosted Flakes something kids eat. If it was cooked better different kind of cereals

The rooms were old but clean. The rooms were damp and that made the bedding damp, toilet paper damp, etc… when i asked to be moved to another room they got angry and disrespectfully started speaking angrily in their Indian dialect right in my face. They also pump air freshener through the ventilation and on my last day it went out. The smell was so bad I ran out of there.

It’s older but in good shape. It’s quiet after 9, but breakfast sucks. Hardly any options and they only make enough hot food for about 5 people.

Location Our room smelled horrible. They had a dehumidifier in the hallway so I am unsure if it flooded or if that’s normal for Houston, but when we walked into our room it smelled terrible. Had to blast the air to help mask it. At breakfast they were out of all hot items (eggs, sausage, tator tots). They filled the tator tots at one point when we were sitting there but not the others (this was at 8am). All out of syrup for the waffles and only one mini muffin left. I got this hotel for the free breakfast and the 8/10 rating and it didn’t deliver on either.

The air did not get has cool as I would have liked and because it was an older hotel, there was kind of a musky smell in the room. The smell was almost like a wet.Smell, but we didn't notice any mold or anything like that. The staff was amazing, very nice.They upgraded us to a suite. Because the room we had ordered was not available. I would definitely stay there again.The price was good.Nice clean room. Breakfast left something lacking.

Convenient location

Entrance vestibule smelled of pot. My room overlooked a small courtyard. On the first night was woke up by 7 -8 gunshots within 100 yards. They were off site, but the area is not as nice as it seems. 12am was woke again by people in the courtyard arguing loudly and strong pot smell entering room through the A/C. Second night , repeat the pot and loud talking except this time at 4am. Staff insisted that this happened off property. Total lie, it is the hotel's gated courtyard. Did not get a printed receipt. Staff said since you made the reservation through hotels.com, they have the receipt. NOT TRUE. I paid at the hotel. Always a faint or not so faint pot smell in elevator, rooms, hallways. THE BREAKFAST MENU WAS THE SAME EVERY DAY. THE PARKING WAS SAFE.I STAY 3 NIGHTS AND IN MY LAST NIGHT THE ROOM NEXT TO MINE THERE WAS A FEMALE FIGHTING WITH HER FAMILY AND THE POLICE CAME OUT TO THE PROPERTY.

The hotel offered breakfast but we didn't eat in. Parking was great and safe. The facility is clean and neat but dated and really needs to be updated including the bathrooms—no make-up or shaving mirrors. We really enjoyed the suite extras with the sink and fridge in the rooms. The staff was friendly and courteous but there is no protection from outsiders coming into the facility. There were times no one was at the front desk leaving it open for anyone to potentially walk in, roam the premises or cause harm. We wanted to swim but some nights we came back to the hotel too late in the evenings…the pool is located outside of the 2 story facility in a separate indoor area (back yard). It appeared to be okay but we didn’t use it. Also, there is a small work out room.

Theybhad watery eggs , soggy potatoes and watered sausage, they didnt even put new eggs.they had not fruit ,no cereal, it was the worst breakfast ive ever seen, they gave us a handicapped room ,so the shower was uncomfortable for me and kids.refrigerator was a kids refrigerator, do not stay here It was all a waste of my money.

The condition of the hotel is average as expected. However, the bathroom needs to be renovated badly. . It's so old and looks dirty because of the wear and tear even though it’s clean. Other than that, it’s as expected as 3 stars rating. With the condition like that, it should be slightly cheaper in cost. Thanks for your friendly service.

This place was not it!

The room was nice and tidy. The hotel seemed clean and neat and the staff was great. Parking for our motorcycles was convenient. Free breakfast was a plus as well!

Let me start off by saying the lady at the front desk was very nice, however, the hotel smelt of cigarette smoke and mildew. The walls were so paper thin you could hear people walking around all night. The “secure door” from the side outside coming in was supposed to need a key to enter, it did not. It was always unlocked to anyone who wanted to come in. And it charged me 3 times for the stay which almost over drafted my account, I noticed it after I checked out and called and they said once they checked me out it would credit back 2 of the 3. It did. However they should fix that. I won’t stay here again.

The strongest smell of some sort of air freshener was so bad it triggered my asthma and had my sinuses on fire. The room had no carpet and the floor was extremely slick. The bathtub didn’t appear to be very clean either. Another disappointed were the other guest who were smoking inside their rooms at a non smoking facility.

More alarmingly, there was a strong, unpleasant odor of urine lingering in the room. This is not only disgusting but also unacceptable for any guest, especially given the standards I expect from your establishment. The foul smell made it difficult to relax, let alone sleep or get any proper rest during my stay. I came to your hotel expecting a comfortable and restful environment, and instead, I was met with conditions that were completely disruptive and unsanitary. This situation has caused me significant distress and has seriously impacted my overall experience. I urge you to address this matter immediately by providing me with a different room that meets the expected standards of cleanliness and peace, or alternatively, to offer a suitable compensation for this unpleasant experience. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution that reflects your commitment to guest satisfaction.

I didnt eat the breakfast ao i cannot speak to that, however the staff was extremely nice and friendly. The location was nice for an aging property and renovations would be nice, but as a single woman traveling, I didnt like the area or the type of guests that this particular location generates. What I mean by that is theres a lot of what I think were truckers and I wasnt comfortable being alone there. I would only recommend that location to men or couples that wouldnt be easily scared. I would suggest this place for anyone that is looking to save money while traveling where you will get a good night's rest.

very nice room a block or so from the freeway, so it was quiet, yet easy access. Seemed to be a very safe area. Breakfast was juat to my liking - eggs, sausage and waffles. I think this will become our new stay of choice on our trips to Houston now.

The staff when I checked in was very nice, very welcoming. The room was clean and accommodating. The breakfast was adequate…not a lot to choose from. The only thing I didn’t like was being able to take my breakfast back to my room. Overall, I’ll give my stay 5 stars.

the room was nice and spacious , so was the bathroom. the hotel inside is nice, it’s not exquisite or expensive but it’s definitely better than staying at a motel 6… ( there’s literally a motel 6 right across the street )

Always a pleasant stay. The staff knows me and always make sure I am taken care of as I stay there every week for work.

Checked in and was told the price was different and that I had to pay more. Staff said they told expedia their prices changed but that expedia was at fault and wasn’t changing their pricing. A/C wasn’t working, there was a portable A/C unit which we had to fix. It was really annoying to get there and be told we had to pay more, they had the option to not accept bookings through expedia until their prices where reflected accurately, but instead they chose to keep accepting bookings and charge more once you’re there.

Staff was fairly nice. Wasn’t told about a deposit until I got to the facility. So they charged it on top of the price to pay online. Then the next morning saw they tried to double charge. Breakfast was okay. They didn’t leave much toilet paper in the hotel room. We ran out the first night . Overall stay would be rated a 7/10.

Definitely didn’t state once you pay on here you have to pay a $50 deposit fee and has a bad smell wouldn’t stay at this location again but I like the franchise itself .

Everything was pretty great, our bathroom was not so clean, but I didn't want to seem ungrateful as we had been given a first floor room last minute.

I stay every week and the staff is always so kind. I travel solo so I feel very safe at this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay everything was super quick and easy. I’ve been driving for hours and just wanted somewhere to get a good hot shower and some rest. Enjoyed everything. Thank you.
