The sink and toilet bowl are dirty. The smoke alarm keeps chirping. Cleaning service to fix your bed and replacing towels is not done daily only when you make a request.

Walking ìn the place, it smelled as if it had flooded and had mold or mildew in it. The Ice machine was out of order, the laundry room was out of order. The sheets looked as is someone slept in the bed and it was just made up with long black hairs on the sheets. When I asked for clean sheets, they still looked un washed, but since I paid online with No Refund and it was a late check in so I stayed.

The receptionist assigned me a room that was dirty, so I returned to her and informed her. She promptly gave me another room, but it was infested with roaches. Undeterred, I went back to her, and she offered me another room in a different floor. However, the bathroom door was falling apart. Frustrated, I sought help from the receptionist again. She informed me that to receive a refund from Hotels.com, I had to contact Hotels.com directly. They informed me that the hotel refused to issue a refund.

Orginal room ac did not work, bad smell in rooms and entire building, everytime I looked up there were roaches crawling around, hair all on towels, no trash can in room, moldy microwave, there was also a group of young males just hanging out on the side of the building and roaming around, lastly they had about 5-10 trash cans in the lobby catching the water from the ceiling because of the rain

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was filthy. There were roaches crawling on the walls and floors. In both rooms. I had to ask to be moved from the first room because the sheets had blood on them and the sheets were wet. As in, they took it out of the dryer too soon and put them on the bed wet. No way we were sleeping on that. The second room had dry sheets but also had roaches crawling on the walls and there was blood on the lid of the toilet!! Seems like someone from housekeeping must have had a cut on their finger or something and left blood stains in the rooms. I have no other explanation. The lobby smells like sewage. There was a pile of garbage that included food left in the hallway. We have stayed at Motel 6's a number of times because we travel with pets, they don't charge pet fees and I like that they don't have carpeting. Never had a problem with any of them except for this one. If we hadn't arrived so late in the night, we would have left to find a different hotel. I should have taken photos. Stay away from this place.

The floor had gum stuck on it. House keeping tried to hide it with the kitchen table. The first room I was given the bed hadn't been made from the last guest. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned in the room I got. Walking in the front door and all the way through the hall into my room smells like burnt cabbage. Overall the place was filthy. Motel 6 should send a representative unknown to the hotel owner to check it out.

I did not stay at the Motel 6 in Stafford. The room I was assigned had a bag of trash sitting on the bathroom floor. Then on the floor next to the bed was a used condom. I went downstairs and told the attendant to cancel my reservation. I ended up booking a room at a Courtyard for the night. A very horrible experience.

I had a reservation for July 11-14, 2024. Due to Hurricane Beryl, I checked on the status of the motel prior to my check in date to make sure they had power, which they did. I was told by the manager the hotel was full, he could not make people leave, and therefore could not honor my reservation. On the 11th, I was told he had a room for me. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Upon inspection, the room reeked of cigarette smoke so badly I could not stand to be in it. Since there were no other rooms available, I declined the stay. It was my suspicion that my reservation for $54 per night did not compare to the $140 a night he charged for hurricane victims. I will not stay there nor recommend that location in the future.

There was trash in the hallway in a section by the stair case that was not comfortable to look at. The housekeeping need some improvements, and they don't reimburse for a power outage during the storm, although I feel that I should've received a free night (the storm wasn't their fault, but it was a great inconvenience while lodging with them). Overall, it was fairly quiet and I got a decent night's rest. The area over the motel is a little noisy due to construction and a lot of traffic. Wasn't a lot of vacant places to stay in the area due to the storm coming so I stayed there with my family a few days before the storm and a little after the storm.

There is no coffee or breakfast, no elevator and maid service doesn't come to you.. you have to come to them and ask for what you need which oftentimes, It was better to go to the front desk than the housekeeper. Ice machine didn't work. Decent stay for the price, but if you can afford an additional ten dollars, it would be best to try to find somewhere with a little more detailed cleaning.

The room was dirty and it smelled like a musty smell, the bed sheets looked stained and the bed was lop sided, I really thought I got bed bugs from the bed. The furniture was old, the toilet seat kept coming off, the bathtub looked dirty too and the shower curtin was super wrinkly looked like they had it store in a shopping bag and put it up at the last minute cause they had nothing else. We had to go ask for a remote control for the television. The staff is unprofessional. The waffles and coffee were not even good. There were stains in the carpet. The first day we were there the key card reader did not work so every time we left the room and came back we had to ask the staff to let us in which there was only 1 staff member and if she was not there we had to wait around for her to come back to let us in. No I would not stay at this hotel again. What I really wanted to do is go across the street and stay somewhere else. I was glad we only stayed there for two nights.

After they finally acknowledged me, she checked me in and I was able to go to my room. The hotel was drenched in a smoke smell, but thankfully the room was a little better. The bed was firm as expected, but overall I have no complaints about the room itself. Just avoid this hotel if you are sensitive to smoke.

I enjoyed the location, as it was close to the place that my husband and I traveled for. Since it was just used as a place to sleep for the night, I cannot comment too much on the service. If you are just needing a room to sleep in for the night, this will due.

This particular Day's Inn is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The horrible experience started with a very uncaring counter person who placed me in a room that was horribly outdated. I am requesting a refund. This was a rip off. I have learned my lesson to check ratings and reviews from now on. It would have been worth spending a little bit more to feel safe and clean. This facility should be torn down and rebuilt. This is a version of what Motel 6 used to be. There are no current up grades (big back tv with fuzzy picture), cold water and clogged drains with hair. There are a lot of transient people living here. The entire hotel reeks of smoke, even the non-smoking areas. They have not made any changes over the years to stay competitive. Great location and neighborhood but greater disappointment.
