There where cockroaches al over the hotel, te tub was clogged I asked them to fix it they never did, I asked to clean the room they said only on Wednesdays, I’ll never stay there

It was a good experience. Staff was great went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel wasn’t clean. Had to switch rooms. Toilet lifted. Restroom door wouldn’t close fully.

The stores and restaurants close to a lot Breakfast was disgusting, the staff was very rude especially if you were not there kind of race, the out door pool was open to the guest and was very green full of bacteria and they would not do anything about it. There were cockroaches galore I recommend so not eat the food or get in the pool it was full of bacteria and will make u sick

N/A This hotel gave a key to someone I’m in a divorce proceeding with. Furthermore this person name wasn’t on the booking nor was I made aware that he was being given entry. On rop of this horrific incident no one from the hotel staff will contact me. I will never give La Quinta my business or refer them to anyone else again. This was the worst hotel stay I ever had with them.

The fact that it was easy to cancel my reservation due to inconveniences at the hotel. Elevator was not working and they did not have rooms available in first or second floor, they offered cancelation of my reservation and i chose to agree with that.

It was very dirty, cracks in the wall, mold on the ceiling somehow, holes in the wall, the "clean" towels had hair or pubes so they were not that clean. Luckily I brought my own. When I tuned on the water it came out orange for 1 sec before the clean water came out. There were brown stains on the floor, I really hope that wasn't throw up or poop either way it was not cleaned up before our visit. And there was powder all along the walls so I guess they have a big/roach problem. I saw dead flies and gnats in the room

Stafford was super nice & helpful. Lots of people working, cleaning. Doing laundry, etc...breakfast in the morning. Convenient location. It's kinda in the ghetto and has a couple of dilapidated properties around it...oh, and its clearly a hooked hotel w/some unseemly characters hanging around, but, it IS SW Houston :/ dont bother them, they won't bother you (I hope:), but I had two dogs with me and minded my own beeswax.

This was Checking out, the staffs were having their breakfast, they didn't even bother asking if i need anything while carrying my infant at the front desk. So i needed to approach them and ask if i needed to just drop off the key before i leave, and the old lady (heavy built) said someone's there but clearly NO one was seating at the front desk. Then finally the other old lady came and said i can just drop off the key where in fact those other staffs chit chatting and having their breakfast, could have told me that in the first place. We used their dryer for 10 cents and our clothes still came out damp. They need to do better with their cleanliness and do more maintenance on their rooms.

The breakfast was basic continental breakfast. The queen sized beds were too small.Fridge was dirty upon arrival.One of the elevators not working.

As soon as I walked in I felt a breeze that I have never smelt before . Blasted with an unusual muddy smell. My blanket was so dirty. The floor was wet because of the condensation in the room. Also my bathroom door was not closing and it would not lock. Definitely won't be coming back here.

The double room with the queen size beds aren’t queen size, they were full size. It was false advertising. I will not be suggesting them to other people for that exact reason

The stay was okay, but there’s room for improvement. The beds were not comfortable and made a lot of noise. There was also quite a bit of disturbance in the rooms, which affected our overall experience.

Room was reeking off weed all over. Restroom was awful, I had to book another property, couldn't stay any more.

The hotel is full dog and the hallway have a very bad odor of smoke the room were not well moo and clean there was other people hair in my room I almost got bite for a dog in the elevator own was very a prolific that crazy the was in first flowed

Pros- Extremely helpful staff and they always willing to assist if you ask them anything especially the receptionist names Seven from Portugal. Easy access to the highway and lots of parking near the entrances to the hotel. Theres a good amount of spots nearby like Target, Ihop, Canes, Main Event etc Cons- One of the 2 elevators was broken and the other one took a while to come each time. They have the same items for breakfast each day and it a lobby style set up. Food rating 8/10 not a huge variety. The pool was very dirty and not the best.

Hotel is nice but the only if you don’t have very cold it gets very humid and wet . Wet like on the floor and ceiling . But they have good breakfast very friendly staff and good area of Houston.

A wonderful 5-star experience! I booked online, and as soon as I arrived at the hotel, they handed me my keys quickly. The friendliness of the staff was excellent, and the prices are very affordable. Highly recommended!

The sheets on our bed had a yellow stain. There was no room service done and with no phone line to front desk we had to go down to ask for extra pillows and towels. Having only one elevator working made that more of a burden. They had someone sleeping in the dining room since Friday night until Sunday morning.

The staff were very helpful, but some of the amenities wasn't working. I tried to plug a computer charger and found out that it wasn't working. The breakfast was okay not so good. I requested liquid soap for bathing, they said they don't have it, but provided the bar soap. In all, the staff were very respectful and receptive.

The hotel needs to be a little cleaner the humidity in the room was not good and there were a lot of roaches all over the room.

Out of the four days of my stay there, my room was only clean twice. I had to go get my own towels, coffee, cups, and trash bags. I had to remove the trash and dirty linens and set everything outside my room. It’s stormed Saturday, they have dish TV so I was without TV for 24 hours. I asked them if they was gonna compensate me. I’ve never heard back from them. There were adults on my floor that was running up and down the halls Hooten and hollering until 12:30 in the morning. I was very dissatisfied. I will never stay at this hotel again.

For à la La Quinta it wasn’t that hot. Guess quality in the hotel is going down. Phones didn’t work holes in wall

Appearance pulling in was great, and walking into the hotel gave the impression that it had been newly renovated. The associate who checked us in was friendly and helpful. The downside to our stay was that the restroom door in our room would not stay closed, linens were limited, and the pillows were poor quality — very flat with little to no support.

The pictures of this property are deceiving. The room had roaches, it’s ghetto and caters to drug heads and anything illegal. DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY TYPE OF CLASS! Seven was helpful at the front desk when I cancelled. That was the only thing that was good out of that location.

horrible breakfast menu. The room was super dirty. Sheets were stained. Ac was rusty and dusty. The tub was chipping and peeling—we found a roach in the bathroom. Only one elevator was working. There was dirty water when we first turned on the tub. A dirty bath mat was in the tub. The tv barely worked. The room floor and creaks were dirty. The walls were chipped. Just dont sty here. Its overpriced for its quality.

The hotel price was very good. I paid $212 for two nights. The room was averaged needs dusting and mopped better but overall decent for price. Good location for price. Literally walking distance from pappadeaux and IHOP. Shopping center right across the freeway.

There were also several people sleeping or staying overnight in the lobby area, which made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable and unsafe. In addition, the elevator was not working, and our room was located on the fourth floor. We had to climb multiple flights of stairs to reach our room, which was very inconvenient. Unfortunately, the elevator was still not functioning the following morning when we checked out. The breakfast was also very disappointing. The food was cold, and the coffee was cold as well. The only positive thing I can say is that the room itself was clean. However, the carpet had a strong mildew smell. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have had, and I would not recommend this property

The facility was nice from the outside. I got the key and it didn't work. Back down to the desk, get another key. It worked, but TV did not. Back down to the desk. Get another key to a different room. Didn't work. Went back to desk. The manager went with me to the room. His master key wouldn't even work. Finally get into a room. It looked like some remodeling was being done. Rough plaster work in the bathroom. Windows to the outside were glazed over so you couldn't even see out of them. Bed was ok and sheets seemed clean. One redeeming value was that we could access our Netflix account. We weren't stuck watching regular tv.

The entire hotel wreaked of marijuana. The staff was either rude or made us feel extremely uncomfortable. My room was very outdated, unclean, and the doors barely closed. There was a huge gap between the door and the doorframe that left me uneasy. I barricaded the door to make it through the first night, but didn’t feel safe there the second. We left before the reservation ended. It wasn’t worth the risk. We left the hotel for a brief period in the morning, and when we returned it was clear someone had been in the room, but not housekeeping, as the beds were unmade and the towels/trash not changed. I would never return to this hotel!

The hotel was very old and seemed to be in the midst of refurbishment. A lot of the fixtures showed pretty significant signs of wear. Only 1 of the 2 elevators were working. The whole floor we stayed on and the room itself smelled pretty strongly of marijuana upon arrival- even though the whole place is no-smoking and they claim to fine you if you smoke. We weren’t there much so we dealt with odor in the hall. The room odor dissipated. The room was pretty clean and the free breakfast was what you’d expect. Overall the least nice La Quinta I have ever stayed at - aesthetic wise. The 2 front desk clerks we were in contact with were very nice. Probably will look elsewhere in our next dance comp in Stafford.

The room is affordable, but you get what you pay for. The comforter was dirty, there were Mexican coins along the floor edges, and the top lock door stopper was broken. The actually got jammed by the lock. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and the location was great for our driving to and from the wedding/reception venues we went to in Sugarland.

When I walked into the room the bed had pillows propped up with bedding ruffled as if the help took a tv break from cleaning.

I give this hotel 2 stars because it did provide a roof over my children’s head for a night. But I will Absolutely not ever stay in this hotel again. Fourth floor smelled like someone smoking cigarettes all night, condition of the room looked like it was falling apart, trim molding missing, cracks in the wall walls, beds felt stiff and light, cheap made and on a metal frame. found multiple hairs on the towels in the bathroom and the shower that were supposed to be clean. The window AC unit looked like it was built in the 1980’s Literally no joke. For this to be a hotel I’m sure I would’ve gotten a better quality experience in a motel . Side door was broken, anyone can access, busted windows on the other door across the hall. I truly feel that I was ripped off! Please, take my advice if you see this review, find another hotel by all means! Absolute s%^* hole.
