SureStay Hotel by Best Western Spring North Houston

Check in/out was seamless. All staff were extremely warm and welcoming. The room and bathroom were cleaned perfectly. Some updates to the bathroom are needed but overall, I didn’t have any issues. Great location. Near a lot of restaurants that are pretty much walking distance. Easy access to the freeway. I would definitely stay again.

The location was great. We did not have any hot water for both nights we stayed there even though we let them know early the morning after the first night. We booked and paid for a room with a kitchenette but they put us in one without and didn’t let us know. I am pretty sure they would have just taken our money had we not said anything. When I called the front desk as soon as we got to the room, the lady said there was nothing she could do because there were no rooms with kitchenettes available and we would have to go in the morning to talk to the manager, which was very inconvenient because we had plans early that day. DO NOT GIVE A RESERVED ROOM AWAY JUST BECAUSE THE PERSON WAS ALREADY STAYING THERE!

Location The caving floor on the side of the bed felt very unsafe. I went to sit in the desk chair and rolled halfway across the room due to how uneven the floor was. I called the front desk to ask for another room and he told me that they were fully booked. I watched more patrons come and check in behind me and they were accommodated

Had a non smoking room and person nex door was smoking and was coming thru the ac also had a leak from the ceiling the last night . I would suggest to put people who smoking in a smoking room even if they smoke put side

Stayed here when my A/C went out at home last night. The floors and the sheets were dirty. When I pulled back the covers on the bed, there was a dark strand of hair under the sheet. The sheets and pillowcases were stained with makeup and who knows what else. I just felt like I couldn’t touch any surfaces. It looked like the door had been kicked in at one point because the screws on the base of the door chain were so loose they were almost falling out and part of the door frame was missing underneath. I didn’t feel secure or comfortable at any point in the night, but I made the mistake of not doing my research before staying here. I feel like staying here was a risk to my safety and health.

I rent to the room for 2 days and for 2 days. I told management that I needed a television. Because the television in my room did not work on the second day.He attempted to try to get the tv to work.But he never came back to actually finish the job.So therefore I went without a tv.The entire time I was there,

Room was clean, air conditioner worked great. Not too happy that guests were up past midnight in this area making noise. Pool was clean.

Great location! Less than 10 mins away from EVERYTHING in the Woodlands area. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Especially with our late check out!

Card would work had to get a new one every time I left and came back then I was in the bathroom and the fan vent was above the toilet and I heard water from up stairs then it all came out leaking on me from the vent will never book express again

It’s a little sketch. Toilet did not flush. Definitely an old building that has been remodeled several times. Highway noise from i45 is loud.

The rooms are clean, the furniture is very outdated. I did stay in two separate rooms during my stay here. The first one has better furniture, the water did not get hot. There were two roaches in the room. The second one, you could tell that the cabinets were damaged. The floor was slanted and uneven, which caused the furniture to lean as well. The water temperature and pressure were way better in the second room which is not in the main building. Is did not see any insects in the second room. The pool did not look very clean. It was nice to have breakfast as an option and to have the option of a pool.

The pool was OK but multiple issues which were fixed but not in a timely manner. Water went yellow for about 7 hours and the water would get hot and cold. Would not stay there again. stains on bedding one room. The AC didn’t work move to a different room and then the fridge didn’t work and then the toilet got clogged.

The room was clean and good sized. The bed and pillows were comfy. There were in-room fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, and iron. The breakfast was good - nice hot choices.

It is a cheap place to stay and that is truly what you get.

Everything was amazing

The room was okay - small but clean bed and hot shower. Overall cleanliness would be improved by a good deep clean. Dorm-size fridge worked well. Did not use tiny microwave or coffee maker. The hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise as it included sausage and eggs. I would stay again as this time was - a one night place to sleep before medical treatment early next morning - but I'll bring my own pillows as the four on the bed were flatter than the breakfast waffles. Maybe bring earplugs too as the highway noise was loud.

Well got there to check in and front desk tells me they have no kitchenette or wheelchair shower. Both was on my reservations on my phone through hotels.com. The desk man says he will get in touch with manager and work out a discount on room. Well today we check out and no discount. I would like them to reimburse me at least 20 dollars per night for 4 nights we stayed. Other than that we had a good time and the people was nice too. I would stay again if I was in the woodlands. It felt like home away from home. But no kitchenette or roll in shower!

Place looked ok- It was a less than average. The room was clean, but the AC unit was loud and noisy. The breakfast was lacking- tiny biscuits and gravy and no Juice. What is going on with these hotels? If you don't want to include a continental breakfast, just remove it from the amenities you offer. I unfortunately booked with two different hotels in the area and both no juice available. maybe this is a thing. I would not return to this hotel if I was returning to the area.

A bit out of the way, but for the price, it was an otherwise comfortable stay. Pros: microwave and fridge. Cons: light shining under the blinds and staff ignoring Do Not Disturb door sign.

The shower water alternated from cold and hot water ever minute. The place didn't have table in the room. I called to inquire about the amenities needed and I was told l will get a call right back, no call. Not staying there in the future

No hot water for showers for 2 days of my stay, and if I was lucky got a luke warm shower at best. The A/C unit was very noisey. No dresser for clothing. Floors were dirty. Lighting was dim. Toilet seat was broken on arrival.

Enjoyed my stay.

The room was “clean” from a woman’s perspective, ugh… but for a man, it was perfectly fine. Women tend to be more picky. I am guilty of that. It was not nasty. We stayed there( myself and my 15 yr old son) for 1 night. He had a 7on7 football tournament so this didn’t break the bank. The room smelled like cigarettes, and it was noisy outside over night. Would I stay again? Only in that exact situation. The room was $83 so … No real complaints

I thought I checked for a kitchenette but I guess I didn't because when I got to my room I just had a microwave. It was ok but I would pick something else next time.

The staff was very welcoming. Check-in was quick. The room is clean and the bed is nice and soft. I like the microwave and the large refrigerator.

The property was not how I expected. My king room was not available at check in so I had to get a queen on the 3rd floor which was very inconvenient since I had several big bags only good thing was late check out.

I come here often i like it but this time we had loud pol next to use with music on..but when night came it settled down love the pool and hot tub

I booked the room at last minute. There was 30min. from the time of booking until I checked in. The hotel lobby was dirty and had a bad odor. When I went to the room, it was dirty and the ac was not working. The front desk person came by and checked the room. He said the AC would work in 10 min. I told him I was worried about the area and if they had security. He said no, and to park my car by the front office, which meant I would have to walk around to the back side of the hotel to access my room. I did not feel safe. They would not refund my payment and I went to another hotel.

I didn’t feel safe . there bed had bedbugs people outside my and door wasn’t great it loses and out the office someone stuff was outside tv and clothes in a bag I only stayed one night they still kept my money for the room he printed out the paper I just noticed it say I checked out on the June 2 no it was the June 1 Saturday they lied to to keep my money .

Hotel was simple and clean. The beds were a little to firm for my liking but super clean and smelled nice..when it was time to shower did not have cold water, only hot and that’s a first for me to experience. Usually it’s the hot that doesn’t work. The pool and hot tub was clean and refreshing. I would definitely stay again.
