The staff was very friendly and helpful. The washer and dryers available for guests need some updating. The pool was closed for maintenance which upset my kids they were looking forward to swimming. The AC took a while to cool the room but it was fine. The breakfast was very simple which they had a few more options available. Overall we really enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff being welcoming and friendly from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out.

Nice location. It was clean. Could not use cash at sundry shop. The apple juice at breakfast was just water.

The staff were AMAZINGG!!! but the hotel was not so good honestly! When I first walked in there must of been a leak in the ceiling so the rug was wet and sappy! When I went to my room it smelt mildew, so then I i was moved to a different room! I still smelt it a lil bit it was bearable! Then the pool was down my whole stay (week)! The phone didn’t work, remote had tape on the back! And it just wasn’t the best stay! But staff were really nice!

Location Our room was located on the first floor at the end of hallway near exit door, which was quite noisy at night with the door shutting loudly due to people entering and exiting after hours.

The pool didn’t work the staff was nonchalant. The lady that Sunday morning was the nicest but she wasn’t nice that Saturday evening if it’s the same lady . I’m not sure. But I’m not going back . The cover had a stain . & was sheets not really a duvet.

The room that We were was ok, except for the dressers opened drawers after you close them. Think is a structural problem with the property… Smelly corridors and some rooms, mix of cigarette odor and dirty carpets Breakfast was ok but every day the same… Building need a complete overhaul!!!!

First off the site says swimming pool available the swimming pool was not available due to maintenance. There was no seating on the outside for me and my family. The staff was horrible. The whole hotel smelled awful at breakfast. The milk was spoiled.

The staff was amazing. The breakfast was tasty. But I was not told that the pool was shut down u til after I checked in. That was disappointing and I was not going to go somewhere else after I had already paid.

Breakfast was from 7-10 so Saturday morning breakfast was ok & Sunday by 8 they were completely out of waffle mix & when asked lady didn’t understand she couldn’t speak English so she shrugs her shoulders. Instead of the lady getting someone else she just walked off & started talking to the other lady that was in the room that was close by. They just a chit chatting instead of cleaning up the dining area they had stuff all on the floor and counters. The sitting area to eat was horrible tables were sticky, food all on the floor, just a complete mess.Trash cans were overflowing with trash

My room water temperature was terrible. I stayed for two days; didn’t matter what time of day I showered or used the bathroom sink. Having to take cold showers is unacceptable. Then while ironing the iron stopped working. I called down to the front desk; staff replaced iron Then I was told that the original iron didn’t belong to the hotel. Laquinta is known for waffles during breakfast; they were out on my last day, no yogurt, cranberry juice and oranges. My advice to any future guest would be check your water temperature as soon as you check in your room.

Took forever to check in w were waiting in lobby for 2 hours , did not get a room key till next day so hotel staff had to let us in room every time we left the room ( uncomfortable) the breakfast was horrible , the pool was closed even tho I called ahead of time to ask if it was open , they gave us a room that was still under construction , our shower was missing the tub ! Literally no tub ! Just concrete I almost slipped luckily I grabbed rail ! Never again staying here ! Do not recommend

It was a pretty good stay for the price. The staff was friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. However, the room and the floor we stayed on had a bad smell. I thought it smelled like mildew, while my mom, who came with me, said it smelled like dirty mop water. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The most frustrating check-in I have ever encountered. Upon check in, the clerk said my card was declined and tried it not once, not twice, but 3 times. Then, I tried another card. He tried it twice. It too was declined. Walking away from the desk back to my car, I called the first card company. They did not show the transaction at all. I kept the customer service representative on speaker, as I went back to the desk, and told him the transaction was not appearing on their end. The desk clerk looks at his screen and says, “Oh, I didn’t enter the amount.” Takes my card, swipes. It goes through, and said “enjoy your stay”. It felt a little like, “oh well”. He embarrassed me by saying , 5 times, your card is declined and NEVER apologized. The room was suggested by a wedding party. At least, two of the rooms of our friends, had NOT been cleaned. The pool was chained shut by order of the HEALTH DEPARTMENT. The halls wreaked of marajuania. When calling cooperate, we’re told La Quinta is run by the owner not the corporation.

Great customer service but the air conditioned in cool. The room felt humid. The bed was not comfortable. Pills were flat. They need to replace pillows for sure.The ice machines didn’t work but one on the third floor pool was closed. Parking lot lighting was not good no security. The snack bar did not have many selections so it was a little inconvenient for us. breakfast needs improvement within an hour. Everything would run out and the lady in charge said that that was it for the day. so would I recommend this place to friends and family members maybe not. It was my first time staying there and was not very impressed.

The room was not clean. There was leftover food from the previous visitor in the microwave. Chewed up gum thrown under the sink my the blow dryer. Refrigerator not working.

The staff was lovely! The building and lobby were nicely kept. The room may have seen better days. There was a large red stain in the corner of the room, fraying carpet at the edge of the entry and carpeted portion of the room, a decent sized clump of hair stuck to bottom of the curtains, and no back on the remote. We only stayed 1 night, but if our trip had been any longer we may have asked to change rooms.

I was taken aback when I received a text asking what time we’d be departing. It made me feel rushed. I don’t think that’s good practice.

The bed was comfortable. I requested a shower chair before ck in. None furnished. They did give me a room with a fold down chair but it was broken. Also, no luggage carts at hotel. ( they were stolen & never replaced). Room had musty smell to it. Ice macine on 1st floor not working but Kia ( desk attendant) did furnish ice for me.ck in & ck out was quick & efficient.

The mattress was solid, the new room that was given to us had the grout breaking from the tile and the grout dust was all over the floor.

Stayed at La Quinta in and had a great experience. The hotel looked very new, everything was clean, and the rooms were comfortable. The staff was friendly and the overall stay was very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

Poor amenities. Market shop was bare. Room keys stopped working day 2. Loud in hallways. Breakfast was mediocre at best. They kicked us out of breakfast 10 minutes before it closed. Ran out of most items so it didn’t really matter.

The area around the front desk was neat and clean. The first room we were given smelled strongly of human urine so we were given a fourth floor room that smelled like someone vaped in the room, the bathroom floor had dirt and yellow grout. The overall condition of the bathroom grout indicated the floor hadn't been cleaned thoroughly in a while. We had to run the hot water continously for about thirty minutes before the water got warm and about forty minutes before the water was hot. We stayed at this location before and the room was much cleaner and the hot water worked fine. We will not be going back to this location.

Computers were down clerk couldn't check me in even though i showed him my expedia confirmation. He had a very bad attitude. I expect a full refund if my card was charged.

I got there and they told me that my TV “may be a little messed up”. It didn’t work. I went down to see about another room and they were all booked. What annoys me is that no one called to tell me my room had no tv until I drove 3 hours on a holiday weekend. Then they offered me a different room the following day and it smelled like marijuana. They then changed my room again and it was good. Not a fan. Not sure I’ll go back.

First room could not stay in due to the smell. Received another room which was nice love the walk in shower. Would like for the shower to have a lower shower head or better yet a hand held shower. Being 5 feet it gets my hair wet. The only other problem was the room above us was making noise until 3 am. Staff was wonderful.

Also, the bed was uncomfortable. I have allergies, and I had some allergic reactions during my stay, possibly because of the bedding or pillows. The pillows were too high and not comfortable at all. Overall, I think the hotel needs to improve both cleanliness and the quality of its amenities.
