First time in Houston and the facilities were great. We arrived early from a flight from Honolulu and the staff was so helpful and allowed us to check in early with no penalties. The room was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. Staff was helpful. The valets were super friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

I liked how clean the room was, the pool, the restaurant/bar, the quiet atmosphere. The pool was really nice but it was a bit small.

A fantastic place! We booked it last minute because of a change in travel plans, and it was extremely restful and very nice overall.

Clean, nice staff The TV didn’t work.. I couldn’t login to Netflix because there was a system error, also the blinds didn’t work all the way down. Room 4002.

Clean room, clean hotel and well located. Walking distance to Starbucks, chipotle and other local restaurants.

The staff were nice and helpful. The housekeepers always checked on us to see if we needed anything. There was usually trash in the elevators and on the floors in the hallways. It could have been a lot cleaner. The workout facility was excellent. There were problems hooking up your own firestick device on the television. Needs to be a better way to help with that. Overall, nice stay and beautiful places to sit outside the hotel next to water.

Arrived and toilet was running amke a loud noise. Went downstairs and let the front desk know and asked the send someone. Nobody ever came and listen to a loud toilet running all night.

The best we’ve stayed at in this area so far. The rooms were nice. The staff was very accommodating. The gym was the best I’ve ever seen. We’ll be staying here in the future

It’s modern, always clean, comfortable rooms with fridge and friendly staff. Has its own really good restaurant but walking distance to a few others. Good location for a north Houston/The Woodlands visit as it’s close to everything but feels isolated.

Price was very reasonable, especially for a weekend! The staff were smiling, cheerful and helpful. Did not use the pool, but it looked inviting. Food at the restaurant was very good, however the temperature in there was freezing. Loved our view of the lake, especially the "Arcs" in the ponds! Overall, we had an enjoyable stay, and felt that our anniversary getaway was well worth it, and a good value!

Great hotel in an awesome location. The team at the front desk was polite, fast, and helpful. My room was super clean, modern, and really comfortable. I loved being right in the Cityplace area—it's super convenient and a really nice neighborhood. Highly recommend if you need a solid place to stay in Houston.

It’s not the worst but for the money, I expected not to see these things. These seem like simple fixes that no one paid attention to. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the hotel itself is beautiful. Would stay again. Just maybe not worth it for the Executive Suite splurge.

Honestly I was beat up after the flights being canceled etc. and all of them, by being kind, made the day bearable . Thank you . I also joined the Marriott club I think thanks to Gary and Kendall .

The housekeeper stood outside our room loudly talking to someone on speaker phone for at least an hour before we left. So from about 9 am until 10 am. So basically a lot of unprofessional and rude staff made our stay less than exceptional. We won’t be back.

I usually enjoy the Marriott. But this time was different. The shower leaked so bad we used all our towels daily to mop the floor. The towels were ao cheap and itchy. And to make matters worse, there were children’s soccer teams staying on our floor. Lots of balls hitting walls and slamming doors repeatedly. Tried reporting to the front desk but the concern was not quite there.

I had a disappointing experience with this property. There was a misunderstanding during my booking, but the hotel staff were not understanding or willing to offer any refund or fair solution. I expected better communication and customer service.

Great hotel, only 2 issues. First was the water pressure, barely any. Second was the no microwave even though they had a fridge. The room was great, comfortable and the staff were great!

The staff of the restaurant was amazing! Very attentive for our lunch. And the portions were generous. Our room was 7006, and the A/C was not cooling. The thermostat showed the room temp to be 66, but it was hot and uncomfortable all night.

Had a fantastic stay! The area around the hotel was beautiful, perfect for nature walks, with a peaceful lake and plenty of greenery. The room was spotless and super cozy, and the pool was a great bonus. Lots of great dinner spots nearby too. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

From my check in to check out, everything was superb. I have never met a friendlier staff. Even when I strolled in the extremely early AM hours. If I am in the Houston area again, I will only stay here, period. Thank you for making this trip a great one

This is a beautiful hotel in a quiet area just south of The Woodlands. Easy on/off I45 or Grand Parkway. The service was wonderful.
