Hotel Blue is adequate in every way. It is clean, the rooms are comfortable, the family that owns it are friendly, wifi service is strong, and the cleaning staff are helpful. There is an ice machine, and I saw a washer and dryer in the common area, which I presume work. I have one gripe: the website clearly, explicitly, specifically says "Breakfast included." There was no breakfast at all, not even coffee, on the two mornings or our stay. I don't expect breakfast for the price we paid, but if they advertise breakfast, it ought to be provided. At lease, at least, at least coffee for goodness sake.

The air conditioning did not cool our room during the day and took a while to cool in the evening. The sofa in our room was very dirty and the floors were slippery. The bathroom was very tiny and no extra bags for trash in the mini trashcans.

WiFi was trash, breakfast was just frozen kolaches, and the staff was rude and constantly arguing with the guests. I don’t recommend this place.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect for when you're working nights. Very pleased with my stay.

You get what you pay for. First room was too musty, requested to try another room. Request was granted and next room was OK.

It was a hotel where the doors are outside. Like a motel. For me, being with just my child I was a little worried. In the pictures, it does not show that. Plenty of channels to watch. Bed covers had tears. I found a couple hairs that were probably not wiped down good enough. I did just stay the evening. I was ready to leave. Did not have any breakfast. But of course I wasn’t going to eat from there. Not a much else to say about it. It’s good for shower and sleep for one day. But I’d not want to stay another.

It was good place to stay until last night someone kept watching my daughter and her daughter. Some guy being too nosey.

So bad i quickly just showered and gathered my things and just slept in my car in the parking lot. The hotel has long term tenants. A word of wisdom just choose a better hotel and not a raoch and bed bug infested hotel

Went for an overnight trip. The room was ok. The bed was really tall, I'm 5'9" and had to tippy toe to get on the bed. The bed was too soft, had 3 small pillows. The toilet seat was loose, the wayer pressure was low. Looked like they didn't sweep or vacuum in the bathroom, lots of dirt innthe corners and along the walls. Breakfast was included from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, we went for breakfast at 8:30 am, there was one slice of bread out. We told the guy on duty there was no breakfast. He said it was only pastry's, which we expected, we told him aboutvthe one slice of bread, he went to get some pastry's but we told him not to worry about and left. We probably won't stay there again.

According to site, free breakfast offered - no juice or water available. Only items offered were 2 items, cinnamon buns and cookies available from any grocery store. Arrived and TV remote did not have batteries and clock did not work.

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in for this price range. Very new hotel. Bed was comfortable, pillow a little too firm. One cigarette looking burn on a blanket but room smelled fresh and was very clean. Very quiet and a great location with lots of new shopping and restaurants around. Would stay there again.

The beds and pillows were a bit soft for me otherwise well worth the stay for the price

Bedding was unsanitary and has cigarette burns all over and on the couch as well. The blankets had all kinds of hair in it. White blankets and pillows were white

To be honest, it was better condition, and location than we expected, and superior condition to other Super 8 establishments we have stayed in before.

I loved the accessible room

I had a handicapped room and there were only overhead bright can lights so no way to sit and read or watch tv without a glaring light overhead. The bathroom was well lit but only if the fan was on too which was noisy. Still not bad if you need a less expensive option.

It was smaller and quiet. It made for a relaxing place to stay.

No hangers for closet. Upholstery on chair was filthy. Bedspread had burn holes and stains. No adequate reading lamps, or dimmers on lights over be so could dim their glare. Bath and hand soap s cheap it wouldn’t lather.

There was a lot of cockroaches everywhere in the room. I couldn’t sleep at all. The coffee maker was very dirty.

Five stars everything is great! I decided to stay for another week. Close to shopping restaurants and Klein isd schools.

The room was muggy and smelled like fabulosa cleaner the purple one. It was almost unbearable. I use fabulosa to clean with at home and it must be diluted down. I could hear the people above us all night. I could also hear their cell phone ring.

Omg so horrible the staff kept trying to come in my room while I was trying to sleep to give my room away after I checked in already and was in the room so scary !

Signs of a heavy roach infestation under the sink and behind the desk. Killed 5 German Roaches within the first 30 minutes of our stay. Live roaches inside the refrigerator! I killed those too. I know Spring has roaches but the brownish red tracks/smears above and on the baseboards were visible, not clean. Coffee pot also had used coffee pod inside.

Orbitz advertised breakfast, nada... Same with stay at wemdom saguim in July and a strong smell of curry.

Please put Kleenex in the rooms.

It’s very Deceiving that they have breakfast included but yet when you arrive there they tell you, oh no because of COVID we are not. This should be updated to avoid disappointments.

The property was super cute and perfect for us. There was a major disturbance Sunday night around 11pm..It wasn't on the property's part but maybe the guest...It was pretty frightening. and loud. Guest fighting or upset. Other than that..we were at peace and felt safe inside...some of the guest were questionable ..but ..that's the way of the world. Great property...not to expensive! Staff gave satisfactory service..Needs an iron in room..

You couldn’t change the channel in the tv so I was limited to 1 station. The internet went in and out. There were stains on the comforter and the sheets - gross! Other than that, the room was comfortable.

This place is a dump!!! The bed were clean but the noise from the road and people sitting in their trucks with the load pipes going. And a dog that barked all night up stairs. Not a restful night at all. Thinking of cutting my trip short to not stay another night.

And to make things worse there are roaches EVERYWHERE!!!! This is the worst stay in my life and I will never come back to this place

When I arrived, I was greeted by a polite gentleman. The room looked clean at first site but then I noticed mold on the AC, curtains and bath tub. When checking out, I notified a different front desk clerk that there were bed bugs. I have never dealt with them before and I was asking him what to do. He said it wasn’t his problem and I needed to leave so other people can check into that room. We came to an agreement on Two hours later, he called the police on me, telling them I was refusing to leave!!! I wasn’t refusing! He told me I could wash my stuff and then refused to turn on the washer, then wanted me to pay $5 per load. He wouldn’t even give me trash bags to put my stuff in! And I have my child with me!

There was mold all over the ceiling of the bathroom in the room. Everything else was okay and staff was eh.

Pillowcases and bedsheets were dirty. I’m not sure when the last they were washed.but it surely wasn’t before my stay. There was also a few roaches crawling around. When morning came around, we were woken up by the cleaning ladies in the next room who were banging on something while cleaning. I really don’t think all that banging was necessary when cleaning a room. I would not recommend staying here!!

Room 110 tv didn't work. Management didn't seem to care!

There were roaches everywhere in our room. They crawled over my son. There were hundreds of them on the headboard. They were in our clothes and suitcases. Gross

When I reached the agitation I felt a very strong smell of urine. I solved it by putting my perfume. I liked it a lot. The area is very quiet. put cutlery in the cafe area

It was a okay experience I stayed around 12 days some one got sick I left because of the corona outbreak is terrible in Texas I was not feeling well one night but I took some vitamins and was feeling better I choose to leave I wish I would have stayed got scammed at oyo hotel and now I'm fighting with management to get a refund for stolen items there crooked and very filthy

I made reservations a week early and when i arrived the rude clerk ( not Mr. Patel), asked me if i wanted a room with no tv. It took me 30 minutes to check in. Next time i will go somewhere else who treat the customers with respect and is much cheaper with nice rooms and great customer service.

The guy at the front desk was friendly and fast. I had already reserved my room online. Upon arrival within the room, I was impressed with the appearance. However, when I went into the restroom, there were baby roaches all over the place...the tub, the counter, the floor. I literally had to remove my sandal to kill them. As I approached my bed, I noticed what appeared to be pretzel crumbs all alongside the bed on the floor. I won't be staying here again, but my room was fairly cheap so I guess you definitely get what you pay for. Jeez!

I had previously stayed here and thought it was a okay place. This time was completely the opposite. The only reason I stayed it’s because it was late at night to find another place. The room was dirty, sheets and towels stained. Floors dirty. Looked like the room wasn’t properly cleaned up. I will not stay here again
