I enjoyed my stay there.

Cleanliness of the room and friendly staff. The evening refreshments were great on Monday and Wednesday, however I do not know if that is a regular occurrence. Breakfast was good. Parking lot gates are slow to operate and only recognize a vehicle when really close.

VERY CLEAN ROOM AND VERY COURTEOUS STAFF. PERFECT LOCATION TO COME AND GO WITH AN EASY ACCESS TO THE FREEWAY. BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS ALSO.

It’s a gated property and was pretty clean. The breakfast was good. The only thing that we didn’t like is that the bed was really firm and uncomfortable.

We enjoyed our stay! Our room was really comfortable and spacious. The front desk staff was helpful and check in was quick and easy. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of room to sit. It is conveniently located with restaurants and shopping close by.

Great hotel. Great breakfast. Staff was very friendly. We stayed here for an event in the Woodlands and it was a good location. The only downside was that we were there for 4 days and the housekeeper never cleaned the room. The sign in the room said the room would be cleaned up every other day, but our room was not. Despite that, I would still stay there.

Getting into the property was a total pain, but the hotel is very nuce once you find the entrance.

First, as soon as we entered our room, there was an unpleasant odor that made the experience less enjoyable. It seemed to be coming from the room itself, which was disappointing considering everything else looked clean. Second, the breakfast was a huge letdown. My family and I ate there, and unfortunately, we all experienced stomach aches afterward. It was concerning and put a damper on our stay. Overall, while the hotel has potential, these issues need to be addressed for guests to have a more enjoyable experience.

Rooms very spacious, many amenities, comfortable, easy access, breakfast very good, lots of variety.

I book the regular studio room but they gave me the handicap room.

Loved everything about here only con is you can definitely hear next door the walls seem kinda thin otherwise room is amazing, service is good and I will be returning !

I always stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton whenever I travel or for emergencies. We had a power outage due to a storm and Homewood Suites was my first go-to hotel!

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very clean and quiet. TV reception was spotty. FYI there is a gate to enter and exit the property. Would stay there again.

Amazing stay!

Property was gated which made us feel safe. I loved the surrounding gardens and how clean the property was. The rooms where spacious, clean and comfortable, I loved the kitchen area and all utensils available. My favorite though was the staff, politeness and professional. And pet friendly! Will be my to go place when in Houston area.

No water or any other refreshments insdie the freezer Air conditioner was not working. TV was not working.

Stayed for 4 nights with the whole family. Perfect location as we had plans to go to Woodlands, Cypress, Tomball and Houston. Ample size room. Great that it had a kitchen and we were able to utilize it as we have a toddler with us. We were also able to utilize their laundry room as we packed light for this weeklong trip. Pretty quiet location. Gated. Plenty of parking. Staff was great. Appreciate the breakfast that was included in the reservation. We checked in around 2 am and had no issues. We didn’t have our dog with us but it’s good to know that they are also dog friendly.

Dead cockroach on the floor of the closet and keys quit working twice during my stay.

My check in was horrendous and it took over an hour to check in.

There was only one elevator working and made some terrible noises when moving. Room was clean and comfortable, only downside was the bathroom did not have an air extractor. Also, a safe was in the list of ammenities but there was no safe in the room. Staff was great.

This was a terrible experience due to the fact that I booked online on Hotels.com but I never received a confirmation. Once I arrived to town, I finally found the hotel and asked for help checking in. Unfortunately, they could not check me in because I had no confirmation or proof of booking. They were extremely nice to cancel the stay for the inconvenience. I was very disappointed considering the fact that it took me over five hours to arrive to my destination with no hotel room reservation available. This was very unfortunate considering I had just booked about a week prior at a different location through Hotels.com. To make matters worse, I called Hotels.com numerous time for help but no answer. The hotel hostess called as well to either confirm or cancel the reservation but no luck either. This was a horrible experience.

This is the best hotel Ive ever stayed in. It might not be fancy as the Ritz, but for the value, this place can't be beat. It was very clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the front desk people were polite. The breakfast was also significantly better than most other hotels that are in the same price range. The little convenience store area near the front desk came in handy for late night snacks. Everything was great!

It was fun for me and my friends! My experience was amazing! This was a last minute decision and I didn’t really get to look at pictures and I was amazed with the setup and everything went perfectly fine! We went to the swimming pool and ordered snacks! The service was amazing! The man at the front desk was so polite. And to add to that this was my first time paying for a hotel room! Keep up the good work 😁

We were staying in town for our anniversary. The customer service was great. We were greeted nicely and the check in and check out were very easy and quick. We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and relaxing. The full kitchen was fantastic!

Bad customer services. The room for wich I paid ( room for 5 ) was not given to me, what they gave me was something smaller, in which we had to sleep 5 people, in a room for 3 people. The solucion that the manager gave me was to leave the hotel at 10 at nidht with two small children to look for another hotel. I’m still waiting for Hotels.com to see what an arrangement they make for the difference in price and the inconvenience.

Clean rooms. Room was a little cooler than would have liked. Very lumpy pillow. Breakfast was plus/minus. Plain scrambled eggs would be better than the eggoid things with mystery cheese. Bad coffee. Plain Oatmeal every day would have been nice.

Kitchenette was great! Had everything!! Nice rooms and property! Only complaint is that you cannot turn the room temp below 68. 68 degrees is too warm for sleep. The ceiling fan helped, but it's not a comfortable temp for me. The stay would have been excellent otherwise!

Had a great time and the rooms were nice. Wish they had smart TV to sign into Streaming services. The remote was unreliable. They need better poolside furniture with umbrellas. (The picture shows umbrellas at the pool. We asked. They don’t have any.)

I was supposed to stay for entire week but we couldn’t do it. It was hot and stinky in the halls, musty in the lobby and the room didn’t smell or feel clean at all. I will definitely NOT be back. This was my first and LAST time at a Homewood Suites. Not to mention, we stayed over a week ago and they still haven’t released the final bill!!!! We were supposed to stay a week but could not bare it and left after the first night. We ended up driving 7 hours that night risking falling asleep on the road because it was just too uncomfortable. The beds were not comfy and the room temp was off. I don’t know if the air condition was broken or what. I almost forget to mention they didn’t clean the room after the first night. What kind of hotel... I am shocked that Hilton let this hotel affiliate with them...

I stayed there over five days ago and they still haven’t released my refund if over $200!! I left early bc they weren’t cleaning any rooms, it was stinky and filthy. I am wondering if Hilton knows they are affiliated with such a nasty unprofessional hotel??!

It was not a pleasant stay. The only reason we didn’t leave earlier is because we had a 6 1/2 hour drive
