Property had a good vibe. Our bathroom had mold in it which was a disappointment. Rooms were clean other than that. Bring your cube if you do t have usb style phone charger as charging ports are out dated.

Proximity to Spring TX was excellent.

People were smoking right next to the door so when i went outside to retrieve my vehicle I walked into a bunch of disgusting cigarette smoke. Two small bags of chips and a soda cost $15 which was ridiculous. Seriously overpriced. He curtains didn’t clear all the way so light came straight through. However the staff was friendly and accommodating and the comforter was really nice.

Great front desk staff. I left my eye glasses in my room. When I called the front desk they immediately located them and had them ready to pick up.

Overall was a good stay. I would recommend turning the temp up for the hot water, and the room had a old smell to it.

I only had a problem with house keeping I took literally every thing off my bed and put it all on the floor in front of the bed to make it easier for them to grab and put clean linen on but she took the same linen back on both beds that was so unsanitary how I no is because I marked them with something because I know a lot of people don’t like doing their job

The hotel was terrific. Clean amd orderly, very friendly staff. Breakfast not so much. No eggs when I went to eat and took so long to make more I was done with the rest of my breakfast. Not too many choice foods. But over all a great place to stay!

Everything was top notch. The rep at the front desk (Erin) was very knowledgeable and saved me multiple trips back downstairs. Room was immaculately clean. Awesome having a small little bar and grill there too.

Perfect for business or personal travel, rooms are clean and staff is professional. Breakfast is NOT included so deciding an extra 10-12 for breakfast in house is worth it. Good choice for a Texans game and I recommend staying here but finding food elsewhere. There are lots of choices nearby.

We were disappointed with how unaccommodating the hotel staff was during our stay. Breakfast was included with our room, and we assumed it started at 6am, but apparently on weekends it begins at 7am. We had to leave before 7am because my daughter had a sports camp, and the breakfast buffet was already being set up. We politely asked if she could simply have a bowl of cereal that was already out, especially since breakfast was included in our stay and no adults were even eating. Instead of helping, the staff refused unless we paid extra for the cereal. It felt unnecessarily strict and not customer-friendly at all.

We were greeted by a lovely young woman at the front desk and the dinner she was chewing. Super rude and just gross. One of the 2 elevators was broken our entire stay. We had two queen beds on the 6th floor. My bed had a significant divot and springs poking through. The smoke alarm flashed a super bright light all night. So needless to say sleep was not happening. The bathroom sink was clogged and the sliding door was broken. However the Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries were a nice touch and the gentleman that worked late and the lovely lady who worked mornings/day were amazing super friendly and approachable.

For the love of gof, please fix the elevators. Stayed for 3 days and had to wait for 5 full minutes at times.

Early in the morning, there was a complete power outage. I was told it it would only last a few hours. However, it lasted throughout the rest of my stay until I checked out late in the morning. Also, there was basically only warm water for the shower, despite letting the water run for 10 minutes before getting into the shower

The property was clean and the staff was very friendly. Special recognition for the Front Desk Agent and the Engineer working on the morning of the 26th. I had a pair of broken glasses and they provided me with the electrical tape I needed to repair them. I will stay again.

The room was clean and very spacious .Shower had great water pressure and was clean. Sliding barn door for the restroom which is not my favorite but it was fine. Large spacious closet for unpacking. Hotel has restaurant and bar onsite which was nice as well as a 24/7 mini store. Hotel’s location was perfect for the visit, in great proximity to restaurants and bars.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they made check-in quick and easy. My room was spacious, quiet, and the bed was super comfortable—I slept really well. I also loved the amenities, especially the outdoor pool and fitness center, which added a nice resort-style feel to the stay. The location was perfect—close to The Woodlands area and convenient to get around, but still quiet and relaxing. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Spring/Houston area!

The room was clean. The hot tub was hot, but the jets were not typical so it was hard to soothe sore muscles. Also, leaves in the hot tub were not ideal. The breakfast was not free so we didn’t partake in it.

The property was so clean and well appointed. Plus ALL the staff went above and beyond to make my stay perfect.

The first room smelled strongly of pet urine so i asked for a different room. They offered us another room with very wet carpets and a construction fan running to dry the carpets, I declined. After two or three more room offers (and a 12 hour drive) with wet carpets we accepted the driest carpets (with the least pet urine smell) and fell fast asleep on the comfortable beds (with clean linens.) The next morning I woke up to a throbbing headache and overloaded sinuses. We were in town for a special event, and my face was super swollen in all of the pictures because of all of the hydrated particulates I inhaled all evening long. It was by far the most disappointing hotel experience I've ever had. Next time I will check out no matter how exhausted we are, and find another hotel. We chose this hotel because of the Wyndham name, and unfortunately this one didn't live up to our expectations. Why DIY clean the carpets on a Thursday night when you're "booked up for the weekend", like the desk guy told us? Seems like a Monday night project to me...

This is my second time staying at this hotel and I have fallen in love. Both times I've had the pleasure of checking in with Trinity who even remembered my face upon arriving. I was impressed given that I'm sure she sees many people daily. The property was clean and the floor was quiet. There was a strand of long hair in the shower but I'm almost certain it was from whoever cleaned the room and not the previous guest(s) because outside of that the room was very clean. I always wipe all surfaces down upon entering the room and the wipes weren't even brown once I was done so I was super happy with the cleanliness.
