The staff was very helpful and kind, the breakfast was good and the room was comfortable.

Pillows were made of pieces of filler , and were very bumpy. In a morning I had to basically wash floor in little entrance and bathroom, floor was sticky and making annoying sound. On another hand, beds were ok, bathroom was clean and had a bowl sink, when I tried to wash my face , water was running down of my elbows. But it was on beautiful granite surface and looked amazing. AC was was good, a little cracked- separating from , like I think , unfriendly window. We bought a candle to cover the smell and it added some romantic flavor to our stay. Breakfast was good enough, small pool would please children, but we don’t have them. Generally we recommend this hotel to people who are not picky like us.

Area was nice, hotel and room clean, bathroom clean and updated. Breakfast was normal hotel breakfast but did have some hot options and waffle maker. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

This place was ok. I mean initially when they gave us our room it was on the third floor. The entire floor was extremely hot for it to be the summer. We got moved to the first floor, but the rooms had their AC units. That’s what made it bearable to sleep at night. But other than that it was cool.

The room was large and that is a plus when traveling with a toddler. Everything was clean, just older property. The pool was okay, needed to be cleaned a bit, there was hair floating around in it. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. So over all good stay and good price.

Lobby and hallways were terribly hot (Thermastat set at 79 degrees). Pool had leafs in it and no swim towels available.

We did not get a chance to go to breakfast although that was a nice perk to staying here. The room was clean, however we did find roaches which immediately made me feel uncomfortable. The staff was the best part! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Our room key kept needing to be redone which was inconvenient but the staff was so nice each time we told them to rekey it for us.

Liked the hot breakfast and they never let food run out. Housekeeping were great. The entire staff were friendly.

Everything was great ! Very clean room Fresh breakfast every morning. Maids came every day and gave us fresh towels and emptied trash. All and all very nice experience. Ì

Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly. There was a good selection to choose from at breakfast. We needed to be in several places around Spring and Houston, so the location was ideal, and we were less than 20 minutes from IAH. Great price. Highly recommend!

Traveled for business. Nice place, clean, and close to anything one might need. The staff were kind and helpful. Rhonda was super sweet helping us getting access to the pool and welcoming us from our busy days. The breakfast was great! Very convenient, it had everything we needed!

The laundry room again clean as well as the machines and the fitness center was well maintained. Breakfast buffet had a good selection and the hours were great. Overall our experience was excellent and we will definitely stay here when we visit our son and family.

Finally a stay that I enjoyed and was feeling safe to not clean before I use the room. Safe to lay my head down and know the place was clean. The decor and upgraded amenities were top notch, beat the days in by Wyndham. Thank you from New Jersey

The AC wasn’t working and the elevator was broken too. My room also had a terrible smell.

Room was clean and beds were nice and comfortable. The bathroom was an eyesore with issues with tile and wall. For the price, this is what I expected.

Everyone was good only problem I have was I constantly had to come from off the second floor and get a key Rescan every times I walk out of my room I have to come back down and get my key reset and that was very tiring because I have lupus arthritis/Mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD)

High value choice. Not the newest or brightest but clean, friendly accommodating staff. Great location to go north to Woodlands, Conroe-Porter areas or south deeper into Houston. Shopping center across the street with Walmart Super Center and affordable restaurants nearby. I would stay there again. One tip...Ask for a odd number room. Even number rooms are next to a busy street with a traffic light into a busy shopping center. Noise can be a bit distracting.

The hotel is in good shape, the room.was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was pretty good. Overall, a very good value!

Almost everything was fine, and at a reasonable price. One caveat - our room faced Louetta Rd., and there was a significant level of road noise, more or less all night long. I would suggest a room on the opposite side if you have a choice

The room was clean however there were only three body towels in a room booked for 4 people. When we calked the front desk from our cell phone because the phone in the room didn’t work we were told we needed to trade out the towels. We needed 4 towels or more since that is how many people were in the room. Also there was no body soap available, just a very small bar of hand soap to wash your hands.

The gym was not open for part of our stay. For breakfast, there were no knives. Also, one morning there was also no yogurt, milk, and knives. When we asked about these items, the lady didn't know for sure when they would have any. The pool was closed also. Hopefully their cameras work because when we checked in the lady at the desk mentioned that a car at their location was busted in (window was busted) the week before.

Staff at front desk was friendly and got us in quickly. Room was clean and location was great as well.

I didn’t have a friendly greeting. The front desk lady warmed up after check in.

Property is poorly maintained. Lights were flickering, making noise, had brown dried residue dripping down fixtures in the bathroom. Stains and sticky spots on the carpets. Took our towels and wouldn’t replace them for hours to the point I had to look for housekeeping because when I tried to call the front desk it was ringing as if it was off the hook. Breakfast has tiny portions served even when guest count exceeds its capacity. One small heating tray to warm food is inadequate. Multiple families had to wait to get food and tried multiple times but only enough for 2-3 people were made and offered out at one time. Very poor experience. Will be adding to a do not stay list. Will not be back.

My room had 2 roaches in the bathroom in the parking lot they had someone come up to us and said they were breaking into people cars so watch your vehicle. I just didn’t feel safe.

Elevator is slow and buttons hardly work. Hallway walls need updated or painted. A/C unit in room doesn’t get cold enough. Water pressure is low and water doesn’t get hot. Only one wall outlet by bed. Did not feel safe in elevator.

the lamp was broken and the room felt dirty. we looked under the bed and there were many things under there showing me it had not been properly kept up with, the staff was very friendly and helpful however. overall i think that housekeeping needs to be a little bit better.

My stay here was good. Only thing I wasn’t satisfied with is the lighting in the restroom. Very dim lighting

We could not get the room feel cooler than 75 - 76 degrees it felt like. The thermostat read 68 but it never felt like 74 or under. Microwave in room was broken and the phone to front desk didn't work, so had to go downstairs to use the microwave. Trying get out of bed can be noisy to the point of waking others in the room. Little things, but it's these little things that makes it worth paying a little more to have a good experience. When you don't, it spoils some of the experience.
