They do not have a pool . They don’t have breakfast. In the rooms there’s a hot plate on the stove top

Plus sides: fridge worked , AC worked , microwave although very small worked, water got hot , large easy parking , HEB right down the street. Very cheap. If all you need is a cheap bed for whatever reason this place will do. If you’re looking for the diamond in the rough hotel that has the 4 start experience for the one star price point your search continues cuz this ain’t it.

Room was comfortable. We needed a downstairs room. We have a hard time with stairs. They made sure they put us downstairs, and close to office. No complaints.

Clean room, comfy beds, definitely ware on the rooms. Was disappointed in staff. Didn’t get checked in until after midnight and wouldn’t allow an extra hour for a late check out.

Cigarette holes in the blankets, hotel room technically clean but had cosmetic issues like repairs needed. Bed was pretty hard. For a one night stay it was fine though.

Fine parking, room was super clean, bed is comfortable. Amenities are lacking, but the Price was fantastic for this location. There is an iron but no ironing board. No breakfast. There is coffee only in the lobby.

I booked the room because the good reviews seemed to outweigh the bad. The employee was very friendly but the room was beyond neglected. It appeared clean but many items should have been replaced a decade ago. The door would also not lock from the inside. They couldn’t move me and he assured me it was safe and they had cameras everywhere. I was tired so stayed anyway. It did seem to be in a good area and nice cars in the parking lot.

So we stayed here to visit family for the Christmas holiday and even though there were many other choices in the area, we chose to stay here for the reviews, price and close proximity to our family. For the most part it didn't disappoint. Room was clean, had no rugs which get filthy over time,(Vinyl composite flooring), sheets and bed were clean, comfortable for me, a little too hard for my daughters, Full kitchen was nice to have but no supplies(pots,pans,glasses, etc.) Stove did not work,had a hot plate in place but we ate at our relatives or out, but the full fridge came in handy. Bathroom was clean, shower pressure wasn't the greatest(even though I expected that,as most places are the same) A.C. was a little noisy but worked Ok, needed more towels for a 5 night stay which the staff was accommodating. A little dated, could use some minor touch ups, but overall a decent place to stay for the money. I would stay here again.

My reservation was scheduled for the wrong check in time!! Nobody would change it or give me a refund!! So I had to sleep in my car in the hotel parking lot

In room 103, the water in the shower never got hot, only 29°C even after running it for a while.The clerk showed me there was hot water just off the lobby.

I have absolutely NO COMPLAINTS! even housekeeping is the absolute BEST! very very friendly and attentive.

As soon as i entered the lobby to check in, the lady at the desk was eager to assist me and did it with a huge smile. She answered ALL questions that you could possibly have and made the check in a smooth one. Also, the man in the evening was very nice assisting me when i left for work and needed help calling into my room to speak to my children.

Well the room did not look like the pictures. The king rooms have bathtub shower combo. The front desk has glass protection and no breakfast. The room was remodeled but the walls were dirty and no hair dryer.

I stay here often, staff is nice and room is clean. I enjoy having an elevator to use.

It was good. My mother is going through chemotherapy and we just needed a comfortable bed with cold air. Will surely be back.

The manager was great and moved us to a new room after they put us in a room that had mold and water under the floor and trash from the last person who stayed.

I lost my flight to Miami in Houston and stated in this inn. I choose this place because it had a refrigerator. I had cheese that I brought into the country. It’s an ok place if you want to spend the night. My only issue is I requested a non smoking room and got a room that smelled like cigarettes

The deadbolt on my room door is not working. They have a security latch on the door but anyone can kick the door hard enough to break it.

First day he told my husband he had too leave. After i went down stairs to talk to the manager he said he could stay if he didnt talk to anyone on property. We had to walk too Starbucks just to smoke a cigarette.. Every time we left to go out or eat and even when we came back to the hotel he would be watching us or he walks around the whole plaza just to find where you went to go walk too.. Went outside by the basketball court and lounge swing and was enjoying the weather playing with a yoyo and he comes and tells me i cant play with a yoyo outside on property. Felt like i was being forced to stay inside ngl.

Very clean. I brought my Clorox Wipes because I am a germaphobe…. Upon wipe down of entire room, my wipes were very clean…. Even the headboard. The only place that was dirty was the office chair… ew! I don’t think anyone remembers to wipe those. The freeway didn’t bother me… I had a noisy neighbor upstairs that was stomping around around 2-3am… but it didn’t last too long…. Friday night there was some noise but only in passing… it is a Mitrl, but the parking is close… bonus… Starbucks is right there. There is an in room fridge… was clean and worked well.

The beds were uncomfortable (a mattress on top of a wooden platform), the hair dryer did not work, the tv turned on but had no signal, the remote(s) did not change the channel. It is right next to the freeway and it’s very noisy making it difficult to sleep. I think this one was inaccurately rated.

They didn't give us the correct room initially. We asked for a king non-smoking, and they gave us a smoking room with 2 beds. Almost everything in there was broken, and I mean everything. The toilet, tv, bedframe, sink, mirror, etc... When we asked to be put in the room we booked, they told us the reason they didn't is because something in the kitchenette was broken. So they knowingly put us in the wrong room. Then, when they moved us back to a king non-smoking, there was no kitchenette. But of course, we're getting charged for that same room which is irritating. But at least it not everything was broken. But it was disgustingly dirty. When I went to take a shower it looked like I had walked around in dirt as the water was brown coming off my feet. Needless to say we wore our sandals or shoes the rest of the time in the room. Also, my wife bought some cleaning supplies and wiped down all the other surfaces. She also got a febreeze to spray as the room stunk like spices of some sort. We tried to stay away from our hotel room as long as possible because of how bad it was. I will never, ever stay here again. It was a terrible experience all away around.

It was a sizable room which is my favorite! It was a short stay. Although, the room allowed me to do some of my favorite physical activities. Super sweet!

The staff was very nice. The hotel areas I visited were very clean. All the mechanics worked well in the bath and room including hot water right away. It is an older hotel and somewhat dated (bath and sink etc were upgraded) but the cleanliness and maintenance more than made up for that, along with the best price in the area. 15-20 minutes to the George Bush International airport was sweet all being on the north part of Houston.

The toilet was wobbly and not bolted correctly. Shower handle was messed up. The hairdryer plug was half missing. The smoke detector was missing. The carbon monoxide detector was covered with duck tape that was halfway off. The place was old and pictures not updated. We were supposed to have a Jacuzzi in our room yet we didn't and front desk didn't say anything about it. The bed was hard and the paint on the walls was peeling in spots. Our floor was also dipping in one part. The only good things were the shower pressure and air conditioner.

It was very clean. Great value, especially for the cost of the room. I've stayed in rooms that cost twice as much that were nowhere near as clean. Few extra amenities, but if on a budget you can't really beat this place.

A lot of people outside of hotel that didn’t stay there. The main doors were locked all the time due to the people outside. Water leaked onto the floor in the bedroom.

No kitchenette that was advertised. Fridge and microwave only. Thin towels and no hot water in shower at 9:30 am, although sink had hot water at same time. Beds are very hard, as are pillows. Would not stay there again. Parking lot was full, so they are doing substantial business. Need to improve accommodations.

The gentleman in the office was super nice and had me checked in quickly. The room itself was clean and comfortable. I will absolutely stay here again when the time comes!

You get what you pay for. It has the necessities, 2 beds, fridge and freezer which was nice to have both. Working AC. Smell inside wasn't great but i got used to it after the initial entry. There were people smoking outside in the halls and by the stairwell regularly which in not a fan of. Slushys and drinks complimentary and the front office people (possibly family) were nice, no real breakfast. Also kitchen area, but zero items in the cupboards, the front office may have had something if you asked but i didn't. Overall it fit my needs on a tight budget.

Room smelled bad and the bed as hard as a rock and pillows flat. I couldn't sleep well at all the next day I woke up with my nose running felt sick and my skin itching like crazy. Had to douse and scrub myself in rubbing alcohol when I got home. I booked 2 nights but only stayed for 1. Turned in my key card before check in for the second day and didn't get my money back for the second night. Probably for the best I might have ended up sicker if I stayed!
