It feels like a luxury boutique hotel. Tucked into a lovely restaurant district. So many delicious choices. We have been to this area, and this hotel before. It looks brand new as of today. The rooms, common spaces, restaurant,,, maybe they remodeled, and the staff provides luxury hotel professionalism. We will stay there again I'm sure.

When we got back to the hotel we were told the AC in our room had been repaired so we could just stay in the room. No upgrade. When we went up to the room the AC was still broken. I went down stairs and told the hotel. We were told they had no more rooms available. I asked about the upgraded room they called about and they pretended to know nothing about it. They told us we’d have to go stay somewhere else. IT WAS MIDNIGHT ON OUR ANNIVERSARY!!! After arguing with them they finally found an open room that was less than what we originally booked. Never again.

Love the area! The property sits directly in the middle of the town of shopping and eating all in walking distance. I love the elegance of the property especially at night.

We purposely selected a one bedroom king suite because it offered a pull out couch and stated it slept 4. However, the couch was tiny and my children (9 & 11) were cramped sharing the bed. We asked for a cot but the room was too small to accommodate.

This hotel was in an optimal location for traveling around the DFW area, with easy self-parking available plus quick access to the highway. It is also a short walk from restaurants and shopping in the Southlake Towne Square. It was perfect for our needs and will be on our list for when we return.

I love this location! It’s so pretty & the staff is always beyond helpful & kind.

Fantastic other than the same elevator that was broke when I stayed here a month ago was still broke. The flavored water/juice in the lobby each morning is a really ice touch.

The staff in the hotel were very helpful The location was good as it is in shopping area The insurance deposit was 50USD per night which was refunded to me immediately after checkout The room is very modern It is near the airport which is convenient The price was expensive but it was during the world cup time which is expected It is far from Downtown Dallas so wouldn't recommend if you want to go there

We absolutely love this hotel and stay there several times a year. The staff is fantastic and the hotel is always spotless. Our only complaint on this visit was the hotel was almost sold out with the July 3 festivities that take place in Southlake, as well as World Cup games and there was only 1 working elevator. The line for the one working elevator throughout the day and especially after the fireworks was ridiculous. It was very disappointing that hotel management knew the capactiy and could not get this fixed prior to the weekend. Otherwise everything was fantastic.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Lots of shops nearby. Room was clean, just needed some extra pillows for pull out sofa.

I booked just a few days before July 3rd the Southlake Texas fireworks is that night. I asked for a room facing the south with the highest room. My grandson is autistic and doesn’t do well with crowds and noise. We walked into the room and I wanted to cry. It was facing the south on the 4th floor. We didn’t have to be out in the crowd. Thank you so so much. We will definitely be back.

Another excellent stay at the Hilton Southlake. Love the location of this hotel as so many shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance which is not the norm for staying in most hotels in Dallas.

The lady who checked us in was wonderful. Location, nice sized room with balcony, and the beautiful smell of the hotel foyer. The breakfast was great too.

Excellent other than one of the elevators was broken down for my whole stay, so it was a hike to my room at the other end of the hotel.

What a pleasant surprise!! Beautiful hotel from the lobby, restaurants and most importantly the rooms. I was thrilled with service and restaurants as well as housekeeping. I would stay there again in a minute. Best place we have stayed this whole year!!

Cleaning room and getting help was challenging...

We enjoyed our weekend getaway, this hotel is in a prime location adjacent to shops and dining nearby. The staff was helpful and kind to our 5 year old. We loved that the pool was bigger & did not have a bunch of people in it. Overall great hotel with great atmosphere.

Aquarium and 5iver pass is amazing to have for a family for entertainment.

Was in an adjoining room and a dog was barking in the room next door. No sound proofing at all.

Front desk clerks made comments about where we came from and engaged us in conversation. Made sure to point out the amenities of the hotel and asked us if we needed more information about the nearby stores and restaurants. Instead of just handing us our keys across the desk, the front desk clerk came around to hand us our keys face to face and wished us a pleasant stay. The room was clean and well appointed. Nice to have a wireless charging station at the bedside. The television had a note of Welcome and my name showing when we arrived. Nice personal touch. The bathroom was the least impressive part of the stay, but it was clean and well stocked. The shower was a little tricky to figure out, and one shower door kept opening on it's own. Pretty minor. When we went to leave in the morning, our car was waiting for us. No waiting for the valet to retrieve it. We thought this especially helpful, as we had a plane to catch. The hotel is beautiful. Vibrant colors in the common areas, a bar with a good variety of whiskey, and a pretty decent chocolate cake. We had the breakfast service in our room, and it arrived hot, at the time requested, and it tasted good. We will stay at this hotel, again, and we have already recommended it to our friends. It's conveniently located near DFW airport.

The staff was superb! I had never stayed in any Hotel here or abroad where the staff was immediately responsive to my concern I had. For example, I could turn the handle in the shower after trying several times. I called the front desk and within minutes a young man was there and agreed that the shower handle had been shut very tight and even he had to try several times before he could turn the handle. When the air conditioner appeared not to be lowering the temperature, I called the front desk and within minutes a maintenance man was there to check the settings. The most impressive was the Black lady at the lobby Starbucks who accomodated my special requests. Thank you so much!

A great getaway weekend! Great location with easy walking of Southlake Town Square. Room was very clean. Make up mirror bulb was quickly replaced after reported. Parking can be challenging during Christmas shopping season. Will definitely stay again!

The stay was brief, but memorable. This hotel is beautiful. From the lobby, to the corridors, to the well appointed rooms, everything was stunning. And the front desk staff was great. I would definitely stay there again!

This is the best hotel in Southlake in terms of location! Delta and Westin are also nice, but nothing compares to being right in Town Square. I used to live in Southlake and stay here regularly when I come back to visit friends and relatives.

The staff was the friendliest ever! Room was pristine with a balcony. The xmas decorations on the grounds and around the pond were gorgeous! My pet was welcomed with open arms. I would go back there tomorrow if I could! The area is superb - but I barely left my room! Stacey S
