Super staff, and clean comfortable room. Slightly dated, but a great stay.

The Main Person in the Reception is very helpful and accommodating, calm and respectful. Breakfast was good.

This is our second stay here. It is an older hotel but very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great location! I highly suggest staying here.

Room and Facility was clean, staff was wonderful, all around amazing experience

the room was totally outdated. A very small tv- in the worst placed position for viewing. kitchen and bathroom were extremely outdated. The bathroom had tiles that were chipped and literally hurt your feet and the bathroom door barely closed. The ac made a loud buzzing sound and the bedding/blankets very outdated . Sadly, we will never stay there again.

Very clean and staff was very friendly. The breakfast was so gross, the bacon and sausage tasted terrible the coffee wasn’t great either.

THEY HAVE GLUTEN-FREE MUFFINS for breakfast!!!!! I cannot tell you how FANTASTIC and RARE that is at a hotel! Thank you for thinking of us celiac/gluten-sensitive people. Will DEFINITELY stay here again JUST BECAUSE OF THIS!!! ...And the usual stuff was great also ;o).

Rita was very pleasant and helpful other workers spoke and smiled. Location is the bomb. Great clean smell when you walk in. Breakfast was great, just needed grits and bacon. A little outside cleaning. A lot of spiders and webs on patio, pool had a lot of bugs in it. Just needs a daily cleaning and a little more chlorine in pool.

The room had ac but air wasn’t blowing cold. We told the front desk before leaving for the concert. They let us know if it still wasn’t working when they came back then they would switch us rooms. We came back and it was working but we just prefer a colder room to sleep in. They moved us no problem right next door. Very glad for the fix!

The lady at the front desk when I checked was really nice and chill. I loved my room, very clean and nice. The outside area and pool were also spot on. If im ever in the area again they will for sure get my business.

The room was great except I could hear noises from the hall way and people walking on the second floor.

When we went to check in, a very drunk woman was being very rude, abrasive and threatening to the staff. Police showed up when we were checking in. I hadn't purchased the cancellation protection , so we had to stay. Room smelled of mildew.

The hotel is in an excellent location, conveniently situated near major shopping areas and close to leading medical facilities, including Medical City. The front desk staff are friendly, professional, and welcoming. My room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed. It also included all the essential amenities, such as a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the pool was clean and well-kept. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-maintained place to stay. The only thing I can think of is that the AC is little loud.

We were in town for a baseball tournament the hotel was exactly what we needed. The laundry room was so helpful!

we booked this hotel because it was supposedly to have a good breakfast. important because the kids needed it for a swim meet at 7:00a m only to find out that breakfast didn’t start until 7. The staff did offer us the cold breakfast which was fine the pull out sofa bed was squeaking and lumpy

Only “complaint” was paying for parking. It was a minimal charge but the surface level lot was nothing special- no gate or security.

Noisy neighbors, and the bed sheets had pilling.

Grunchy and moldy invest in updates

I had a king suite. It was huge. Even with the sofa pull out you still have space to walk around the room. The kitchen had enough walkway that you did not feel squished. Breakfast was exceptional. I have attached pictures. Only negative about breakfast was that there was no flavored creamer.... But everything else made up for it. Staff was very friendly. The pool was the perfect temperature and a good size. I wish there was a hot tub and the TV was a weird angle in the bedroom.

Property was very clean , The room was exceptionally clean. Our rooms' bathroom was Sparkling Clean. i could tell housekeeping, "Do exceptionally great. i commend them. Quality Housekeepers are hard to find. I stay at different hotels, and i take notice of the small things, especially the bathroom, Breakfast was great. The pool area and water are very clean There weren't any discrepancies

Everything was great, check in was a breeze, the room was nice and clean, it was quiet and peaceful which is saying something because it was Memorial Day weekend and the hotel was close to or at capacity.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room and common areas were very clean and a pleasure to stay in. Having a kitchen in the room made the week stay so much easier. They provided a full breakfast with hot food, hot cereal, cold cereal, breads and bagels, yogurt and at least 8 toppings. The pool area had towels, seating for lounging and tables to eat. They also had a grill for the guests to use. When we come to Texas to visit our kids, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room was clean and staffs were friendly.

The door lock was broken on the glass door leading to the patio. Bathroom floor needed a little extra cleaning.

Room smelled like cigarettes

The desk clerks last night and this morning were excellent, the breakfast room was super clean and the food was fresh and tasty. All in all, a very nice experience.

Staff was great, room was comfortable, reasonably priced. We appreciated having 2 chairs and a desk! Breakfast was good, although I'm not a fan of powdered scrambled eggs. Good coffee. Very convenient location, easy walking distance to restaurants and Starbucks. Recommended.

I did notice how clean the hotel is considering it is a pet friendly place! Another reason to stay, lots of cute fur babies! The breakfast was just not very appealing (eggs and sausage were undercooked for my liking, but the coffee was good :)

Breakfast was fine. Water pressure was a problem. It came out of the faucet fine, but the shower wand was lacking pressure.

Proximity to training. A lot to do in area Tv did not work. Debit card machine did not work. Pool looked like it had never been cleaned. Newspaper in it. Leaves and sticks in it. Disappointing for a Marriott.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, made sure I had everything I needed. I would recommend this hotel for the staff alone.

It was near the soccer fields. The check in lady was very nice. The checkout lady asked for my credit card again when I already paid online before I arrived. The breakfast was fine. The sausage patties looked undercooked.

TownePlace Suite was a great stay because of the staff. They were all so friendly & accomodating. Heather was the first person we met and was extremely friendly. We will stay here again.

The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the healthy food for breakfast.

Overall very good. Pretty easy to find just slightly off the highway. Very clean place, comfortable room. Breakfast selections weren't excessive but it was well stocked and good. Check-in and checkout was fast and very courteous. Would stay again when in the area.

Went into the kitchen for breakfast where my Daughter fount mold on her Bagel.The only problem is this was at the end of Breakfast meaning the Bagel way there all morning and it they were just serving moldy food all morning

Location is wonderful amd easy to find. Close to venue and with this being a girls trip, being safe is a must.

I came to MD Anderson for a MRI. The Hotel let me check out at 3 no extra charge!

Wonderful experience. We came for a second honeymoon and hope to be back someday. Only negative was that I was not made aware of the daily parking fee, so that was an unpleasant surprise. Everything else was top-notch. Clean room, comfortable bed. Pleasant employees. Breakfast was decent; they maybe could try switching up the daily oatmeal with some grits. But overall a great place to stay.

Great service, clean rooms

Very easy to walk from to where we needed to meet. Air conditioning was very adequate. The blower will blow on the left side of the bed, if you are sensitive to cool air, I recommend sleeping on the right side of the bed. The hot water was amazing and super hot and pressure was just fabulous. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was decent (eggs, potato, waffle, cereals, juices, and coffees). Pool was up and running and active (I did not partake in pool) The cleaning ladies were friendly and the clean smells were all through the halls. I have no complaints.

The stay was amazing. Breakfast was great every morning. The room had more than enough space for us. We loved the kitchen area to be able to fill it with some groceries and not spend a ton going out. Will stay there again for sure. The staff was awesome and so polite and professional.

We have stayed here many times. You can see some signs neglect in the appearance. We experienced an issue with little to no hot water. Asked the front desk about a small issue and was met with a shoulder shrug! Kinda like I just don’t care!

If it was king bed, Id be copletely floored. The room was musty and rust in the bathroom door jamb. I wasnt impressed. Marriott is not what it used to be. 😥

Sorry, but while the eggs and such were good for the breakfast, the sausage was not and I had a few issues with it on my stomach. Other than that, nice stay at a well maintained and cleaned place.

The breakfast was good, the pool area was clean and inviting, but the room was oddly arranged ... TV was on the side of the bed, so we had to watch it at an odd angle. And, the primary thing that kept me from giving this hotel a higher rating was the difficulty I had with the hotel's internet, and I couldn't even use my Amazon Firestick on the TV without having to go through their tech support (for which I was charged $4.95 for data assistance, although since I wasn't told about that until I checked out, the charge was reversed.) But we've stayed in MANY hotels and this is the first time we've ever encountered anything like this. Overall, there were some nice things about the hotel but we'll likely stay elsewhere next time.

Close to shopping center and excellent restaurants. Complete kitchen for cooking and eating in room! Rooms are clean. Front desk excellent! Would stay again.

I will not use Expedia for Marriott bookings because you do not earn the rewards for Mariotts

Breakfast was ok. No sausage, only bacon. No waffles or pancakes.

My only issue was I wish the breakfast had a bit more to offer.
