Front desk was very welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was soft. The AC kept making a clicking noise all night long. I couldn't sleep. Housekeeping starting knocking on the door at 11:30am, even though I had a 12pm check out.

Had dinner at Johnny's, the food, service, and ambiance were excellent.

The staff was wonderful; the bartender was amazing and the facility was great. The lack of AC in the elevator, hall and in the downstairs restrooms.

The room was clean with nice beds, refrigerator and coffe pot worked well. The desk staff were very cordial and helpful to meet our needs. My review does not have five stars because there was a full length water stain in bathroom ceiling that needs repainting. a/c worked well. We will stay again because of the overall cleanlinesss of the lobby, hall, and room and nice beds and well designed bathroom with a full door!

I had a great stay for 5 nights here. The room was cleaned and stocked every day while I was away. I didn’t go out to use the amenities but the hotel has a great restaurant that delivers for room service.

From the reservation to the checkout was great. The staff were very professional and friendly. We have decided that whenever we return to Houston we will stay here. There was only 1 elevator .... understand that these things malfunction.

The room was clean Only one elevator was work and this caused wait times and the areas around the elevator was hot and didn’t seem air-conditioned It was the same on the elevator very hot. Also, we plan to use the pool only to find out that it was green with algae. , It literally looked like a cesspool. You couldn’t even see the bottom.

Personally loved this hotel. Houston is so humid but as soon as you get in your room it’s refreshing and cool. The beds and pillows were so comfy and the room was very spacious and clean

I absolutely love coming back to this hotel when I am in the area for business purposes. The hotel is nicely updated. I always get a very clean room. The bedding is very comfortable, love the pillows! After work, it is incredibly relaxing to go into the hot tub. The breakfast offered, in my opinion, surpasses the expectation of what other equivalent hotels in the area offer. If you are athletic and wanting to eat clean, meaning my husband, you will enjoy the freshly sliced fruit ( no sugary syrups coming from canned fruit) the hardboiled or scrambled eggs, the oatmeal, and the non- dairy milk available. If you like the feel of eating at a restaurant rather than at a fast food/ grab and go place, that's me, you will enjoy real dishware and silverware , not Styrofoam or fragile plastic forks and knives. Their restaurant is also nicely decorated. Breakfast starts at 6 am, one of the earliest I have seen being served in the area. And what really is the cherry on top consistently, is their staff, and their willingness to go above and beyond to make sure your stay is pleasant. I particularly thank this time the two young men during the night shift for helping me print some documents that night, so that I would not have to go out on a Sunday night looking for a printing place and be ready for my meeting the next day. Thank you for a job very well done. I look forward to my next stay at this hotel.

The restaurant had the most greasy floor ever not just a spot, all of it, your shoes will slide due to the amount of oil everywhere, not just one day but every day. All it needs is soap and water. Phone in the room didn't work, when calling the reception from cellphone they don't answer.

They nailed the 1st impression with a clean facility inside and out. The lobby and other common areas did not have working air conditioning. The room was as expected. Unfortunately, the Television had no signal. The bar had a generous happy hour special. Room service was prompt and polite. I ordered prime rib for dinner. The quality of the meat was not on par with cuts had at Happy Hour. The kitchen was not a total loss as other items had at Happy Hour were fresh and delightful. I would stay here again.

It was a nice hotel and seemed clean. The only thing is that we were celebrating our 23rd anniversary and wanted a hotel with a hot tub which is one of the reasons why we chose this one and the hot tub was cold, a bit cloudy, and seemed to not be working. Also, the halls and foyer area were fairly warm, so a little more air conditioning would help. Overall, I would still recommend

Ac was excellent. Toilet ran all night and headboard was damaged and tacky looking. Otherwise a great comfortable stay.

The rooms were clean the staff was very friendly. We had a fire alarm experience that was off. But honestly the place and location were great.

Room was clean only issue was it was a conjoined room and neighbors open the other door and tried to open the door connecting to my room. But other than that it was an amazing time

The app says breakfast included it is 12$ I also had marks claw marks all over my headboards and there was black mold growing by the AC vent and I had a baby in my room . I won’t be staying here again

Tried calling the front desk for extra towels and toilet paper, no answer. Went down to the front desk and there was a sign on it that said something about how they were away from the desk and would be back soon. The same thing happened the next morning when I went downstairs to check out. Stood with a group of people waiting to check out for a while.

The condition of the building is quite poor. Faulty fire alarm systems, broken elevator, leaks, etc. The staff are great though but unfortunately the lack of care for the building made it quite uncomfortable for my family.

That said, the rooms themselves are a bit dated and could definitely use some updating. There were a few maintenance issues—paint on the headboards was rubbing off, and the fridge actually came out of the cabinet when I tried to open it—which took away from the overall experience. Overall, it’s a solid option thanks to the friendly staff and convenient amenities, but some room improvements would make a big difference.

The property was in a very convenient location to a highway. The pool area is very nice. The beds were some of the best hotel beds. The restaurant was nice. The staff were nice too.

Convenient location for restaurants and activities. The room was OK. Furniture pieces were broken and the TV only connects to certain cable channels like sports and news. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool because of the weather but the hot tub was very nice very hot. The restaurant is OK. I think the prices don’t really match the food, but it wasn’t bad.

Everyone was respectful from the housekeeping on down to the front desk. Room was clean. Sheets was clean towels was clean. I had a great experience.

Clean, quiet, very comfortable and roomy. The beds were so comfortable! I slept the whole night which never happens the first night away. The Speakman shower was a welcome surprise as I jumped in for a quick shower and got the best massage! I will definitely stay here again!

The stay was good but Hotels.com needs to update the amenities. EV charging was not available here and Google Maps was also outdated. The hotel said EV charging was removed a few years ago.
