Rented two rooms. Neither had working air conditioners. Moved one of the parties to a different room and it also had low quality AC. Rooms never cooled down. Desk staff was friendly but no maintenance and hot rooms.

Everything was great

It was perfect for an overnight stay while attending a concert at CWMP, location was ideal and the hotel was nice and clean.

Everything was wonderful save for the fact that there was no absolutely no free breakfast which kind of sucks because that's the last thing that I wanted to do is go out and forge for food however any lady at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and nice even went and dug out one of the food items that wasn't stocks normally that I was craving and I greatly appreciate that however when it came time to check out they were a bit more than pushy actually deactivated my room key card when I was like 10 minutes too slow and getting out they're supposed to have late check out options and the guy actually escorted me up there like I was some type of riff Raff or Criminal it was a bit disrespectful to be honest and I did not appreciate that also had to ask for clean linens on a daily basis instead of being offered and was never so much as offered hygiene items or any type of coffee which is the only complimentary breakfast that you're going to get there

We came for a concert with 4 women and all got ready for the concert and it had plenty of space and mirrors for us all the get ready. Loved it!

Welp because Im out of business of saying horrible thing about business, I'll let you find put..However the facts towels were dirty, room was not clean, no breakfast..I was in a great location no everything was all bad but they clean staff seem complacent the it a hard job.. However towels should not be solider before use and the room smelled stale when we go into like it was not cleaned at all.. over all I don't I would book this hotel again as I have been to better mastitis and if I was member I can membership over..Oh breakfast not included..They do have coffee shop and it 40 minutes from Houston..The front desk staff was hit or missed depending on when you spoke to them and who was there..So improvements in laundry, describing the location better especially what is or not included definitely not 9.8 hotel..Maybe the franchise but not this hotel & above all improve staff professional development..I give this hot about a 6..Also shampoo the rugs once or twice a month, it smell like old cigars..By the way I do not want a refund, a voucher to try you again or speak with anyone..I believe accuracy in user experience is important to make an i formed decision..Thusxwas not malicious written, just a factual assessment of my experience at this hotel

This hotels is really spacious and the staff is great. My only negative would be that they do not have a free breakfast offer.

I had to switch rooms three times the first night due to having a roach, then dirty sheets.

I did not get to try the breakfast but they had a Starbucks counter by the bar. The coffee was good!the room was clean. I felt safe in the property.

I came to this hotel after one across th highway from it proved to be well below par. The staff here was excellent and highly efficient. They were also very pleasant and polite. The room was the best!!! King bed, microwave, fridge, comfy seating area, etc. EXCELLENT!!! Will definitely make my list for any future visits to the area.

The hotel was decent overall. Unfortunately, there was an entire soccer team staying on the floor above us, and it was extremely noisy when they returned from outings—sounding like a herd of buffalo. We also experienced an issue with the shower light and had water leaking from the bathroom ceiling due to the shower above us, which caused our bathroom to flood. Fortunately, the staff relocated us to the top floor, which resolved all of these issues. The night-time staff, however, could have been more approachable and friendly.

Expedia said free breakfast which wasn't true. In fact, there isn't a buffet to purchase just a small Starbucks with a VERY limit menu that closes at 9:30am on the weekend! I ended paying $9 for a watered-down parfait from the "Grab and Go" and an Iced Tea for $5. No tea bags in the room, soooo there's that. Staff was great, but for a Marriot I expect slightly more and probably won't be staying again.

Our AC Was Broken. Took 2 Hours To Change Rooms.

The bed was super comfortable and the room was amazing! I wasn’t there when the restaurant was open, I came in late in the evening and left super early the next day. Staff were simply the BEST! Very friendly and super helpful!

Older but well maintained property. Shower looked impressive but had no hot water even though it worked in the sink. Saw a roach crawling on the wall in the bathroom on the first day.

This would be 5 Star all the way if our room wasn’t skipped for bed making and towels it was our second stay. I had surgery after the first nite and so towels were not hung for re-use thus we had to go get more at desk. Lobby staff were very cordial and helpful and hotel had eating utensils when our delivered food from local reataraunt did not provide. This was our second stay here and we will stay again if needed for this area because everything else was a five!

Horrible! Go to any other hotel! Stains and odors that make you wonder what in the world they originated from. Stained sheets when we arrived and housekeeping being unable to change them because they “didn’t have any” to replace them with. Huge spiders crawling in from gaps in the wall. A huge layer of thick dust on the wall that’s continuously blowing in your face. Like nonstop. The tub not draining and no one fixing it the entire stay. Book ANYWHERE AND ELSE but here!
