We were able to check in early, a blessing since I needed a nap from traveling. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and tidy.

Pretty clean hotel. Only the bathroom toilet paper holder coming off the wall. Iron stand cover too loose. Needs maintenance

Clean and comfortable rooms! Friendly staff. Kids running and jumping all hours of the night. Made it very loud and difficult to sleep. It was more than kids being kids. It was excessive and past midnight.

Feels like home

Close to where we wanted to be for shopping. The room had plenty of space Sugar ants in the bathroom and very minor cleanliness issue that I think caused the ants. AC unit was slightly above average loud but if you need perfect quiet sleep, ear plugs are provide as a courtesy.

The parking, breakfast and staff was all top notch. My only complaint was when we got to the room and opened the door to the room it smelled damp and mildew. Turned on the AC and it kind of got rid of the smell. Later went by the AC unit and the floor all around it was wet. There was the problem. I was too tired and it was late to have anything done. Other than that it was a great time.

Just getting into the hotel was a HORRIBLE experience. Unfortunately it's no fault of the hotel. All the highway construction made it nearly impossible to return to the hotel after 9 pm. Google maps and Waze were worthless because the exits to access the hotel were closed after 9 pm. Thank god we were able to call our son in law who was able to lead us in on side streets and through parking lots. It was an absolute nightmare to access the property!! The hotel itself was fine but if you plan on being out past 9 pm.....I would stay somewhere away from all the construction!!

We had loud neighbors running upstairs until 1-2am both nights. We alerted the front desk but nothing changed. Not impressed with the breakfast. Was charged for my stay twice. Traffic and construction was super inconvenient. Probably wouldn’t book again.

Cons: Not really pet-friendly (2nd floor room, away from back stairs), staff can’t explain how to open/close auto-blinds, slow wifi, heavy door, squeaking ceiling from people walking upstairs, can hear loud conversations from adjacent room.

The room was clean and so was the bathroom. I love that it has quality shampoo and conditioner and body wash pump bottles availability so I don't have to take mine. Breakfast is good. Hot break is hot.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was large and clean, the shower was spectacular and the morning breakfast was so delicious as was the coffee. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning on my next trip to San Antonio TX.

Studio King suite on 1st floor. Place was immaculate everywhere. Lobby, hallways, ammenities, breakfast area, front desk, and the studio suite. Will stay here again.Very clean.

Room was not worth the money, out dated, ac didn’t not work well and had to adjust the temp at the unit. The thermostat on the wall didn’t even light up or work. Water pressure was horrible in the shower. There was black electrical tape on gfi outlets in vanity area and lights did not work in certain areas. I was extremely unhappy with the facility definitely will not be staying there again.

Everything was great! Clean rooms, perfect towels, premium shampoos, conditioners, hand soap and body lotion. Quiet, safe and right next door to a Chuck E. Cheese!

We could hear every movement of the people in the adjoining rooms. That combined with the fact they only have ridiculous half filled down pillows made for a terrible room to sleep in.

Front Staff great! Hotel was decorated for the Christmas holiday! Breakfast food gaves you opposition and changed some days! Two different waffle making machines! Room was clean still has carpet in the majority of areas

The staff, especially Danill were outstanding. The room was clean but the bathtub really needed to be fixed. Peeling and seemed dirty due to the degradation of the ceramic around the tub. Pretty nasty looking.

Had a great stay other than the sheriffs blocking off every access to the hotel and having to drive in circles for an hour until finally one officer let us through the barricades. Great stay other than that extremely frustrating moment.

So the next morning I talked to Danell and she was the best! She had a warm, welcoming conversation and put me in a room opposite the Freeway. It was much peaceful until a couple across from my room got into a heated altercation and was screaming, yelling and fighting each other in their room and in the hallway at 4:37am. When I grabbed the room phone to call the front desk, I realized the phone did not have a cord into the wall. It was just a non-working phone on the desk. So I called the front desk from my cell and I guess they sent someone up because I heard the man yell 413 and then the woman yelled, you have the drugs in 413. Needless to say, both nights I stayed were a bit restless. Breakfast was good though and Danell was a charm.

Clean room and it was a pretty good size too especially for a family of 4. Parking was easy and their continental breakfast were good. The staff were friendly and professional.

Nice & clean

We had an issue with our air conditioning unit once checked in and the staff moved us immediately. Calvin, who we met through our meals in the mornings, was amazing. He created a great experience for us both and should be commended for his amazing attitude towards helping guests.

Property is in a qreat location, near food and shopping center. It's 15 minutes from the airport. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Employee John at the desk, is AMAZING! Phenomenal customer service, friendly, polite an shows empathy for ohers. He goes over and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied and has everything they need. I will sta at this location again whenever i return to the area.

Only problem is the air freshener in the rooms can be very strong. I-35 construction is a mess but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

Room temperature was warm. AC was not working properly. Mini fridge was really dirty inside. Bed had blood stain on it.Was changed to a different room, bed was also dirty. And mini fridge spoiled my frozen breast milk because it was nit cool. For breakfast, egg and sausages were were COLD. And internet was down. Unable to do any work as needed on my laptop. When everything was reported to front receptionist, they already had a list of “complaints” on a notebook they were writing down. Overall, the hotel smelled weird and was not in good condition. When I requested a refund, manager was not available. I also did see two other guests request and early check out. I will never come back here.

Bed was so uncomfortable pillow was so hard floor were coming Out and thy moved . Terrible location bcz of construction. No place for dogs to do its business.

It was a great stay - day check-in, nice breakfast, easy parking, they even saved a great room for me despite my concern about arriving at 1 a.m. Thankful!
