We stay here at least five times a year when we come from Chicago to visit my mom who is 96. We are very happy with this hotel.

I love the beds, it is so comfy, very clean and very quiet, that will be my place to stay every time, we go to that area every 2 weeks and that’s where I will stay. They had a great breakfast, scrambled eggs, diced potatoes, biscuits and gravy were fantastic, cereals, waffles, bagels, muffins and banana, But the only thing they did not have was sausage or bacon. I prefer bacon, but there was no meat, but everything else was so good and fantastic and their coffee was the best.

Night attendant always polite and friendly. Same one as our previous stay and she remembered me and my wife.

That i had trouble with my reservation and had to pay a deposit but got the deposit back when checked out so all was good.

Price is a little high

Make sure to book your Uber 2 hours ahead of your destination. It's hard to get uber driver's around there. P.S it's not their fault though. I guess it's just the location.

I thought it's was amazing actually its better then some hotel breakfasts I've had in the past The bed was a little to hard on my back it wasn't what im used to at a hotel

The hotel was clean. The location of the hotel could be better. It needs a separation wall from Seagoville Inn. The hotel had a lot of people that utilize substance abuse and possible prostitution.

Maria at the front desk is an amazing young lady. The fact that she is welcoming I found out she has to work through the holidays. She had a beautiful smile and to just have such a wonderful spirit in celebrating the holidays she will be working. I strongly recommend her boss to give her a gift of a beautiful Range Rover she deserves it because she is a hardworking young lady!! and would look good in pulling up to work giving her 110% that she does everyday. Thank you so much Maria for all your hospitality and kindness!! Happy Holidays And blessings you!!

Very good location, easy in and easy out. I had room 107 very clean and updated, view of the pool. Very friendly staff! Thank you too all. I will definitely stay here again. Really don't like the tiny little marshmallow pillows and very thin blankets on the bed made it uncomfortable to watch TV, and the TV was messed up with lines running through the screen. Still I would stay here again.

Was given a hassle about our Service Dog. They ask for stuff that’s illegal or not real. They need to familiarize themselves with ADA regulations so they don’t get sued. There’s so such thing as a card or anything like that. All those things are fake. The law is easy. Print it out and read it. It’s not that long of information to become familiar with.

I came to Texas for a visit so I reserved a room as I’ve always had great experiences staying at best westerns across the country. My family loves the breakfast overall but this is my first time staying at 1 in texas. I got to the hotel around 9:30pm with my children and the receptionist was very nice and friendly, hotel was quiet but it was near the federal prison which I don’t know if this is safe or not safe but hey, the police would be there fast if anything were to happen. I go to my room after getting the key card and when I opened the door, there was a strong odor of mildew/mold. I immediately go to the front desk and they give me another key card to another room while assuring me this was not normal but the next room smelled exactly the same. I went to open the window to see if fresh air would help because it’s humid in Texas but found that windows were sealed shut. I went back to the desk and they gave me another room on second floor but when I opened the door this room had an odor in which my 7yr old would not go in. I informed the receptionist that I couldn’t stay after booking for 4 night and she informed me that they would refund me but that they would be keeping 1 night rate of stay which I was not happy with. I told her I was going to stay the 1 night and she told me I could not stay which did not sit well with me as I had to now book another room in the middle of the night so my 3 children could get some rest. Worst experience with Best Western.

I always love the breakfast at Best Western and the coffee is available 24/7. Check in was easy and the property was clean. Its a cafe next door. The price is excellent compared to other hotels. The only thing missing was a gym but i would definitely stay again.

The property is very clean and the breakfast was slamming. Rosie really made me and my wife fill welcome and she had us laughing. She was truly a blessing, and a wonderful soul. Me and my wife are still talking about how friendly she was to us.

Great place to stay

Learned a lesson why I shouldn’t use Expedia. Asked to move the date date back one day and she said they’d check with the property. Assured me they’d make arrangements. At my arrival I was told no. The property was empty. Receptionist never moved but said she sent a text to her boss. Wouldn’t even give a discounted rate. So I called another property and reserved 2 nights. I’ll not make the same mistake twice.

The property next door allows a lot of sketchy people doing sketchy stuff! Not a very safe environment

The hotel rooms are spotless, and the cleaning ladies are nice. Breakfast was awesome. Try asking for a room downstairs because they don't have elevators.

Eh expensive for a the value

I really like this hotel, it’s a small hotel with only 2 floors but very clean, nice atmosphere, it was quiet and that’s what we really needed to rest. Staff was nice.

Great experience from check in to check out! We stayed in the king jacuzzi room; room was spacious, jacuzzi tub was amazing, shower was nice, bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly, property was clean and updated. Only downside was there was no elevator, there’s only two floors though so it wasn’t terrible.

Very nice staffs, stayed for 2 separate nights, 1st time checking out, we were late for checking out and they were flexible wirh moving check out time from 11 AM to 12 PM. 2nd time checking in, we arrived very early at 9:30 AM and they gave us room right away, there is restaurant nearby but not easy to walk there though since it is through frontage road for interstate. Continental breakfast could be better but still pretty nice and they have waffles.

This hotel is great in Seagoville. It's been totally renovated and it's really nice for a small hotel. I stay there twice a year for board meetings inSeagoville. I normally go alone and feel very safe.

Elevator was not working and had to carry all our luggage up the stairs. Also had to stand and wait for the front desk attendant to come around (10 minutes)

Great customer service, we only stayed one night, the hotel lobby was under renovation but it did not interfer with our stay, our room was newly renovated, nice and clean. Easy check-in.

Under rennovations, bed and pillows very uncomfortable, room would not cool down, sink would not drain, breakfast had cold powder eggs.

This hotel is a hidden gem. I traveled with my small children and everything was great. The customer service was amazing. The receptionist was very nice and inviting. The hotel and room were immaculately clean. Our room was newly renovated, and everything was in top condition. Breakfast was hot and delicious. We will come back for sure!

The Hotel itself is very nice, or will be soon. this review reflects the fact that there was nothing about the hotel being under renovation when i booked it. the interior hallways were being painted. the halls reeked of paint and it gave my girlfriend a headache. the first morning i was woken up by painting people right outside my door. i do not know how longer it is under renovation but i would wait for it to finish until you stay here. not to mention the Location, is not the greatest being right off a highway, though i am unfamiliar with the area. there is also a federal prison you can see from the entrance, though you judge that yourself.

Shower was extremely hot or cold. Pressure was just a trickle. Curtain rod was falling off. The rooms window valance was torn and falling. Not a single usb port in the room.

Hotel was under remodel, but I had one of the new rooms...service at desk was excellent..

Everything was great, but AC. Not working

The room itself wasn't bad but they are under construction and had so many things torn up, plastic on all the floors and the place smelled musty and dirty. It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had and one of the most expensive at $165 a night.

The first room we checked into upon opening the door, a strong musty smell hit you in the face. Took my shoes off and the carpet felt damp wherever I walked. I went to lay on the bed and noticed a type of black hair that nobody wants on their supposedly clean bed. Requested a room change, and was given a new room. The musty smell wasn’t as bad, nor was the damp floor.

It was close to relatives but there were issues with the window, squeaking door, shower drainage, hand soap dispenser at sink (room 110).

Great little hotel. I like it alot, but this stay I experienced alot of traffic noise from the highway out front. I don't remember that during previous stays. It was difficult to sleep well--sounded like the window was open.

The room had cobwebs. The a/c was down to 60 but it was not keeping the room very cool. There was a musty smell. There was no security latch on the door it was missing.

Very pleased with the hotel and the rate. It's a newer hotel, good breakfast options, helpful staff, great vending and food options, clean rooms, comfy bed, and located right off the highway.

My husband actually booked a night here at this hotel because our AC unit went out the night before. We really enjoyed our stay here! We had a very clean room, comfy king bed, cold AC and nice hot water in the shower. We even got to use the pool that was refreshing. We did enjoy the breakfast the morning after but the sausage was a little undercooked. Everything else was wonderful and we will definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel in a small town. This was my second stay and it was great. I was alone and felt completely safe and secure. Very clean; staff was very responsive; breakfast was good. I will definitely be staying there again.

While the property wasn’t bad, the bed was horrible. It was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, bring your own pillow, as these didn’t even have a pillow case. The water pressure was non- existent. Our carpet was damp from the air conditioner and the towels are so thin, they didn’t even absorb the water after a shower. I know it’s a small town but if you’re 1 of 2 motels in the area, you can do better than the segoville inn- after all BW is a huge chain…

This hotel was amazing. The staff were so helpful, the bed so comfortable the added bonus of fridge microwave and coffee in your room and the breakfast was delicious 100% recommended
