It’s basic and okay.

Staff is wonderful and a great location. The room they gave us smelled so bad! I had to ask for another room. They changed our room but the smell still seemed to linger in the 2nd room.

The breakfast was good and very clean in the room Nothing every thing was good

There was a strong smell of mildew/mold in the room. Breakfast hours were cut short. Front staff checking in was not friendly. When we walked in it was as if she was annoyed we came in.

Great stop for cruisers the night before. Close to Kimah for evening and 40 minutes the next morning to board ship.

My stay was awful. The room had a funny smell, me and my family were sick after we got home, and we had bug bites all over our body, we had to check out early

When you walked it it did smell stale but the hotel was clean (entryway, lobby, elevator, hallway to the room and the room)

Clean hotel. Nice breakfast. Front staff failed to provide general info (hours for breakfast, wifi passwords). Did not receive welcome waters. No big deal, but it was part of the service

Our stay was wonderful. We did not have any issues. The room and hotel were very clean and well-kept. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Breakfast ended an hour before time told by staff; pool closed with no idea when reopening.

Our room was very clean, but we ended up in a wheel chair accessible room so the amenities are low to the floor. Beware if you have toddlers that get into everything! The shower pressure was terrible. The pool was nice. The breakfast was really good and had a nice selection!

Very clean room, was a little bit noisy because there was a lot of children running around on my floor but the staff was very friendly and attentive. Parking felt safe and the area is really nice.

The front desk staffs are lazy and on their phone all the time. They are not helpful at all. I asked for an extra chair for my room and the front desk lady said they could not provide. The front desk lady was on her phone laying on the sofa with the sheet and eating her pizza. I don’t think this is professional. In addition, I do not think the hotel was full when we stayed there. They provided me the room which the window is completely blocked by the sign of the hotel. We stayed in the hotel for 5 days because of work and I feel like staying in the prison.

Second stay, nice hotel. Room had an odd ordor; bed ok, couch not comfortable at all. Faces bed so difficult to watch tv but for one night a nice stay.

We stayed one night as we had a cruise the next day, but this hotel was an awesome stay! The area was very nice, and we found some nice restaurants nearby. The hotel was very clean, and staff was very accommodating. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, and space themed decor. We ill stay here again for future Galveston cruises!

Clean room, comfortable mattress, got a good nights rest. They had breakfast, but didn’t find the microwave until we left. Employees were not available to ask at the time we were there.

My meeting got pushed to later in the day. I requested a later checkout and the sweet front desk lady was very accommodating. This will be my go-to hotel when in Seabrook!!

Friendly front desk, gave a disgusted for the Mexican next door which is amazing and a must go. Room was clean and spacious (king room) comfy bed, nice essentials to help your stay. Big shower but low water pressure. Plus towels. Good selection for breakfast. Closes at 9am we just grabbed a muffin and had to go so can’t comment on the taste of everything else. Overall good stay. Would choose this place again.

Trip went well. Was much easier than having to individually plan it myself, and the price was perfect.

Property was clean easy check in. The only issue was bathroom door would not stay closed but other than that had a great time

we arrived around ,4pm. I went to the front desk and asked if qe could move, was told they we fullly booked. I know all the people had not arrived, you wiukd think she could have changed the room. I don't think she cared to help me I was very disappointed

This is a place that we frequently visit. It’s a nice place to stay away from home.

The property is well maintained and very clean. I was checked into a room which I used just before I had to go out with my family. When I got back tired and in need of a shower, my key card didn't work and someone else was in my room. I had to go to service desk and complain only to find out I was checked into the wrong room. I thank God I did not leave any of my personal items in there before I left. This is the worst service I have ever gotten.

You can tell that the hotel needed a little TLC.

It was conveniently located with a reasonable rate, but smelled musty -- like it had been previously flooded.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were nice and the breakfast was decent. The only issue was had was that our shower didn’t work well the first night. We reported it to the front desk and they switched us to another room. Our stay was only two days so it sucked that we had a warm shower and then had to pack up and move to another room. The front desk person who switched us was so unconcerned which wasn’t cool. Would I suggest this hotel? Sure just make sure your shower works before you settle in. The hotel was clean and most of the staff were nice except for the one guy who didn’t care that our shower didn’t work and we had to move rooms.

This is our second time staying at this location. Staff is very polite, place is very clean and neath. It's very convenient with my family plan of days. We slep comfortably, I like their pillows and bath toiletries brand. We will be staying again if we are in the area.

Very nice hotel but Aida was not a very nice person to be at front desk! Her attitude needs so much work and showing guest the proper care! First impression is EVERYTHING & she definitely did not pass that part.

The first day there was breakfast because of Christmas but they should have had a to go brown bag breakfast

Staff are.first day was great it was a young woman. The young man the next two nights of our stay was rude and could.not help us at all. Great place for.pets

We have stayed here several times and it’s always a solid choice. Friendly staff, decent breakfast, clean rooms. Love the pillows- bed is a hotel bed. Could be be softer but not the worst I’ve ever slept on, ac stayed cold.

Rooms are great, incredibly spacious and clean, check in is fabulous and easy. Love the ability to just use bluetooth for the key. Water pressure sucks though and being shorter, trying to adjust the shower head was incredibly difficult for me, and didnt help the water pressure issue. Other than that, great place!!
