Price, indoor pool Carpets were filthy…socks turned black after just a couple of passes around the room.

All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Excellent bed and shower, and always appreciate fridge and microwave in the room.

This hotel is older but it is very well kept and maintained. The pool area is beautiful although we did not get to swim, and the man at the front desk working nights was very friendly and hospitable. My only complaint was that there were ants in our room. We noticed a couple when we checked in and later in the evening they were all over the tabletops and counter. We had ordered pizza and threw plates in the trash, an hour later they were all

Once walking into the hotel I loved that it smelled clean. Love that they offer a pool and hot tub and the best part is the layout of the pool area. They have beautiful plant's and trees 😍 The room was clean and beds were just right. Friendly staff 💚

The pool inside is great with the sun beating down like it is. The kids loved it, on the other hand the hot tub needs resurfacing it was hard to be in. the breakfast was good everyday, and the rooms are clean and house keeping was very attentive. The coffee machine available 24 hrs was excellent with alot of variety.

I love this hotel. We have stayed here before and for the money it is amazing. Right on the beach and very clean. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the room and even thought it was after hours we were let in with no complaint (it was only 30 minutes) but we appreciated the friendliness in that moment. Will definitely recommend as well as stay here the next time we are in town!!

2nd floor smelled really bad when u got off elevators. Room was hot, but was able to adjust temperature. Shower too small, breakfast not appetizing, so like they say: You get what you pay for…..

The people at the front desk were most helpful, right from the check-in! Rooms are roomy overlooking the pool area! The pool is indoor- another plus! full breakfast menu each morning, awesome! Ample parking! Located on the frontage road to put us back on the interstate quick and easy.... very conveniently located! Will stay there again, when the opportunity presents itself! Thank you!

The atrium pool area is not climate controlled. The first day was hot and humid with the added annoyance of mosquitoes. It is probably a better amenity in the winter months. The room smelled like an old ash tray. The fee for the room was much higher than I saw on Expedia when I was actually there. Almost double. I feel I overpaid by a long shot. The general cleanliness of the hotel was very good as well as the attentiveness of most of the staff. My very picky wife found it to be clean enough to relax, even though the room smells like old cigarettes.

Nice hotel with indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was better than most hotels. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gym had almost nothing in it. We went to the hot tub one night, and there were 3 guys drinking heavily and playing music loudly at the table next to it. The highway is right out the front door, so it was a little loud at night.

This hotel met our expectations and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would rebook this hotel.

The only thing I would recommend is to get rid of the carpet. Musty smell our allergies acted up. Other than that great! Shower was amazing and soft pillows

Love the hot tub breakfast was great the room was clean it just had a sour smell. Didn't appreciate the housekeeper using her key and enter our room without knocking. I told the manager he act like he didn't care, so I decided not to go back at this hotel

I only had contact with the DAY staff at the front desk and she was a delight and very helpful. She needs to be considered AN ASSET. The breakfast bar was adequate and the staff assisting was pleasant and always at the ready to help with any questions or needs. Rooms need a little TLC - carpet worn, blackout drapes are loosing their blackout fabric. Shower nozzle needs to be updated. It lacked water pressure and I was unable to move the direction or flow.

Attended a concert in Selma and it ended later so we got a room here. The facility itself is clean. The room was clean no issues, my husband loved that you can access the balcony from the room. It has a beautiful aesthetic inside and out. The pool is in the middle of a courtyard with surrounding tables that allows guests to eat and enjoy a swim. The continental breakfast had a variety and was nice and fresh. Would definitely return for another staycation in the future.

I found this little gem trying to save a little money on a tournament weekend. The hotel was well-kept, our rooms were incredibly clean and well-maintained, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was very good and well-attended. There is a really pretty atrium that added a neat touch. It had a sense of personal ownership that reminded me of when hotels were run and managed by families. Great stay!

Room was great! Spacious, real comfy bed, and had a large hanging closet and lots of drawers for anyone planning a long stay. Our room was by the atrium with the pool. Was really cool that our sliding glass door opened up straight out to the atrium and we easily could've just walked out to get in the pool. Our son and grandbaby live in the area and we will definately be back when we come to visit later on. This hotel will be our 1st choice.

An unexpected pleasure this hotel had the best breakfast I’ve had in a hotel. It was clean, I enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. I would definitely stay again.

Breakfast and kitchen staff was very good. Common areas were very clean. Beds were clean & comfortable. Room was not as good. Carpet was very dirty with obvious liquid spills. Shower had black hair on tfe wall. Not ours - we are gray.

Friendly staff and location is ok but the only complaints I have are (1) The beds are extremely hard.. was there for 2 nights and hardly any sleep. (2) if the pool closes at 9:30 then they need to enforce that time. When you have a room close to the pool after 9:30 you hear everything

That was easy to overlook with all the other things, but would be spectacular with a little bit softer beds. Great stay!!!

Location was great! The property itself is older and not that clean, has an old smell. Pool area is fantastic!

Our room was 85F when we walked in and it took hours to cool off. This is my 1 and only complaint. They knew we were coming, so they could of had it at least 75F for us. The room was clean, the breakfast was fine, but walking into the hot room was not fun. It did cool off by 10ish that night, but was just uncomfortable.

Two words- BED BUGS!!! The room was so infested the bugs were crawling on the pillows. Thankfully, I saw the bugs before unpacking .

The stuff here is so rude, I told him my original room is so noisy because of the ice vending machine, he told me he has been working here for 18 years, and just let me close door. This is the rudest front desk I’ve ever seen, I’ll never stay in best western again

It was a beautiful hotel, only downside was it was so hot. The upstairs where we stayed had the air conditioning turned off we checked in at 6:30 and our room did not start to cool off until midnight.

We stayed Aug 15th 2025 room 208. To start the hallway and the room smelled my wife had to spray her perfume. Then we found food in the refrigerator. Then we noticed in one side of the bed the carpet was black and sticky. Then we found ants on the other side of the bed on the wall and night stand. We found a lighter and beer top and a soda bottle under the bed. The comforter and pillows were dirty we called and had those replaced. We went to go to the hot tubbthe clerk said let me show you there's some chemicals on one side the other side is OK so my grandson got in on the side the clerk said he got blue sicky stuff all over the back of swimnsuut he just got for his birthday this was his first time to wear it. We showed the clerk he looked at me and said we don't know how to fix

The reason for my three star score had to do with the front and breakfast staff. The facilities (room, lobby, maintenance, cleanliness) were excellent. The cleanliness of the room and maid staff were excellent. Upon arrival, I had a minor issue with the check-in staff. There was a miscommunication between the two of us, which ended with him implying that it was my fault entirely. On checkout, another minor issue I have never encountered regarding a receipt, "We can't print it out" -- you have to go to Expedia. This has never happened before in all my reservations with Expedica. And, lo and behold, the second Expedia hotel on the trip offered to print and/or send my receipt to my email. So, there stars. The breakfast staff were unfriendly and marginally helpful, but they did keep the breakfast area clean and supplied.

fully enjoyed my stay. reasonably priced motel, clean modern room, well maintained premises with courtyard and pool, warm breakfast (eggs, juice, etc.), courteous staff. highly recommended
