Me and my family actually walked all our nights because the river walk was such a great distance from the hotel and enjoyed breakfast each morning, different options each day and I enjoyed it
- 2/5
Too many bugs on first floor. Giant roaches as well. Very humid and sheets are cheap thin
- 3/5
Very worn. Wallpaper falling off walls, carpet stained, board games offered are all mixed up and unusable. Staff, including ballet, are wonderful
- 5/5
I like everything about this hotel, except one thing, although I did give you a 10 star review. One thing is- absence of help with the luggage. On top of that, no rolling carts. I still wanted to give you an exceptional score because of the great staff and overall cleanliness of this hotel.
- 5/5
Good location to restaurant and river walk There web site didn't show was no parking other than valet parking at 35.00 a day
- 2/5
The walls are extremely thin. You can hear everything. The maids start vacuuming early all around you when you are trying to sleep. You can hear stomping all the way down the hall from the floors above. You can tell they took an existing building, threw up some thin Sheetrock, and gave it a facelift. There is mandatory valet parking because there is no parking unless you want to park under the overpass with the junkies that hang out there.

Parking is $40, might at as well pay for a more expensive hotel with parking included.
- 1/5
Rooms and bathrooms were filthy. I even found dead cockroaches around the bed.
- 2/5
No parking available on site have to use the valet which cost money or park across the street which also cost money. Room smelled musty. Whole place felt dirty did not feel clean at all. Pool looks way better online. Also $100 deposit held which was not stated before checking in.
- 4/5
There is no parking included besides valet which is $35 a day. There is a public parking lot but the day pass expires everyday at midnight.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff and location was great. Comfy bed and good breakfast

National wide outage for Hilton so we couldn’t check in. Finally after 8pm they manually checked us in. Pool was not clean and unusable.

Everything was nice I love the location the parking not so much we were checked in like six hours late because the system was down I did not like that

Everything was perfect. The valet, the check in, the staff, the room. Great, just smooth as can be. We stayed here to be close to the imax, and it all worked out perfectly.

There is absolutely zero parking at this building, zero, I was told valet for parking was 40 dollars and was charged 50 dollars, homeless population on the street around and in the hotel entrance was horrible, very uncomfortable, I got cursed at by a homeless lady asking for me to go inside and make her a cup of coffee while waiting for the valet to bring my truck. Building is brand new but the location and the atmosphere absolutely horrible! Could not even rest because of inside foot traffic and the concern of where my truck was taken, horrible location!
- 3/5
The maid service didn’t want to give extra towels and did a very poor job cleaning room I have pictures upon request
- 3/5
On a positive note, Mercedes, the front desk manager, was absolutely amazing. She went completely out of her way to make me feel comfortable and took the time to genuinely listen to my complaints about the valet situation. While her excellent customer service was greatly appreciated, the hotel really needs to address the issues with PMC.
- 2/5
The concept was really nice of how the hotel is set up and were it’s located. Room 110 had water bugs coming out of some opening in. In the we hours we were there there were 3 hug ones scurrying across the floor . It was a sold out night because of a concert or something. Although i had graduation the next morning i had to suffer through the night until the next morning. No accommodations to help get through the night except for a man spraying blue liquid in a spray bottle.
- 4/5
This hotel was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. However, there is no self parking and the valet gets your car when they feel like it, not when it's needed.
- 4/5
Clean rooms and easy walk to shopping and activities.

In my opinion, $200 dollars a night? Not worth the price... won't stay there again.

Personnel was polite and helpful it was quite close to Riverwalk was able to walk there bed were clean and comfortable Parking might be an issue just getting to self parking. Some street were confusing to get there

Check in There is no parking at this facility and no where in the booking did it speak about that, to make matters worse the haphazard Valet service you had would not park a dually(again not mentioned). So we had to park in a paid parking there accrossed the street. Saturday when we went to our Truck to put our bags in before going to work at the convention center for the day low and behold our tail lights had been stolen out of our truck($953.26) worth of tail lights. No I am not satisfied with my stay, the cost or the ammenities what so ever.........

Clean room. Convenient, walking distance to Alamodome, Convention Center and Riverwalk. 15 mins away from San Antonio Airport.

It was a great home base and the games in the lobby are really fun.

Very clean nice staff. Pool too small.

Great stay!

Breakfast was good, location was great. Staff were amazing When we first arrived, it was raining and our room had a leak, either from the rain or AC. I notified the front desk and immediately moved us to another room. Thank you I was expecting a more San Antonio Breakfast. Room was small but very nice.

Thing is they do not have parking have to walk 10 minutes to a decent parking garage, which is not a big deal
- 3/5
The hotel was pretty clean but we did have trouble with some giant roaches that showed up inside because of the heat. It is not that the hotel was not clean, they were just coming inside to the cool of the hotel from the city heat because it was so hot. Other than that the plae and people were amazing.
- 5/5
It’s a great location! We were able to walk to most of the places we visited. There wasn’t a lot a space to walk our dog.

Disappointing
- 5/5
Enjoyed a nice clean hotel when walking in and our room was super clean and neat!
- 3/5
What I didn’t like about is there’s no self parking. You either have to look for a parking lot in other places or used there VIP parking which costs you $ 40.00 a night. Breakfast is ok, there’s not much selection. No fresh fruits to put on the yogurt. There was no orange juice. The strawberry kiwi juice is water down. The hot coffee and decaf are good. I didn’t realize the room that I chose is small. The picture that I saw is different. I should pay more attention. The bedroom floor is wooden, I wished they have a placement mats or rugs by the bed for your feet to step on before you lie down on bed.
- 4/5
The rolls were very clean and the staff was super friendly. Free breakfast was nice! Elevators need work. The skip your floor and sometimes don’t open, kinda scary because they shake a bit. Also they have no parking but they do have valet and it’s extra per day.

Like the price👍
- 5/5
This hotel is very nice. It's a short walk to the Alamo and the Riverwalk. The breakfast had a lot of options and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I would stay here again!
- 5/5
I would definitely go back again. Couldn't beat the price and they had a VERY large breakfast!
- 1/5
I'll start by saying, I'm not a big review person, so for me to do this is very telling. My 1 star rating consists of slow returns from valet (the parking lot is a couple blocks away from the hotel), lack of attention from the front desk staff (most of the ladies were in their phones), room service (I asked for turnover and was told the staff was busy) towels were limited and there was no soap in the dispenser and the iron and ironing board was broken, maintenance (one of the elevators malfunctioned while I was in it. It wouldn't open on my and another family's floor when it was supposed to and it swayed left to right as if it was barely secured in the shaft. I lost my footing, fell and hit my head. In the hallway of the 4th floor, you can feel the boards through the carpet.) I'm highly disappointed and won't book here ever again.

I stayed here a few years ago when it just opened, and I must say this visit was not as pleasant. Wallpaper was peeling in the hall and the rooms. The toilet paper holder came out of the cabinet, and the carpet and floor in the hall were in shambles. The elevator was so scary, we opted to take the stairs. Sometimes it would open, and sometimes it wouldn't, and you had to go to the next floor.
- 5/5
Every thing was perfect except the noise of air conditioning in 229
- 4/5
Parking (valet) cost nearly as much as the room. Good location however and the breakfast decent.
- 4/5
I had a wonderful stay. The amenities were all fully functioning and the staff was very helpful with any questions we may have had. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the parking situation. Valet was 36.00 a night, and there were no additional parking options provided
- 5/5
Overall nice hotel.
- 3/5
The room was pretty clean, but the A/C out in the halls of the hotel was never fully at a comfortable temperature. We had a little bit of an issue with our room not being tended to. We stay 4 days and only received 1 cleaning service and ran out of towels. Aside from that, the stay was nice. It was close enough to the riverwalk and other places.
- 5/5
The staff were very nice.
- 5/5
There are a lot of hotels in the downtown San Antonio area. Right next to the river walk and Alamo, both a 5 minute walk. For a smaller hotel (only 4 floors) it actually has a ton of amentities. Pool, laundry, gym, breakfast included. Room had everything I needed. Only thing missing that usually in hotel rooms was a safe. You can tell it’s a newer hotel. Nice lobby as well. Staff was there 24/7 and incredibly friendly and helpful
- 4/5
The lady at the desk is exceptionally helpful and friendly. Give her a raise or you will loose her. She is gifted with hospitality and service.
- 4/5
It was good
- 4/5
Pica varied as en el desayuno
- 5/5
Although I did not take advantage of the amenities offered, the staff did make sure to let me know what what was available. The rooms were also well maintained and clean.
- 2/5
We thought this would be a safer area but nothings truly walkable, its a few blocks to get to anything. Also this is more about the crowd than the hotel but twice during our stay, 2 different people were over served and puking in the lobby and in front of the building. Also parking isn't attached to the building, its 2 blocks away so you have to valet and it takes about 15 minutes to get your car every time. We're not coming back
- 5/5
Everything was great, it's very nearby to the Alamo and River Walk!
- 5/5
Everything overall was 5 stars!!!! Just one thing PARKING LOT, THEY HAVE NO PARKING LOT AT ALL, IF YOU WANT THEY HAVE VALET FOR LIKE $40 A DAY.
- 5/5
Really Good
- 5/5
Clean and convenient. Great location!!!
- 5/5
Food and room situations were very good
- 5/5
Hotel was clean, quiet, brightly lit. Within a ten minute walk to sights and shopping. Breakfast was hot fresh and well stocked.
- 5/5
Room was clean but small. No drawers or closet. A bar to hang clothes on. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice. Lobby clean. Staff was friendly. Great location.
- 3/5
Requested house keeping but they never sent anyone. Breakfast options are not good. We booked this hotel because of Hilton name. I won't stay here in near or far future.
- 1/5
Give your travelers a heads up or a call that there giving your room away and going to put you into a king room with 4 people that doesn't sleep 4 so yeah
- 5/5
The location was great and I enjoyed the staff. I didn’t like that they only had a cart and we had to carry all of our stuff up to our room. We had a lot of luggage.
- 2/5
I originally picked this hotel because i had stayed here before and had a wonderful time. This time was a totally different experience.
- 5/5
Parkimg was easy
- 5/5
Great breakfast options, extremely friendly staff, I would stay there again.
- 5/5
Pleasantly surprised. It is very nice inside. You do have to be prepared for the parking situation.

- 5/5
Simply said, this was a nice, basic hotel.
- 4/5
I like it but the same day we got there they broke my son truck window but they take day and the parking lot money off
- 4/5
They charge for parking and they didnt allow big vans park there. We had to pay the hotel in front to allow us to park in their area.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 2/5
The staff was great.... however the room size was too small and having no parking available was a complete disappointment. I tip the valet people even though they was ways late bringing me my car
- 3/5
Ok for the price it wasn’t terrible, the breakfast was mediocre, not much of a variety, white bread or wheat bread fruit loops or Cheerios or raisin brand. The ROOMS were tiny , we had a huge pole in our room and it just felt very claustrophobic. THE BEDS were hard as a rock woke up like every other hour to roll over and adjust from discomfort. My head and neck are so stiff I can’t turn my head around to look back ! The restroom was decent sized and the clean and the water was hot ! The air conditioning worked so good though it was nice and cool in our room . Now PARKING is ridiculous there is not parking you have to pay for valet 40$ and they park your car like 3-4 blocks away with no cameras or security watching the vechicles over night . There is only 1 valet person so it will take a while to get your car because they have to walk over there and go get your car , but the valet drivers were all so super nice and friendly ! Now you can park your car under the bridge across the street which is public parking but there are so many homeless people I feel it’s unsafe, there are like 5 parking spots right in front of the hotel it’s free at night but during the day you pay like 3$ for the whole day but if you move your car you won’t get that spot again, we lucked out got the spot when someone left and then we never moved our car , therefor we didn’t go and do much this visit we walked downtown and called uber ! Spend a little more and get parking with your hotel somewhere else!
- 1/5
Would never book this place again! We made a reservation for 3 days here and had a medical emergency with my daughter and place not only would not refund our money they lady we talked to kept hanging up on us cause she was mad. I'd call right back asking to speak to a manager she'd hang right back up on me. Still never received a refund
- 5/5
Everything was just perfect!
- 3/5
Overall a good location for us as it was walkable to the River Walk and a 10 min drive to the Frost Center for a concert (we were just staying the 1 night). We parked in a SA city parking lot right next to the hotel (1 min or less walk) which was very affordable (did not use the hotel valet parking which was $35). However, the cleanliness of our hotel room was very questionable. Upon arriving, there were short dark hairs in the bathroom (on the bathroom counter, in the shower) and the top decorative sheet on the bed had make-up on it (making me think that they don't clean the decorative top sheet between guests). Overall, it was an OK stay; free breakfast and we felt safe in the area.

Rooms are decent. Free breakfast options are varied and tasty. Valet parking is expensive. There is a motel right across the street with free parking. Also, there is a person trying to pressure you into paying in advance for some Hilton package which you may or may not ever use. I am on vacation and don't care to listen to one of your employees trying to shill even more money out of me. I would stay somewhere else on my next visit.

The parking only valet and it was just too much

- 3/5
Doable. Not as nice as other Tru by Hilton properties that I stayed at. They over booked and did not have the 2 queen beds we needed. We ended up having to make do with a king size room. The pool area furniture had bird poop all over it. Honesty disappointing.
- 1/5
Perhaps the most traumatizing, miserable hotel stay I’ve ever experienced in my life.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff
- 5/5
Seems like everything was perfect
- 5/5
Excellent stay.
- 4/5
Great breakfast, wonderful staff — perfect for a family getaway.
- 3/5
The hotel was clean (but very thin walls, hear every conversation in next room), staff was polite, and good location to walk to the Riverwalk but the parking makes it a NO if you are driving! Zero parking at hotel, valet only for $40 extra a night and only one valet worker for a booked hotel was a nightmare!!!
- 2/5
Rooms were not cleaned, no housekeeping for the days we stayed (2 nights), trash wasn’t picked up, toilet wasn’t cleaned. The whole hotel did not smell good at all. Only good thing was front desk person Aaliyah, she was very pleasant, friendly, and caring.
- 2/5
This place should not really be able to claim Riverwalk. Sure it's close enough if you want to walk 5 blocks to get to the Riverwalk. It looked terrible from the outside, and the only parking available was Valet being parked blocks away or a lot across the street at $100/day. I couldn't get a refund, but we didn't stay here and ended up at a hotel closer to where we wanted to be.
- 4/5
Super nice staff. Shower door was broken so we had to deal with water leaking. Other than that close to the Almo and 5 min walk to the riverwalk
- 5/5
This hotel was in perfect proximity to the riverwalk with affordable prices. The staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay here and will probably stay here again on our next adventure.
- 3/5
Room was great. There was no hotel parking and had to pay extra for Vallet parking. When I asked the check in guy about why no hotel parking he was unconcerned and shrugged. Crime high enough that I did not feel safe in community lots that still charge about the same.
- 5/5
The room was clean, service was good, amenities were good as well!
