I asked for another room and the next room they gave me smelled completely like cigarette smoke, even though I booked a non-smoking room due to my asthma and allergies. I let them know this and was told it’s probably just coming from the outside. At that point, I didn’t feel comfortable staying there anymore and inquired about a cancellation/refund. I was told the manager is the only one who can issue a refund and he was not there at the time and was told to come back in the morning and he would be there. I then proceeded to spend the next week on a wild goose chase trying to get in contact with the manager. Each time I went when I was told he would be there, he wasn’t and they gave a new excuse each time. They refused to give me a phone number where I could contact him and I was told they couldn’t call him themselves either. After many days I finally received an email with a very blunt response denying any refund for any of the days. I lost a lot of money and gained about 3 new gray hairs by booking this place. Save yourself

There is NO breakfast as advertised!!! The pool is a swamp!!!!!! No ekevators! Staff was unhelpful!! This hotel is completely run-down and I hate I paid for it, really want some of my money back to be quite frank!!!!and yes I do have pictures!!!!!

It was literally 90 degrees inside the building!!! The rooms were hot and the air conditioner was barely cooling the room off @ a standing temp of 77 degrees which is still hot.

Location, it is close to the downtown. It appears to be old and emits a humid odor.

The price and location is good. I checked in on 20 July. I was supposed to check out on 24 July per my reservation. I bought the Trip insurance in case I needed to leave early. I checked out on 22 July and was charged through the 24th. I've tried calling the facility multiple times, never got through. The guy working at the hotel Wednesday at 1030 in the morning, told me I was good, blocked my number then charged me for days I was NOT at the hotel. I do not support places that scam. This hotel employee was/is wrong! Of course I'm never staying here again. Booking.com should drop them from their website!

This motel was good like 7 years ago but now it's real run down now they had to change me rooms like 3 times n the pool was dirty so we couldn't enjoy that n the rooms wasn't really cold it was just bad over all

When we arrived the first room had mold and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut. The second room smelled so bad we left immediately. The third room had damage but we were able to stay. The staff was friendly and patient. The hotel definitely needs repairs and probably should not be rented until the mold is taken care of. We would have preferred to have gone to a different hotel but had prepaid and couldn’t get a refund.

N/A Room smelled like cigarettes. I was asked to be moved to another room as I had kids traveling with me. They just sprayed Lysol.

Great value for the price! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick, and the location made it easy to get around San Antonio. I'd stay here again.

The covered pool The water faucet in the tub leaked from the on/off dial. There was a huge soft spot in the floor under the window. The bed made all sorts of noise, like the bed frame was broken or cracked. The lamps had charging ports but none worked. If you stay here. Don’t stay in room 110

We have been booking this hotel for the past 4 years. It serves its purpose for stay a few days. Needs to be updated but still is ok to stay at. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Convenient to alot of facilities.

Very helpful staff, but site advertises airport shuttle and this location does not have a shuttle. Plenty of onsite parking, room smelled like cigs, if you are on a VERY tight budget like I was this day then go for it. It’s 11 min from the airport

We stayed here with family and had a pleasant experience. There was a minor delay with the air conditioning, but it was resolved shortly. The outside pool area was pleasant to relax in. The rooms were sufficient in size and appeared to be clean throughout our stay.

Editing to add that theres soft spots in the floors and that the cops had to be called by another guest because someone down the hall was screaming for hours like she was being killed. (Not sure what actually happened but I think she was fine) The Wi-Fi didnt work, the air conditioner was on its last leg and horribly loud, we had no coffee pot in our room specifically, the ice machine was broken, the floor was sticky, the breakfast was pitiful, etc. Basically, just dont book here. The pictures i added just dont even begin to show how bad it really was

I was charged before we arrived even though I picked the pay at hotel option. I was also charged a $100 deposit which wasn’t disclosed to us beforehand. The room was supposed to be a suite with a sofa bed but was not. The first room they had us in reeked of cigarette smoke but the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. We were moved to another room. This room smelled better but was in terrible shape. The entire hotel was run down and needed a deep clean. The ice machine was broken. The only breakfast available was juice. There was what appeared to be black mold on the walls. The bathroom door didnt close properly. Water pressure was very low. We asked for towels and they weren’t brought until we left. The mattress had cigarette burns. We were very disappointed in our stay and for the price we just expected better. There were stray cats everywhere and near the pool. The side door was broken to enter the hotel as well.

Don't use your credit card, they will scam you

The stay was ok. Would not stay there again. Property was not in the best conditions. Pictures showing in expedia shows a nicer hotel. Rooms were clean overall.

The hotel had a smell and was warm. The AC never really cooled down the room. Poor job with cleaning the fridge had a box of fries chicken left over so that wasn’t taken care of. WiFi wouldn’t connect. Just would not choose this hotel again.

Near major attractions like The Alamo and AT&T Center, as well as downtown. Getting around without spending a lot of time stuck in traffic was simple.

We switched 3 rooms in the beginning of our stay, the first 216 smelled like marijuana definitely didn’t want to sleep smelling it all night long, 208 the bed was nasty and traces of bed bugs, 206 last room the dresser was broken and hole in closet from the safe being ripped off at one point, the only good about this place was staff being nice especially the housekeeper, owners/management should make sure beds aren’t nasty encase them if they don’t want bed bugs and stains, carpet clean the room every so often would help with those who smoke pot & break the rules for a non smoking hotel because the smell lingers in on everything, had I been able to get my refund and book elsewhere I would have

Parking lot is small (had for two cars to drive at once) and was hard to find the entrance. The room when I got in was very hot and the door was ver hard to close.

There was no breakfast.It advertised on their screen at the front desk that there was a grab and go breakfast there was nothing.It was 8:30am and they were out of coffee and had no plans of making more.The beds were soo uncomfortable.The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

We booked two rooms. There was hair in both bathrooms, fingernail clippings in one room, hair on the blankets, food on the stairs for all 3 days, the hotel and rooms smelled like urine and mold, the towels were dirty, there were bugs. We were advised there would be breakfast and there was not either morning

When the room was booked the details said slept six (family of five) but got there and only two beds. No roll away, no couch. Asked front desk if had roll away or cot and was told “no”. Bed linens and towels had yellow and rust (blood) colored stains. The roller chair in the room had white powdery substance on the seat. The smoke detector had a paper towel wrapped around it with duct tape. The entery overhead light was burned out. Additional lamps were missing light bulbs. The remote to the TV was missing batteries. Had to make a Walmart run to purchase a blowup bed, towels/washclothes, batteries for the remote, pillow cases, extra linens for the extra bed. The pictures of the property looked fine but please don’t be fooled by them. This place is not family friendly and was just nasty. We were scheduled to stay three nights but checked out after the first night and now I have to see why I was charged an extra $100 for the deposit.

In all of my traveling this is one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When we got in the room, we spent over an hour cleaning the AC, bathroom, and the room. It was absolutely filthy. We were suppose to have 1 young person stay with us but unable to because there was no bedding available for the pull out couch. The only reason we even stayed one night because we were down for a competition. Breakfast was a complete joke. A bag was given with a bar in it. The next day, there were 4 or 5 families that left the hotel and forfeit an evening. We all drove home over 4 hours and arrived home around 2;00am because we refused to spend another night there. Also in my room our room the dead bolt would not lock. The staff literally did not seem concerned, The pictures that are being posted from this hotel are not what represented any of the rooms that the 5 families received.

Slow internet, pool was closed, Ice machine broke, dryer was broke, only one Tv worked didn’t have a remote, bed was uncomfortable, bath tube was dirty had to shower in slides, bath tube stopper didn’t work, lady at the front desk told me I couldn’t cook with my electric pan because it was a none smoking hotel, house keeping never check to see if we needed anything the four days we where there didn’t offer to clean the room or take the trash.

The hotel was beyond dirty, sticky carpet, remotes werent even for the right tvs, duct taped smoke detectors. We ended up checking out and driving home early because it was so bad. 10 for 10 do not recommend.

Refused to give me a refund after telling staff that me and my family could not stay here due to feeling unsafe and the rooms were absolutely disgusting they’re were feces in the bathrooms stains on the bedding and food on the floor! After showing me two more rooms they all were in the same condition! If you want to catch something book this hotel pictures are deceiving looks nothing like the pictures! If I could give negative stars I would!!! I will be contacting BBB and corporate this place needs to be investigated would not do the right thing and refund me after refusing to stay there had to book another hotel

Due to the property's proximity to a major street, I was expecting some road noise, but I was taken aback by how quiet the hotel room was. I had a restful night's sleep. The bed was cozy enough for a restful night's sleep.

The airport shuttle was the main reason I picked this location when I was in town for work. It greatly reduced the stress of my early morning departure. For emails and brief video conferences, the WiFi was dependable enough.

Breakfast was easy but practical. Instead of looking for a café first thing in the morning, I liked that I could quickly grab something before leaving.

Room feel neglected, poor maintain, holes on the walls, holes on the upholstery, dirty glasses, dirty carpet, my original room had problems with the window since it couldn’t close and seal all the way, rain could filtered easily. Noise pass through all the rooms, no coffe any time, or breakfast, no ice, doors were not sealed and during my stay I just hope nothing happened to my truck. I didn’t feels safe at all.

Building & rooms very bad condition, mold in bathroom. Bathroom door couldn’t even shut because it’s been nailed over so many times and dirty carpet floors. Turned our bare feet black. Also, no snacks or vending machines like advertised.

Air conditioner was louder than a train, rug was stained everywhere , mirrors dirty, refrigerator was old and not adjustable the nob was broken off had to change rooms at check in . The odor of marijuana was everywhere, coffe machine only let out slightly brown water that didn’t taste like coffee.

Hole in floor, hair in towels, not enough blankets, they brought us a urine stained mattress cover as a “blanket”, and could literally see outside through the FLOOR where it meets outside wall! It was scary bad!!

Good for the price

The staff was great the room was really nice and clean. The only two things were the Internet didn't work very well really low signal cutting in and out had to use my cell phones Internet for the three days I was there. Also would be nice if they had vending machines I came with supplies to save money but when running out their were no soda machines or chips snacks and amenities are really far away if you don't have a car even if your buss bound. Other then that stay was great.

The staff was not very friendly, our television never worked and we kept getting the run around as to why. We have to change rooms because the first room smelled and the bathroom door was falling apart. The beds were very worn out and hurt our backs. There breakfast didn't exist. I would never stay here again.

It worked out really well for me to stay here while visiting friends in the area. It was hotter outside than I was expecting, so having a powerful air conditioner in my room was fantastic. It's quiet enough for an uninterrupted sleep.

The only downside is that the hotel could use more maintenance, especially with things like paint and doors. With some updates, this place would be even better. Overall, for the price, it was a good experience.

A pleasant surprise was the outdoor pool! It was refreshing after a long day of exploring, but I wasn't prepared for it. There were lots of chairs to unwind in, and the pool area was spotless.

I stayed here for a brief business trip, and the airport shuttle service was very helpful. My flight was very easy to get to and from, and the front desk staff was very helpful when I needed directions around the city.

I booked this room by mistake and would have probably left for a different hotel if we could have cancelled at that late date. The room wasn't in great condition--ceiling falling down in the shower. Things were painted, but not in great condition--like painting over problems. The internet worked about 25% of time. At the end of our time, I asked if we could check out at 12 rather than 11 and they gave me a firm no. In the end, we survived the stay, but I would not stay there again.

I spent two nights here while taking my kids on a short weekend trip to San Antonio. We didn't spend much time in the room, but it's undoubtedly a simple place. Everything went smoothly, and we always felt secure.

Air worked. The entire room smelled like smoke. We did not stay i took my family to firsta texas and wevwent back for our bags and checked out. Front desk sid not care. The pictures online were nothing like in person. The restroom door had screws holding it together and didnt close the inside of the restroom was moldy and filthy. It seems like the staff knows and does not care they are aware of what they are selling. I want a refund im not sure why expidia would even let the post on their site.

I was expecting delays or problems because I checked in fairly late at night, but everything went without any issues. The room I was given was quiet and serene because it was on the upper floor and away from the road. That was greatly appreciated after a lengthy drive.

Hole on sheet looks like from a burn. Side of the fridge dirty some old French fries there. Don’t have anything to drink or snacks to buy. Pool is super dirty and green. Nothing like pictures online not happy at all.

This property was one of the worst experiences I've had with hotels. It was dirty the bed covers were stained. Our room had a sofa bed, the mattress was so old and uncomfortable. I had to go get the sheets and pillows for it. Oh and she made me got with her all the way back to the laundy room so i could get what i needed. Also no sheets for the bed just some floral thin cover. This was a horrible stay. I am glad we were only staying 1 night.

The was ambience was not there as I entered the business because it was uncomfortable due to how hot it was in the building. Although the room was cool. Also was asking about a missing iron that was missing at my arrival. Really, I need a iron that bad!

The front staff was rude. The toilet barely flushed. It a old moldy smell.

Building needs some updates. But it meet our weekend needs. It was quiet, convenient to other locations.

Cons: No waffle breakfast as seen in pictures. Just get a brown paper bag. Like the ones they used to give out at school. And you have to ask for it. Cleanliness pretty nasty. When walking with croc sandles I could feel the carpet stick and peel from the sole of them. No a/c in the hallways. The pool was dirty and not clean.

When first arriving the area was sketchy. The front desk has writing on the front counter. There were cockroaches on the floor. She gave me a room that had blood or something on the mattress so I asked for a refund it she said she could only change my room so I looked at several seems no one else stays there. The toilet seats on a couple of them were wobbly and the beds were in bad worn out condition. I found on what was decent but I will NEVER stay there again. There was no breakfast as was in the listing. No one to even see to ask for assistance. Seemed desolate. If my son wasn't with me it would be quite frightening. The staff was nice when I did see them they gave me new towels and asked if I needed anything else. But the condition of this hotel is horrible.
