So the only good thing is the location and the lady that works in front counter was pretty decent What could have been better they could have not tried to rob me they didn't have to kick my door under the disguise as housekeepers accompanied by the housekeeper and another employee. Broke in my room to steal my things, my belongings, and tried to jump me when they find out I was in there. They went through my things and went in my room and everyday but nothing was eve cleaned in my room so went did they go in and move things around? The same thugs followed me out the hotel every day for that week before they broke in., will never replace all that is missing from my possessions. Some things were sentimental. No replacement value will suffice for things I can never get back,

Is it fine if I say nothing ? Rooms smell straight up cigarettes , bed, sheets felt dirty , having trouble with closing restroom door , any maintenance in particular don’t really recommend for family’s trips

Honestly I didn’t like anything about the property other than the gentleman at the front desk who did me a solid. I appreciate him for that. Also even though I paid a real good decent price, the room was not what I had expected. I didn’t not get what I paid for unfortunately. The fact that I ordered and requested a certain type of room but wasn’t given the opposite, the smell, the inconsiderate neighbors just banging on the walls, the unclean bathtub, the horrible job of covering up stains with certain placements of furniture, the dead bugs left behind in the room, the small size full bed frame with a twin size mattress.

Staff we're nice Room was very dirty, door to the room was broken as well as the bathroom door. Mold in the tub/shower. We did not feel safe.

The price The door was hard to open, then you get assaulted by the stank of cigarettes, there were roaches and lies in the room. Everything was falling apart. There’s a 10 minute deadline to cancel and get your money back and I see why! The pics on Booking must be from when they first opened. I’ll have to write off the money I lost as the dummy tax.
