The room was clean and spacious. We appreciated the full size refrigerator and kitchen sink. The breakfast had waffles, fresh scrambled eggs (no powder), meat, oatmeal and a different side or special each day. No fruit at breakfast. Coffee and orange and apple juice from concentrate (not worth it IMO). Milk but no milk alternatives. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. They have a feee shuttle to Sea World. It runs hourly during peak times but since we were there non peak, they ran by request. We were in an accessible room with a floor level shower and no shower curtain. There was a pane of glass that extended over half the shower so water would get on the bathroom floor when showering. I’m not sure if that setup is limited to accessible rooms.

Just ok. Staff were very friendly and nice. The elevator was out, room smelled kinda off, couldn’t tell if it was a previous cleaning product didn’t love the room art. Breakfast was ok and it looked clean.

It’s very close from sea world. The only issue I had was the bed in the room and that I asked for a blanket and never got it .

Workers greeted you every time you inter the building. Ms. Terry the housekeeper was awesome and nice supported me and my family towels and removed trash from our room. N/A

We stayed for one full week for our son’s BMT Graduation. The property is not shiny and new but it is decently clean. All of the staff we encountered were kind and accommodating. We had to ask for more toilet paper, Kleenex and paper towels because they were not restocked during the every other day brief cleaning. It wasn’t a big deal. We just asked the front desk. The pool is nice if you wait until after around 4:30pm the building shades the entire pool. Our 7 year old enjoyed the splash feature and waterfall. The breakfast food was good. Three hot options, waffles, cold cereal, oatmeal with lots of toppings and a selection of breads and pastries. It’s definitely worth getting up a bit early for breakfast because it got pretty crowded close to the end of breakfast hours. There was a small store with snacks, toiletries and even some frozen dinners. We didn’t buy anything except water but it was a good amenity. We stayed in a suite with a king size bed and couch bed. It gave us a good amount of space to hang out in the room. The fridge is a good size. We made a Costco run and bought snacks and drinks for the week. It worked out great.

Stayed at Westover Blvd. Hotel in July 26. It was a great location. Shuttle service available. Easy self parking. Nice breakfast available and coffee throughout the day. The customer service was very good.

The hotel lobby was clean. The room itself was not completely clean. We found two different used socks under the beds. Plus the sitting sofa chair had several crumbs on it. We had trouble with the water pressure while showering, and washing our hands. At times the water would stopped running. Told the front desk and said they couldn’t do anything about it because it was the weekend. Besides having those room troubles everything else was ok.

I waited 20 minutes to check in because the only check in person was on the phone. Breakfast was good. Lots of options. Would’ve been nice if pool opened earlier than 10 AM. Fitness center was better than most, but room was too warm. Rooms a little outdated.

I enjoyed the breakfast, shuttle service, pantry and the knowledgeable staff. The staff made this the best stay. No matter what I asked pertaining to the hotel or city. They had an answer. I didn't like the size of the room which is just my preference. I also didn't like not having a tube for my son to bath but, we made it work with the shower.

The first lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The man that came on shift after her was rude and very unpleasant. The room was fairly clean, although there was visible mold in the shower. I wouldn't stay here again.

Afternoon/evening desk clerk Camryn was wonderful and so kind to my daughter every time we interacted! Good breakfast with friendly and attentive staff keeping items full (especially Maribel), nice rooms with soft mattresses, my daughter enjoyed the pool, and proximity to Sea World and Aquatica was perfect for our trip. Would stay here again!

Stay had everything we needed. Early summer but pool wasn’t ever packed.

Great staff, the room could definitely use a bit of updating, saw some old water damage and the doors paint was scraped off. Breakfast was great, the shuttle was very convenient. Overall it was a great experience.

As always breakfast and the staff was the best. I love staying here as they are consistent in every area.

The room and dining areas were clean. Breakfast was average, many of the sausages were over cooked. Over night one persons vehicle was broken into. The broke window was still in the parking lot with alot of broke glass. I notified the front clerk, he said they were aware of the incident. The glass should have been cleaned up immediately.

The minute we walked in the room I knew I could not stay there. The smell was musty and old. We were on the ground floor and the window was so old it still had the latch that you could slide open. Facing the busy street that was a safety concern having a window that slides. The furniture was in terrible, old condition and the carpet was filthy. The bed skirt looked disgusting as did the outdated orange chair that was practically black with dirt. The bathroom was ridiculous as well. Moldy black grout and rust. I did not unpack but went and stayed at another place while my husband remained there as we had already paid for the room for 10 days. It was a terrible experience and expensive to pay for two different places. The pictures in no way depicted the room we were given. It really ruined our 10 day vacation.

At check in I went to see my room and found a cockroach in the restroom. Immediately went to the lobby and I got my room change and got told that pest control had gone to that room but I guess it didn’t work .. breakfast was decent but not happy that waffle maker not available during the week only on weekends ..

They have awesome breakfast, friendly staff, and kitchenette in every room. Very close to Sea World and the Air Base.

Rooms are very clean spacious, love the small kitchen, and dining table. Breakfast was also good and had good food selection.

Rooms need a tad more renovations

On previous visits the breakfast was much better. The juice machine was still out of order. They did offer juice in carafes. There was no batter for the waffle maker. No fresh fruit or granola bars. We stayed for 4 days and the hallway was never vacuumed. There were crumbs and trash from the elevator to my room. It was the holiday week so it may have been a shortage of staff with the vacuuming. I hope these problems are fixed. I love staying there.

It’s a busy hotel so it is what it is but the TV did not work in one of our rooms and since the hotel was fully booked we got a bad room.

There is no place to handle towels! We were in the last room of the hotel and there were problems with the water. Easy and fast check in and check out.

We requested rooms with king beds and got queens. The billing is wrong and we have been overcharged. The staff at the desk seemed more interested in getting out of sight and back in the office than being at the front desk. They also seem to need more training on their systems.

Booked a double bed room and when i arrived at the hotel they did not have my room. They gave me a full bed and sofabed. I had to sleep on a chair because it was not enough space.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfasts were delicious, the rooms were spotless, and the staff was extremely polite and welcoming. I also loved that checkout was at 12:00 — it gave us time to enjoy a relaxed morning and have breakfast without rushing. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

I loved this hotel! The breakfast offerings were wonderful, and the room was quiet and smelled great. It was reasonably priced for what I got. I plan to stay here again the next time I'm in San Antonio.

I highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning a family trip to SeaWorld! The shuttle service to and from the park made everything so convenient, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made our stay stress-free we’ll definitely be back!

Tv location unsafe

Great place to stay when doing a Sea World trip. Clean. Safe. Worth the stay.

From check-in to checkout everyone was great. Breakfast was good plenty of options especially for a picky toddler. The shuttle service was excellent able to take us to SeaWorld and pick us up no extra charge and was extremely timely!

This was my second stay it was not as good. The AC in the first room was not working well and instead of moving us right away we were told to wait an hour…we did…it did not cool off. So at 11p we were making allowed to move. The second room looked like it was not cleaned properly. Hairs in the shower and sink. Also the shower backed up quickly and the towel holder was falling off the wall. This was not my best time there.

This location is perfectly located near Seaworld, Six flags and only 15-20 minutes from downtown, my family and I truly enjoyed our stay

Is ok

The rooms are very nice and updated. The convenience of a full kitchen was such a steal for the price as it was very affordable! It’s less than a mile away from Seaworld which we visited for my daughter’s birthday and with 2 day passes it was nice to easily be able to go back to our room to rest. Completely breakfast was great and my husband and I also utilized the gym. Of course it’s limited but it’s definitely enough to get the job done! 10/10 will stay again!

Housekeeping needs to improve in cleaning. We found trash in the room.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was fantastic. The overall rooms were just okay though. There was no A.C. in the hallways, so, it was a bit stuffy in the hotel. I had a hard time keeping my room comfortable temperature wise. Excellent location though and the staff was helpful and friendly. I would recommend for a short stay but not a long one.

Staff were very friendly and attentive to guests. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Such a convenient location for SeaWorld and the shuttle service was PLUS! Pool was nice and clean. Only downside was the breakfast eggs, texture and flavor were not the best. Other breakfast items were good. Overall, a great family-friendly hotel that we would stay at again.

Pool open till 10 so we can swim with the kids after sea world. Beautiful property and pool!
