Pretty average property

I like the breakfast there’s a lot of options and the laundry but during our stay, there was a notice that water is not available from 11am to 4pm on our second day so when we came back from Seaworld to our hotel at 11 in the evening, we expected water was available. We were really tired and ready to take a shower before going to bed but the water was still not available because the plumbers were still fixing the broken pipe up to that hour. We were really uncomfortable and when we ask the front desk that evening about what time they will fix it and when should the water comes back, they said they did not know. Overall its 1 star which is supposed to be 3.

EVERYTHING FROM THE FRONT DESK TO THE BREAKFAST LADY TO THE CLEANING CREW!!!!! Always a great stay!!! We NEVER have a problem this is our to go place. BUIUUT this time unfortunately there was NO water to shower or flush. Also if the property can announce it before we decide to stay!!!!

The front desk staff kept apologizing over and over but they were really nice, the maid didn't speak to us at all - just hand you what you want and turn her back. The lady down at the breakfast was the best one and I appreciated her she was only one putting food out and she always kept bringing out more everything that needed to be replaced. It was only 6 minutes from Six Flags that was a good thing.

Well unfortunately they had a major water leak that caused the facility to have to turn the water off for the majority of the day. Staff was great and pleasant. Not their fault. So I do not blame them. Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs and turkey sausage with normal fare. Area was clean and tables were wiped for next guest. Well stocked. Some guests played loud music at the pool till about 12am. Fortunately our room was sound proof enough that you could just tell they were playing it, or I am deaf. You pick.

Overall good experience.The only thing is the rooms are too small for our family.

had alot of room for my 4 kids and myself. Loved that ir had the kitchenette but hated the lighting it needs upper light instead of just lamps.

Staff was really nice. Really wanted to like it but the AC just wasn't holding up well. They're pet friendly so we had to try to sleep through all the barking going on next door. It's in a very unfortunate part area, you think I-10 and Huebner couldn't be too bad but you'd be wrong. Tons of unhoused folks and cops in the area since it's next to a sub station. It's alright in a pinch and getting it for 140 a night after taxes wasn't bad but overall it's definitely a 3/5 stay. Breakfast was good the first day, was hardly even put out the next day. The staff was lovely, they just seem overbooked for the summer.

It was clean and nice location The breakfast wasn’t a fan of it. Elevator on the third floor wasn’t working. Also the shower room we turned all the way to the hot and it was cold water. So we had to push to the cold and very little water was coming out of the shower to have warm water.

The staff was so welcoming and friendly our stay was fantastic☺️. They provided us with an amazing experience. Definitely worth it!! 😉

Was nice, the manager was very helpful and polite. Was really hot when you first walked in but as I got closer to my room it was really cold and nice how we like it. It was booked on mistake but if I ever come back to that area I will book again

Location The carpet was smelly. Items in the kitchen were not clean. In the shower there were 2 shampoo and 1 conditioner. No body wash in the place where the conditioner was. Only 1 elevator was working the 3 days I was there. I was expecting a great hotel especially since it had Marriott Label. No umbrella was out by the pool areas. Cleaning issues needed to be addressed.im not one to complain but I feel management needs to be aware of these issues. Thank you. Customer service were excellent.

The staff was PHENOMINAL! I did not run across one person that wasn't exceptionally helpful and very cordial!

Muy cómodo, tranquilo , el personal es muy amable y cooperativo, el desayuno es bueno, y cercas de hotel están tiendas de alimentos todo cercas y puedes ir caminando.

The place was clean and staff was friendly. But my daughter and my other daughters boyfriend got bit or something gave them bubbles on the skin and a rash from the hotel. I do not know if it was fleas, bed bugs or something at the hotel but two rooms in different locations and what are the odda of both of them getting it. I was also disappointed in the coffee. As much as I paid that was the first hotel not to have flavored coffee creamers.

Love and renovation the property.

The television in my room was very old and small for the size of the room that I had .There was not a good selection for breakfast. There was no ice maker on my floor .

Mix after 815 despite breakfast is open till 9. Several guests complained but the lady didn’t offer much . 150$ a night , pretty disappointing. Will Be mindful choosing Marriott blindly again .

I didn't like how there weren't enough pillows or blankets in the room i stay. The pillows weren't cushion enough i had a very hard time sleeping. The breakfast was alight i wish there was more options like bacon and eggs or pancakes. staff was great they totally nice and reliable at times. next time i book here i hope Expedia will fix the room issue because reserve a room for 2 beds and one sofa couch and i am very disappointed of that but i'm glad the staff got me into a different room that i can deal with.

Breakfast was good and my room hasn't availble for my 2 extra party members, so we got transfered to 2 connected rooms and it was appreciated and more convenient!

It was a good stay if you’re planning to be out and about all day. The hotel room is clean but not super clean. The sheets were stained, the bathroom floor was dirty. I was traveling with my son and he crawls so he tried going under the bed….that was filthy. But if you have no kids you’re fine. I’d stay again since I’m out and about everytime I visit. Just request for sheet change and bring slippers for the restroom.

Beds hard as a rock, room dirty and dated decoration. Water marks on ceiling, leaking water in lobby halleay. Door to room had to be opened with shoulder becsuse it stuck so bad. Staff friendly

Decent size for what was needed. Staff was great upon my arrival due to minor accident with one of the kids. Great location too.

The room was already ready and we had gotten to town early. They helped us with every question we had or if we needed anything extra no hesitation. 10 out of 10 I would stay here again.

Hotel overall seemed mostly clean but was outdated and shabby. The couch in our room was stained, the pull out mattress had old blood on it, and some of our sheets had holes. One of the reasons we chose this was based off breakfast reviews and it was just average. If there was a high volume of people, there was a great struggle to keep up with food and refill. It was ok, but I've definitely had better hotel breakfast and would choose a different hotel

The room was clean. The AC did not work well. The pool was inoperable ( beyond anyone’s control). But was overall a good stay.

Staff was courteous - room was for handicapped people. So when you showered water was all over the floor. Slippery and had to use towels so we wouldn’t fall . Ran out of towel paper , had to ask staff for more . Breakfast was good / decent.

Janky elevator and seemed a little run down

From the moment we drove up to the hotel we felt it was lacking. The outside was not well kept which indicated what the inside would likely look like. When entering the building we found unfortunately our assumptions were correct. The staff was nice and welcoming but the building itself looked very old and poorly kept up as far as cleanliness goes. The carpets looked old and floors looked like they needed a good sweeping, mopping, vacuuming. The walls we're dingy and old and the whole place smelled weird. The elevator stopped working so we had to use the stairs all the way up to the third floor. The hallway to get to our room was stuffy with what seemed like no airflow and it stunk. The actual room was cold upon entering but again stuffy. I'm glad we brought some of our own blankets and pillows because I didn't think I could have slept on theirs. We ended up buying extra blankets at Ross for our children because they weren't comfortable on the hotel sheets, a clipped toenail was found on the sofa bed when we opened it for them and at that point we thought about leaving to find another hotel. We decided to stay since it was only 2 nights and we planned to be out most of the day and would only sleep there. The breakfast in the morning was just ok nothing special. The gym lacked as well and we didn't use the pool because it got cold outside but not sure if we would have even tried had it been warm considering the condition of everything else in the hotel. Would not stay again.

The hotel staff were exceptionally kind to my family and me, and the complimentary use of the laundry facilities was a wonderful surprise. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Overall, we had a great stay.

This place and staff are not up to Marriott standards. No USB ports only a connection for dial-up which no one uses anymore. We booked an accessible room for 3 but they could only supply a room for 2 people. No cots or rollaways available.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was ok. Toilet running all day, leaking water from the ceiling over bathtub.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. My son’s felt like right at home.

Overall clean room, quiet, and excellent staff. Showed professionalism. The only small downside is the property is little old. Maybe renovation may mae the hotel more better.

Trey checked us in. He’s super attentive, very friendly. There were a few issues with the room but he remedied them quickly. The hotel was quiet.

The property is in need of work and renovations. We were on the third floor and the floor was very warm. We had to move to the second floor. One of the elevators was not working and with a hotel at 100 % capacity, it was just a little time consuming. The breakfast was good. They offer laundry detergent free. Which we didn’t have a chance to use, but maybe you can benefit from it, if time permits. Trey is the assistant manager and he made the stay worth it. He was very accommodating and understanding and always willing to help out customers to make them comfortable during their stay. He definitely deserves additional compensation for all the work he does to go above and beyond for customer.

The only this that bothered me was that the American flag outside was tattered and torn. I find this very disrespectful.

I don't blame the staff - not their fault. Water barely got hot. Breakfast awful. Toilet flushing sounded like a space ship taking off. No clock in the room. Light in entry way to room broken. Everything worn and dirty. DON'T STAY HERE.

You get what you pay for. We had some troubles with the room (toilet/sink not working well) but the night shift staff was great and quickly provided us a different room. I can’t remember her name (maybe Angela or Angelica) but the night staff woman was very friendly and welcoming. If I were to come back, it def be because of her caring communication.

I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are very spacious for 6 of us. The lounge area is big, so we had no trouble finding place for breakfast. The parking area was good and it was free. The breakfast was OK, wish they had the waffle maker, my kids were a but disappointed. This hotel is now one of my favorites.

Misleading photos on the website. Property looks older in person. Not very clean down the halls because guest are told to leave their overflowing trash in the hallway and someone will empty it. Takes a while for someone to get to it so you’ll be walking through trashy halls for a while. Ok breakfast. Nothing fancy. But you get what you pay for so I’m satisfied with the stay. If you want luxury then you’ll need to go pay luxury prices. Won’t find it here. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Probably was the best thing about the stay

Bathroom was dirty when we arrived, scheduled housekeeping twice and it was cleaned neither time they performed duties when specifically stated to lobby desk. Housekeeping hours are very spread out and no rough time given to accommodate cleaning

This is an older hotel, which I don't mind, if the rooms are clean. However, there were months worth of dust on wall sconces in the bathroom, dust bunnies in the corner of the bathroom counter, dirt on the bathroom doors, and broken slats on the closet doors. We tried three different rooms, and eventually left. After speaking with management, they did apologize and refunded my stay. They said they will be undergoing a full remodel in the near future. I appreciated the call from the manager, but a dirty hotel room is a dirty hotel room. The best part of the place is the gym which is clean, cool, and well stocked.

Building was ok, my room smelled like cigarettes the whole stay there. Looked under my bed before checking out just to make sure I wasn’t leaving nothing behind and noticed under the beds hasn’t been cleaned. Trash and a pair of old sandals from previous people.

Hotel is old, musty; 1 elevator of 2 was not working and no AC on 3 rd floor hallway. Pictures are very inaccurately detailing the condition. Dark dingy carpet and mold in shower. Will not stay there again. Parking was good. Front dest young lady very pleasant.
