One of our three rooms had an overpowering floral odor that made it difficult to even be inside. We tried to tolerate it because we had very little time to get ready for our event, but eventually we had to request a different room due to it triggering asthma. Unfortunately, all three rooms were dirty, dusty, and poorly maintained. The biggest issue was the roaches. We saw roaches in the hallway, inside the rooms, and the following morning there was even one on THE serving spoon at the breakfast area. The staff replaced the spoon, but imagine the prep area! The photos online do not accurately represent the condition of this property. This hotel shouldn’t be suggested on ANY app! RUN FAR AWAY!!!

What i did not like was there is no elevator to take you to the second floor.😳

I stayed in a suite with my 3 boys. The room was very specious. My kids loved it. Cleaned, not so much though but I wiped down everything with my hand sanitizer wipes. Customer service was good . Breakfast was okay, wished they would’ve had pancakes or waffles though. No elevator . The pool was cleaned, my kids enjoyed every minute of it.

Perfect distance from the airport. Overall the hotel is very unkempt. Turn curtains, dirt sofa, dirty carpet in the hallways, dank smell throughout.

Pool was actually refreshing despite its size Continental Breakfast was good, especially with having scrambled eggs and sausage links Decently sized Room, clean bathroom and thankfully a Friendly Staff Thin Walls made every sound the other guests make made feel like it was outside my door, definitely didn't like that There was a musty odor in the hallways that lingered whenever I stepped outside the room Room Key worked on our Door 1 out of 3 attempts to enter Side note, TV kept getting dim, even after messing with the settings

The hotel/motel (because I couldn’t tell the difference with this place), was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. It is old and not kept up with, it smelt awful inside, and the beds were very old spring mattresses that were not comfortable to lay on. I even saw two roaches in my bathroom. I could tell they updated the floors in the bedrooms, but that’s about all that was decent. It’s also located in a very sketchy part of town far away from anything you would need. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Staff was amazing. You're about a good, maybe 10 minutes away from restaurants. They have construction, but they let us know ahead of time that security will let us in.

The hotel stunck like arm pit & the entrances were CLOSED DUE TO CONSTRUCTION!!!

Receptionist was very nice and accommodating. The hotel overall was pretty decent and even the stuff in the gym actually work. The breakfast was good with cold and hot options and the Wi-Fi was a pleasant surprise even after the rain it was pretty decent.

Only Thing I Had Concerns With Being Disabled, Someone Damaged The Door, affecting Proper Closure And Remote Wasn't Working Properly With Fresh Batteries, That Should Always Be Checked After Every Stay I Believe. I Was Disappointed That Their Washer Wasn't There For My Laundry, I Really Was Looking Forward To That, I Accomplished It @ InTown Suites SeaWorld.

My room was covered in fleas... like covered and we also couldn't get back to the room until one a m one night, me and my seven girl daughter doed a major road closures that they don't outwardly tell you about, they have a small sigh on their desk.That's inconspicuous.

We arrived at the hotel and tried for 30 minutes to access the property. The construction surrounding the property prevented access. The hotel said to let the guard at the barricade know that we had a reservation. We couldn’t even get close enough to find a guard and it was dark out so we couldn’t see anything. The hotel would not refund my money so we ended up not getting a hotel for the night.

The hotel had an old musty smell. The room when you turned the heat on smelled the same so we had to turn it off. There was a roach near the exit door that stayed there for 1 full day. When they did clean it up, the residue of the dead roach was still there all the days we stayed. The staff were nice. The breakfast they offered didn't have many choices. It was ok.

Horrible experience… I got 3 nights end ended up leaving on the first night. Roaches, dirty sheets, have to carry your luggage upstairs no elevators, microwave and fridge had a dirty rag nasty smell to it. Breakfast looked disgusting and was very dirty over all.

The place needs an upgrade although it was very clean. The front desk staff need to work on being more customer friendly service. It seems the staff were overworked or understaffed. The towels need to be replaced too very dingy and rough.

The room was decent, not immaculate, but it was fine for one night. I really appreciate the staff accommodating us by switching out one of our rooms for a room with 2 beds. We checked in pretty late (almost midnight). By the time we got settled, it was about 2 am and there was so much noise that we could barely sleep. I have no idea what the neighbors were doing, but the noise was so loud that the front desk attendant called at 2:30am and said there was a noise complaint. I said it’s not us, we can hear it too and it’s keeping us awake. The breakfast was horrible and very skimpy. There was no ice in the ice machine. I just felt like amount was too pricey for the poor atmosphere. Would not stay again.

Very basic hotel. Minimal on everything (threadbare towels, powdered eggs, microwaved sausage, out of juice). If there is a cheap option for whatever they were purchasing it was what they got. The lobby smells terrible like the workers have been cooking their personal food in the kitchen.

Clean room, staff were nice, the pool had no heater and kept getting dirty by the tree leafs. But other than that it was okay.

I received a charge for breaking something i dindt break. The smell was disgusting, also there was marihuana smell all over the way to the rooms.

Did not have enough time to evaluate. Construction in area made it a little difficult to find the place. Didn't see any food places. The room was clean and towels and toiletries available.

I think 💭 it's ok. But like a family stay No it's not a good place. Walked in the room the TV wasn't working correctly, they came in to fix it and it worked for a little while and back to the same. In the morning Hot 🔥 water was a major problem if you flushed the toilet you would run out of hot water. The sauge links were raw. The front desk clerk eating right at the desk where you checked in. Just a total disappointment with this stay. No elevator for the hotel.

Breakfast was not good, coffee was water down and asking the.young lady at the front desk to fix it was a bother. Room was dirty, and also found bed bugs.

Room was good and clean. We were surprised that upon checking in, we were required to leave a $50 cash damage (?) deposit, which we could get back when we checked out. We could have put it on a charge card; but were told the return could take up to 2 weeks. No receipt for the cash was offered, so we made them write a receipt on a scrap of paper. Then, at 5 am when we needed to leave, we had to take the extra time to track someone down to inspect it in order to get our cash back. It seemed kind of like a scam to us. NEVER had to leave a cash deposit on a room before.

The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable definitely a strong point. The shower pressure was also great, which I always appreciate. One downside was the curtains: they were extremely long and moved a lot at night, making the room feel stuffy. I ended up tying them together just to be comfortable. Breakfast was good, but the selection was limited, so don’t expect a wide variety. For short stays, housekeeping now requires guests to go to the front desk for fresh towels while placing used towels and trash outside the room for pickup. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it’s something to be aware of. The location was excellent and close to everything I needed, which made getting around easy. Check-in was smooth and efficient, though a slightly warmer, more welcoming attitude from staff would improve the experience. Overall, a good stay with a few small areas that could be improved.

The front end staff was great. Housekeeping i asked for some sugar it took 3 hours to get it to me. The room had flying bugs n they said it was the rain. I could understand if the windows were open they were not. I did stay two night in two different rooms however the service night was a night mare. I had to check out bcuz of it. I did get a refund that still isn't in my account yet. But the overall stay sucked. Pick someplace else br u stay

It was a place to sleep. It looked run down, there was a bunch of stray cats everywhere, the room seemed clean-ish, air conditioner was noisy, it was cheap and that's about it.

A great value hotel. The property was very clean. I had a teen and a 10 yr old in tow. Would definitely stay here again. I made a mistake with my booking. The hotel was very helpful and resolved my issue beyond my expectations. Very grateful.

The only complaint I have is that I could not adjust the shower head. It was a fixed shower head. And, unknowingly, I requested an ADA accessible room. So, the shower head really should be a wand and at minimum, movable.
