Always a great experience. Sai and Pete at the front desk are friendly and helpful and ensure we always have a great stay! We visit SA multiple times a year on vacation and this is our favorite place to stay. Just returned from our last stay and looking to book the next one there again.

It was a good deal for the price. It has easy access from the highway. They provide a decent breakfast with a good amount of options. They provide hot water for tea or coffee. The bathroom could have been cleaner but was operational. I wish they had a coffee maker in the room and more light.

Near the Six Flags Park, easy access to Highways. Breakfast was decent. Bathroom door was broken. Only two towels for a family of four, when I asked the front desk they told me that it was intended that way.

The Motel was not bad it was 6 min away from Six Flags which was a big plus for us, it was easy to find parking, the bed was very comfy, shower pressure was great and breakfast was good but it did have its quirks there were many noticeable issues that the room overall needed maintenance and to be better serviced and many of the photos on the Expedia were I felt false advertised unless of course there were rooms that did match the photos but overall for staying there for one night you are getting what you paid for if needed I would stay here again with the hopes that the rooms would be more up to par

The room was dirty trash was full,sheets were used bed was messy had brown stains, the fire alarm was covered with plastic bag, floor was sticky soaps were used. We ask for another room or we could wait for our room to be clean front desk said there were no other rooms and no staff to clean it. We had to book another hotel. This hotel also doesn't want to give us a refund still charged us 354.00 for a room we couldn't stay in hotels.com are still trying to reach them but no luck

Nothing Room was filthy, AC and microwave didn’t work, shower had mold and shampoo/conditioner dispenser was broken and they had no travel size bottles for us to use so we had to go buy our own. Sink barely had 2 streams of water from being clogged with gunk. Hair dryer handle was sticky and someone previously had wrapped a paper towel around it that was still stuck on. “Free breakfast” was rehydrated eggs, under cooked sausage still cold in the middle and waffles.Staff did nothing to fix any issues and a month later I still don’t have a refund when this awful hotel stay ruined our trip.

There was a huge roach in our room, mold on the walls in the bathroom, tv didnt work, one lamp wouldn't come on, and the room was extremely dated.

The room is decent, though the furniture is old and worn out. They are providing complimentary breakfast but I feel they need to add more to their menu. There is a swimming pool and gym as well...overall for the amount I paid, I feel good.

The breakfast area was very dirty as in spilt cereal on counter, sugar wrappers, little trash can on counter was full. Somebody needs to watch it and clean it during breakfast time.

Bedroom has bedbugs all over the place, they had to give us a new room that also smelled bad. We tried to get a new room at another hotel but everything was sold out. Very bad experience

Unfortunately, there were several issues that would keep me from staying here again. The breakfast was exactly the same every day, with very limited variety, and unfortunately one member of our group became sick after eating it. Our room also had several cleanliness and maintenance problems. We found a roach in the bathroom, the toilet was leaking water, the carpet was dirty, and we discovered bugs behind one of the pieces of furniture. The bathroom also had a strong humidity/mildew odor. In addition, the outdoor common areas could have been much cleaner and better maintained. While the hotel is reasonably priced and has some positive qualities, the cleanliness and maintenance issues outweigh the benefits for me. Because of these experiences, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

If they failed in the noticeable things, I wonder how thoroughly they clean the carpet and the beds? Had to check out early for poor service.

I enjoyed my stay. Felt private. Alot of channels on the tv. Breakfast was not great but you could eat cereal, yogurt, and toast if you didn't like the other items. Very friendly staff. Pool was fun, I liked how the small kids pool was attached. Mosquitos were very bad at anytime of the day by the pool. There's a church around that dead end street by the bank next door. Well that church has a taco food truck in the front yard and has some really good food for a great price. They close around 4pm.

The property was okay. Staff were super nice. I am rating it only 3 starts because my room was non smoking but definitely smelled like cigarette smoke in there. I also saw a few German roaches which tells me they have a roach problem.

Exceptional stay with one minor Drawback. Everything about this hotel was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The only area that could use improvement is the breakfast, which had limited choices. Aside from that, it was a perfect stay!

Just not very clean. There was a giant dead cockroach in my room.

Our room was not in the best state. The toilet was incredibly loud when it was flushed and inside the bowl were dark water stains. Cleanliness in the room reminded us of when the minimum is done. AC split unit had layer of dirt or dust. And the unit struggled to keep our room cool. The phone in our room was unplugged on entry and then we discovered because it was broken and would emit a loud noise if plugged in. It appeared that a lack a maintenance was showing for the property. The location was on the north side of town that we needed to be for the weekend but I wouldn't recommend to others, even if the price is right.

We chose this hotel to spend our Memorial Day weekend because they had exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a pool with a location to go ahead and eat outside with tables and chairs and a beautiful scenery. This location was very clean and everyone was very helpful when needed. Our rooms were clean and my family could not have had a better time. I recommend this place for others they just want to enjoy a good weekend at a hotel. There was other things we could have done at the hotel like use their gym but our hours were very short. Plus the location you have all the stores around you from nice restaurants to your local grocery store. Will be back again and don't hesitate to give this hotel a try. PS it was very affordable. Thank you for everything you did for my family to enjoy the weekend.

floor was sticky and dirty, no light bulb in restroom so we had to be in the dark the whole day we were there to use the restroom, the shampoos on the wall were broken off so it left this black mold to be visible on the bathroom wall, the tub was slimey and felt dirty, the door to lock totally looks like its been busted a few times, since the lock was extremely loose and did not feel very sturdy. very disappointed with the amount of complaints i had for this room, and how dirty it was

We got a wheelchair accesible room. The beds were a bit high for someone to transfer from the wheelchair to the bed safely, the bathroom door was broken and hard to shut or open, and the shower chair was broken. Luckily we found that out before my daughter tried to transfer for a shower, or it would have caused an injury.

We stayed two nights. First night was fine no problems. The second night about 4am my husband woke up sweating all over didn't know why. When he went to go to the rest room he caught a glimpse of himself in the mirror and there were welps all over his back and chest... He assumed a mosquito had gotten in and got ahold of him since he slept with no covers. The next morning he woke me up by saying a mosquito had bitten him all over in the middle of the night... Immediately I rose from the bed and checked him out and I got quite upset because I knew it was NO MOSQUITO... A BED BUG somewhere somehow had bitten him all over leaving a clear trail of where he had traveled and over 24 bites. I went to front desk tried to express my concern with out being too harsh. The front desk keeper asked what room I stayed room 105. My husband came over after he finished his breakfast and we even showed the botes.He made the comment that he didn't know how that was possible considering EVERY ROOM, EVERY BED had bed bug mattress protectors on them... I told him if a customer was to rent the room and had an infant and this had happened to a small child he would be dealing with a very highly irate parent and needed to definitely address the issue... The rooms were clean. Staff was very polite. They took a coffee maker out of my room and never returned it, but they had fresh coffee in the morning on the breakfast bar, which had plenty of food and it was clean, scrambled eggs and sausage. They did have a waffle maker everything wasclean and nice. I recommend this

The building was in disrepair. Looked nothing like the photos. The pool was dirty. The washing machine leaks, the front of the building was boarded up with plywood. Staff indicated it had been that way for months. Inside the rooms, the carpet was stained, smelled bad, leaky fridge, and damaged office chair. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

The room was amazing for the price. Looks to be recently renovated the King room I had was very spacious. The check in was a little strange the guy told me to like put the card in the reader and both were denied. I then suggested I use the tap because mine usually work that way.

The headboard was with so much dust, around the lamp, the phone was not working and on the mattresses..they had some dust/dirt where it seemed that they don’t clean thoroughly, and also there was so much mold on the bath shower handrail. Well never ever go back..!!!

Booked based off the reviews but was definitely far from the hype.Ironing board was broke...had to iron our clothes on the floor/bed. Food went to waste after finding out the refrigerator didn't work. Stains on bedding.no alarm clock.AC unit would cut off in the middle of the night.shower knob had to be adjusted just right to get hot water.blow dryer had some sticky residue on it. overall hotel room was not very clean.staff was not very helpful or friendly.breakfast was trash.would not recommend booking especially not for a family vacation.

Very limited choices for breakfast, room smelled like mold/mildew. The desk chair was tore. up the leather cover was shredded and the fabric under the pieces off leather that was still therec, the toilet wouldn’t flush right, the toilet paper kept coming back up, we stayed one night and that’s it. I took a shower and I could see where the housekeeping only mopped part of the bathroom floor because it was still dirty underneath the sink. Disappointing stay for a Best Westerm

This place is not 8 out of 10 on a review. Be lucky if it was a 5 out of 10. Management gave me my first room with the door just wide open when i got there with windows wide open and broken lights. First sign of some was wrong with this place second room was ok, but then the next night a random person starts banging on my door and walks into my room uninvited and said he was looking for someone. Very very shaddy. This place doesn't value safety or represent what their online reviews say. I expect better from a Best Western brand and not a road side motel. Property promised they would do something for me but yet to provide and refund or resolution.

I booked this location in a hurry not realizing what exactly I had booked. Unfortunately, it was non-refundable so I decided to check in. The staff was so friendly and decided to stay. BIG MISTAKE. Upon inspecting the room, it was awful. Hairs on the bed, stains on the wall. Broken knob on the door. Dusty. I checked out within 30 minutes. Never again.

Clean rooms and great staff who work very hard. They deserve a raise 100% some very honest and helpful staff.

The breakfast was typical for a continental breakfast area was clean and while taking care of and restocked The hotel is dated or old, but well kept and maintained the pool looks very nice though. I didn’t get back in time to use the pool, but I would stay at this location again.

Heater in the room didn’t work and they gave us a space heater and extra blanket.

Had a horrible experience and ended up having to go through 4 hotel rooms because of the awful rooms from broken toilets to strong mold smells in rooms to really dirty rooms. The agent with hotel named Chris even went to each room with me and said omg these rare bad. Chris the agent even said that. I want a full refund please.

The pillows were all stained and one ofnthe pillows had a blood stain. Terrible biohazard situation. I left the same night. I want my money back.

Overall hotel was a good place to lay your head. Room clean some areas need touch up but not horrible, bed comfy, bathroom clean but not toilet. Quiet area, however, good breakfast options but sausage and eggs were cold. Clean pool area very friendly staff.

The scrambled eggs were very dry, there was no bread for the 20+ minutes we were sitting there eating. It was only as we were finishing our food that bread was put out. there were also no biscuits either. Very little selection.

Great stay. Close to many restaurants and options. Also HEB by for getting supplies fro refrigerator and microwave you have in the room. Easy access to many visiting sites. Free breakfast and good looking and maintain pool.

The only flaw was the breakfast spread. Add more options and fresher ones too. Also for the rooms, please include yellow sweetener.
