The staff was amazing and very intentional and everything they did I fought bugs Every single day in the hallways were beyond disgusting.

first of all the AC did not work correctly I had to move it to another room then they move it to another room then the fridge wouldn't work the card keys kept deactivating every time I go down they would give me trouble about if I was really staying there

nothing Dirty room, torn carpet, musty smell; there was no breakfast, even though the listing said there was. The room had a dirty towel when we arrived, and another one had a bug on it. We asked to change rooms, but they refused because we had already used the bathroom.

I like the beautiful Texas photo displayed in the lobby. I appreciate it. The staff persons that serviced me during my checkout, extremely professional, beautiful personality (not so much of the same experience while checking in) however, I am appalled that I was charged for the one night that I had to stay there when I was booked for six nights. The roaches introduced themselves a little before midnight. I woke up the following morning and saw two more roaches, attacking the trash bag. While there was a refrigerator in the room was not appealing, It did work kudos. However, there was NO microwave which is offered as part of the room accommodations.

Close to everything Could be cleaner. There were bugs in the pool and “breakfast” was literally a mini muffin.

Not a good experience. There was water on the floor in our room. Tried to get another room but said they were booked. Still waiting for refund. Had to drive another hour at 1am to find another hotel with availability.

There’s absolutely no iron no coffee maker there’s plenty of ice machines but none of them work! The sheets look so nasty do not bring your children here and if you have to stay here bring your own sheets protect yourself from bed bugs! Even the pool was absolutely disgusting!

Cleanliness was lacking, there were cockroaches in the room. Restroom exhaust fan wasn’t working, some of the room lights weren’t working. Continental breakfast as advertised was not provided.

This place was horrible. It smells of mold. Carpets were stained and full of grass. Bed had stains on the covers, and roaches were on the wall and inside the a/c unit. When I asked to cancel my reservation because of the roaches, the clerk asked "is that all?" As if the roaches weren't a problem. Only gave 1 start because I couldn't give 0! Plus the back door was propped open and all windows on the hallways were open. Definitely didnt feel safe

The first girl we came in contact with at the service desk was nice and friendly The towel rack was falling off the wall the queen bed was a full instead of a queen the pool had algae in it so it looked green also on line it said there was a breakfast when there was no breakfast the tub faucet was dripping quite a bit we didn't get an ice bucket for our ice we got coffee cups but they're was no coffee at all the hotel was a little outdated for this place claiming to be part of Wyndham this place could've been better.

They don't have breakfast anymore, but when you make the reservation is offered, tv wasn't working, so I was disappointed whit the service 😔

I paid for accommodation including breakfast for two. the staff simply said, "we dont offer breakfast here. im not sure why they have not yet updated it online". and that's it. loss $

Rooms were warm, hallways were warm, staircase was dirty.

I appreciated the quietness of the facility because we were so tired having driven from Houston and then attending a super long UTSA graduation. Having said that I was disappointed regarding the cleanliness of the room. The toilet seat was very loose, dried poop on the outside of the toilet bowl, and carpet so filthy that my feet were literally black.

Times in bathroom were loose and coming up, room had stains throughout, there was a leak when you enter the hallway inside that the water was being caught by a trash bin, some motor parts were tucked in a corner of the inside, smelled like weed in the hallways, the carpeted stairs and hallways were filthy, a dead roach was in the corner for the 2 days i was there. Will never stay there again.

The showerhead was broken. The electrical plug in the bathroom was broken and loose and coming out of the wall. The door at the bottom in the bathroom was broken. The hook on the door was broken and missing. The water in the bathroom was too hot scolding hot could burn somebody.

Stayed for a week and had to finally buy our own trash bags to empty our own trash, asked repeatedly for toilet tissue, no cleaning.

My husband and I reserved this room because it was a good price and the room looked great from the pictures. When we arrived to the property it looked ok from the outside and the office. Our room was at the back of the building. The entry door at the rear of the building was not a secure door. The stairway going up to the room was extremely dirty. The second floor window at the end of the hall was broken and the hallway was hot and very dirty. Our room was also hot and did not smell clean. There were nasty stains in the carpet and the room was dirty. DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES POSTED ON THIS SITE!!!!! We did not even set our things down in the room for fear we would catch something. We loaded our things back in the car and went looking for somewhere else to stay.

I did not like the fact that you can smell cigarette smoke all in the hallways and I found 2 roaches walking around in the bathroom

It worked for sleeping a single night. Wouldn’t care much for beyond that. Location good. Power kept going out and the bathroom had mold in shower and faucet ran all night. Did I mention a few roaches?

Sorry to see coffee makers taken out of rooms and no offering of qiuck breakfasts.

Mold in drapes by AC, bed would squeak from only one side, linens very old not white looked a little gray! Extractor fan in bathroom had lint needs to be cleaned. Could be a fire hazard if someone leaves it on for too long and overheats! Smells, has potential but needs a lot of updates in a good location.

I noticed that there was a lot of dust on the bed platform. Plenty of dust on a plastic wall stand that used to have a blower which was not there. The tub was dirty. Broken door knob. Tiny space for a bathroom. The drawers would slowly open up when one walked by. Breakfast consisted of a muffin and coffee, I did not have any. And during the night, every time people closed / slammed a door down the hallway, our door would move and it seemed like someone was trying to open it. There were coffee cups but there was no coffee maker in the room. The elevator had a terrible smell. This place needs so much work. Plus, the lady up front charged the stay twice to my credit card, then just said nothing could be done. There was no one in front desk for check out process, I wanted a receipt.

I was very disappointed. But what do you expect for a very inexpensive stay. The area is shady with activities going on in the parking lot. The worse part are the roaches in the room. I went eat a slice a pizza and when I opened the box tons of roaches scattered. The ad also says continental breakfast and they had none.

Room temperature controller was NOT controlled by US! it Kept cutting OFF--did NOT matter if I ran heat OR Cool-was 3 UNCOMFORTABLE nights...turned it off/on to "reset it" -THEY must be in control of rooms heating & cooling-By the way, the 3 nights were 34 degrees, 24 degrees, 27 degrees-respectively, so do the "math"

When I got to my room, it was not the room i reserved. It was a double room not a king. It has a balcony that was right by the interstate and the noise was unbelievable. Not to mention the marijauna smell was so strong throughout the hotel was ridiculous. I told them last at the front desk and she asked me what my reservation said. I read it to her and she asked if i was looking at it, I said yes. She told me that wasn't what was on the reservation and no king rings were availble. I asked for a different room away from the highway. Still was not what i asked for, didn't want to make it worse so i kept the room. Through out my start, you could smell marijuana. The rooms were very nice. They were spacious. The bathroom needs a lot of work. Tiles are cracked, shower head falling, some rust and mold. Overall, the room and property were nice and they served muffins for breakfast.

The room was filthy with lots of black mold in the shower, and roaches running loose. However, the AC worked as did the refrigerator. The staff were accommodating, but the room was awful.

The room had probably 20 dead and alive crickets and bugs all over the room. The room had not been cleaned after the last guests. Heart hair and dirty towels were all over the sink. The air conditioner did not work. I woke up with bug bites all over me. Absolutely disgusting.

The stay was awful. Roaches came out of phone on bedside table, roaches came onto table, and found a roach in my bed. It was the worst experience of my life.

Damage everywhere from the floors to the walls & even the shower/bathtub didn’t work right. If you wanted to take a bath(don’t know why you would want to) you couldn’t because the water wouldn’t come out the bottom for a bath. The toggle to change from tub to shower was welded shut so that it would only come out the shower head. Also you couldn’t adjust the shower head because it was welded into place that it wouldn’t move. It needs a full blown renovation really badly but that probably isn’t going to happen. Also one reason I picked it is because it said it had a complimentary breakfast but when I asked about it at checkin the person said they don’t have breakfast & then he changed it to say that they have muffins. They didn’t even have muffins.

The property is located in an convenient area but needs some major upkeep. Very outdated and falsely advertised. No breakfast, no cleanliness, filthy pool and gross restrooms.

The room was old and the halls smelled like weed and perfume. The elevator was old and thought it was going to stop going to the 2nd floor. Restroom was super small and shower head was horrible.

The picture on your site is outdated as it depicts a tan building this actual color is gray . The interior in tge website photo depicts a room that has bright vibrant colors the room actually has nothing worth looking at or even being excited to be sleeping in. When we entered tge room tge ac hadnt been running all day and the window was opened . It was about 87 degrees and finally took a fan and tge ac running to get it to comfortable sleep level.. the girl at the front desk was very friendly and professional but that would be the only reason im staying. The smoke detector is hanging from the ceiling the light fixture in the bathroom has no cover on it so the bulbs and insulation are exposed the poop fan in the bathroom is just there and doesnt operate .. if may just be a fan cover with no actial fan in it .. the elevator is slower than walking uo the stairs.. and the room is right next to the highway so you hear traffic miv8ng all night the tv has about 15 channels worth any kind of viewing but the pool is tge size of a garden tub and dedunitely not sparkling or even swim worthy atm.. but we came for six flags nit the hotel...theres a bed bug crawling up my leg right now and thats a cool feeling

There were crickets in the room. The toilet and shower was dirty, they were very stingy with the towels as well. Overall I was not pleased with my stay.

It was a basic stay. There was no breakfast, yet they were set up for it. In other words it they had the juice machine and toasters but nothing was in the juice machines and there was no bread or bagels for the toaster etc., so that was a bit disappointing. However, they did give me an extra hour for check out.

The property was closed when I got there. There was one person downstairs. They had a water leak which caused the closure. No one notified me that my reservation was no longer in effect. The lady at the property canceled the reservation. I was on my own as to find another place to stay. Overall terrible experience.

I recently stayed at the Super 8 Motel and had a highly disappointing experience. The room had a cracked window, which made me feel unsafe throughout my stay. The bed had noticeable stains, and the floors were dirty, suggesting poor maintenance and cleanliness. Overall, I did not feel comfortable or secure, and I would not recommend this motel to others.

staff was alright. didnt feel very safe for the neighborhood. our room had dog hair all over the floor and this right after they got done cleaning it. parts of the mini fridge was rusty we only stayed in that room long enough to check it out and put our stuff in it.. left to go to 6 flags, was gone pretty much all day til about 9 pm. decided to check out of that hotel and go to a better one... asked the lady if i could get my money back for the room and at first she said no then i told her we didn't even use the room at all except to put our stuff in and leave. so she went and looked at it came back and showed me a washcloth that was used so i told her that was used to to cleanup some soda that got spilled and she said "but still and only refunded me half the money back for the room cause i used a single washcloth.. c'mon yall need to do way better than that.. was extremely disappointed. never using that hotel again

There’s not actually breakfast as promoted. Asked for some towels since they didn’t switch them out which wasn’t a big issue, but I asked if it was ok if I could get an extra towel ( there’s only 3 body towels in the room) since there was 5 of us, and the lady at the desk looked at me like I had just asked the most out of line question. I said it was just a question, and if it wasn’t a bother I’d appreciate it, but nope, she didn’t give me the extra towel, just the 3. 👎👎👎 terrible customer service in my opinion.

* Sewage leak on first floor moved some people to the second * Front desk person had bad BO when I arrived * Tile loose on the bathroom floor * Fiberglass in shower was not solidly mounted at the base causing it to creak and move * TV mount left on the wall with no TV on it * Homeless person drinking beers out front each night * Original carpet in staircases was nearly worn through and "dirty" * Food remains left in the staircase all 3 nights I was there * My key did not work on day 2 and had to get it reprogrammed * The coffee lid did not fit the cup causing hot coffee to spill in my rental car * The toilet in the room was not level because of the terrible tile job * The receptacle near the sink was placed precariously, causing them to have to trim the face place on it to fit better * The sheets and blanket were washed so many times they felt more like shop rags * The phone system had no option for a wake up call **** I could keep going...

The room had a strong musty smell. Dirty stained carpet. We got a non-smoking room that smelled of cigarette smoke.

Everything was out of order. It’s advertised as free breakfast and there was NO breakfast. In the room, everything was connected to a multiple outlet extension cord 😬 Felt like a fire waiting to happen. It didn’t look safe.

In the ad, they say that include breakfast but is not true, so you can find another at the same price with breakfast included. They show in the photos like is breafast but not, maybe is to get more clients

Convenient location lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Nice hot shower bed okay. It could use a good deep clean like window sills, baseboards, more attention to cleanliness and it could be a great economy hotel.

It was the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. The room has one broken floor lamp and one broken desk chair, bugs on the floor and the floor was dirty. Generally in terrible shape. They advertised a "To Go" breakfast, but there was nothing but coffee and the juice machine only had water and cranberry juice. The snack machine was empty. One customer said his room was so dirty he and his wife could not stay there, but the hotel would NOT give back their money. Disgraceful place!!!
